First i have to say that Uslan from this summer (2019) has new owner! This hotel used to have very bad markes on Trip Advisor. But this hotel is now renewed. We will come next year for sure. Location is perfect, in few minutes you can walk away till main streets in center. City beach is near. Ladies beach is very easy and quickly reached by Dolmus. Pool is big, deep, CLEAN with beautiful area and Pool bar. There is also small pool for kids. There are a lot of trees in hotel area, where you can feel breeze during whole day, while you enjoying your drink. Food is good and various. Someone doesn't like it, but that is personal problem😊(my kid also never like food in hotels... Anywhere... But i cannot blame hotel for that... I can only blame myself 😉) Stuff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Someone complains that they not giving clean towels every day (I didn't have any problem) My advice: if you didn't got it, just ask on reception. We really enjoyed there.…

In only ten days staff of Uslan became like FAMILY! Hotel is on a good spot near center, and main dolmus station, near bazaar, boutiques, restaurants, markets, city beach and everything. Plus in a hotel you can get cheap, tea, coffee, water or juices at any time. Abouth the staff, language is a little barrier, but their receptionist, Mr. Ali knows couple of languages, so no problem. They are kind and polite people, if you talk more with them you will feel more comfortable and cosy in the hotel. there are kids indeed, age of 14,15,18 even 22 plus, but they do their job. They will do anything you need and asap, just tell them, let them know. We (Serbians) eat a lot of meat so many people are whining, but for a change i liked that there is less meat, and a looot of salads, olives, cheese, rice and such. Menu should be fixed a little, expanded, without many repeating of the same dishes but tbh irrelevant to me. Same as rooms, irrelevant, cause i only sleep there and shower and thats it. They are small, furniture sucks and is old (should be changed, and rooms need new wall paint), but the bathroom is very nice, balcony also (small but cosy, if there isnt two chairs, air condition serves as one), air condition is working perfectly, elevator too. Pool is awesome, water is warm all day and they clean it everyday. There is also a beautiful bar beside the pool, which doesnt work anymore, but it should've. Reception is as on pictures, in their style, big, beautiful. a lot of trees around hotel, its peaceful and you can enjoy. A lot of cats around in and out, but oh well, Kus is full of them. We didnt have any problems there, and i would always go back to that hotel because of the people there. Never wrote review before for a hotel, but this time I had to, cause there is more good than bad things over there.What else to say, except: read review title! :))…
