Stayed here on half board basis from 18 July until 14! August Rooms spotless cleaned daily and beds changed regularly Breakfast continental and plentiful , Dinner was varied and plentiful although I did eat out most nights as there are some lovely restaurants around Kusadasi Staff were extremely friendly and courteous Only thing missing was kettle in room it would really make hughe difference to be able to make cup of tea in room Hotel location is fabulous 10 min walk to centrum or 1 min to beach , 3 min to beautiful Marina . I have stayed in lots of hotels in my 15 years coming to Kusadasi palm was by far most value for money and as I was alone I was treated fantastically finally Pool and sun deck were outstanding and spotless clean
I have been in this hotel in summer with crowd..The crowd and noise are not for me...In autumn, quiete ambiance I like it..The cooking is very satisfying..Having an omlet with tahin (sesam oil) and pekmez (grape confiture) in the morning with fresh pastry was a delight for me
This is not a 4 star hotel!!! At it's best is a 2 star. We booked this hotel by the reviews written on Booking.com and considering the fact that it had a 8.3 rating, which is a complet nonsens. I believed only a refugee in desperate need of a room can give a good rating to this hotel, here is why: - The smell in the room is very bad, like the room had no fresh air in years. -The furniture is very old and probably was new back in the 80's. -we had stains on our towels and on our sheets. -the food is bad...we found old salad that smelled bad...and in general is the same food every day and until is not finished..they don't change it even though it is there for several days. The owners of the hotel (a family) is eating every dinner at a separate tabel but the thing is that they have a different food then the food at the buffet...this is to make an idea of how trustworthy the food is... -on the floor you have carpet which of course is very dirty and smelly. -there was a blanket in the closet very grossy and older then my grandmother -for the safe you have to pay at the reception because it is a key safe and you have to get the key in order to use it. Which 4star hotel uses a key safe in 2018 that you have to pay for ???????????? -the hotel has no private beach (you have to go to the public bea Now the good parts: -the AC unit is quite new compering with everything else in that hotel -the view from the balcony is quite nice -the hotel is relatively in the center…
Our stay in this hotel was spoiled by outrageous bar bill on check out.amounts charged for really poor red wine/glass was multiple of local bar/restaurant charges and spoilt what was otherwise a pleasing stay. Be warned wine was pure vinegar, undrinkable?
I stayed there for two nights just by accident, I was in my way to İzmir but later I decided to see Kuşadası also. The hotel was really cool and quick and the staff there they were freaking awesome they helped me with many things, I am a solo traveler but if you're a couple I am sure you'll find it greatest.
