We stayed at the Paloma Oceana from 25/11 to 9/12. What a fantastic time we had. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable the bar well stocked. Towels and bedding changed when needed. The meals were more than wonderful, lots of choice both in main dished and sweet dishes. Something for everyone, All the staff in the restaurants were really helpful. The pools were very clean and the hotel and grounds were kept spotlessly clean. I would recommend this hotel for both young and old, Everyone is catered for. We stayed for 2 weeks with my daughter and son in law with the 3 year old twin boys in June. 1st impressions of the hotel were great we were greated off the coach immediately taken to the lobby and given our keys, wrist bands and shown straight to our rooms that were in the main building on the 1st floor. Our luggage was brought up to us. The room was massive and immaculate throughout with a loverly view over the pool. We grabbed a quick drink and headed for some food in the Paloma restaurant and the choice was amazing and service also was excellent. It didn't take us long to settle in and get a feel for this amazing hotel. The rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday the beds are huge and we had a great nights sleep every night as the rooms give great sound proofing. The gardens are so well kept and its a pleasure to walk round them on your way to the beach or restaurants. The food is plentiful with lots of options in the buffet and every member of the team are so helpful and smiling all the time. The kids club is brilliant and they really great with the kids. Entertainment is fantastic and we saw some great shows. The beach is well kept and we could always find a sunbed at anytime. Drinks and bars are spot on and water is available in large fridges around the park at all times. They have life guards on duty in all the pools everyday and they have a small water park as well with some good sides. The location is good as just outside we have lots of shops to visit and they have some great bags and clothes. This really is a great hotel with loverly staff and we fully reccomend it and we will be returning.

Well what can say but absolutely amazing yet again. This was our second holiday in Paloma Oceana, the last been back in 2019. We arrived in time to go to the dining room for dinner and Ali the waiter immediately recognised us and were greeted like old friends and shown to a table and he even remembered what we drank and swiftly brought them to our table. Food in all the eating areas is absolutely amazing but we particularly enjoyed eating lunch most days in the beach bar where we had the most fun with Ali, Izzet, Abdullah and Bahattin who really know how to look after you, Abdullah in particular really loved my boys and at the end of the holiday he gave us a present of homemade blankets that his wife had made for us which he told us is a turkish tradition to gift these to family friends, this really touched my heart 💖. The entertainment was great too, international shows at the amphitheatre every evening then either bingo, live music or kareoke at the Aqua bar. Particular mention for the reps especially Oscar and Fabrice. Oscar is the adults entertainment rep and what a lovely guy, had us up every day playing Killer darts and always sat down for a chat with us. Fabrice is the children's entertainment rep and has such a rapport with the kids, my 2 boys absolutely loved him and again he remembered them from 3 years ago and they joined in with all of the daily activities especially the football every afternoon on the beach. The hotel is absolutely spotless and we had a room in the main building overlooking the quiet pool and this was also kept spotless by the amazing maids. If like us you like to venture out for food a few times we returned to Istanbul Bar and Bistro 2000 where again we were treated like old friends. Last but not least the general manager Arif is such a nice man and greeted us warmly when we saw him. Arif and all of your staff really know how to look after everyone and we really cannot wait to return for our third time next April, lots of love till next year 💖💖💖

After waiting almost two years I finally managed a return visit to the fabulous Paloma Oceana. Things are a little bit different at the moment owing to the Pandemic but the hotel is doing everything possible to keep guests safe. Temperature checks on arrival, sanitising of luggage before it’s brought into the hotel, hand sanitiser stations on virtually every corner and the wearing of face coverings in public areas all contribute toward making you feel safe when you visit here. Slightly annoying that people still think it’s ok to wear a face covering either under their nose or under their chin, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. It’s just downright disrespectful when the hotel goes all out to protect its guests. Despite things being a little different I’m pleased to say that the staff and service are still second to none. The public areas are absolutely spotless. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The restaurant is well organised and they still offer the delicious and varied buffet. Service on the buffet is provided by the cheerful staff. You just tell them what you want and they select it and put it on your plate for you. If you want to go somewhere and feel safe, looked after and where customer service is at the forefront of everyone’s mind, Paloma Oceana is the place.

Just returned from a fantastic fun family holiday at Paloma Oceana! Thank you to all of the hard working team who contributed to making our holiday memorable, especially Fabio and Emre in the Animation team. My son especially enjoyed the daily kids darts game and water polo with Fabio who made us smile everyday 😃. The hotel is lovely, spotless and a great setting for a holiday! We enjoyed both the activity pool and quite pool as well as onsite slides and the beach (which is far nicer than other parts of the beach further up!) - even saw the sea turtle! Also great to be able to visit the Paloma water park which was only 20 mins away with bigger slides. The hotel grounds are very pleasant to walk around which meant I kept my steps up daily!
Main buffet restaurant had plenty of choice although as is always the case it could be a bit hectic at times so we enjoyed eating in the 4 a la Carte restaurants which were more relaxed and offered excellent quality. Loved the longe bar with cocktails and live music - I can't remember the names of the team up there but the staff were excellent and even allowed the kids to make a cocktail of their own! The pizza place a snack restaurant during the day were great as were the teams that worked in them! There are a couple of points that I think could do with improving but these are more tweaks than complaints! Firstly at the pool areas the staff were not great at clearing tables meaning glasses and plates etc were left all day before being picked up. Similarly in the buffet some of the staff were slow to acknowledge when we sat down and it took a while for someone to come and set places/take a drink order as well as clear used plates. I also found that the housekeeping staff did not replace toiletries leaving us with no soap/shampoo/conditioner and what they seemed to have on their trolleys were what had been collected half used from other rooms! Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss - enjoyed some of the shows and the party night. This is our 6th visit to the Antalya area and whist other hotels we have stayed in have been slightly higher end, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Paloma Oceana! Thank you again!

Week stay in July , 1 adult 2 teenagers. One main bed and one chair bed. Chair bed not really suitable for teenagers or adults, but with only one made up they expected at least one kid to sleep in with the adult. Shame as I heard the family rooms were lovely. Also given ground floor garden room. Could never use the balcony early evening and had to have the thick curtains closed as the gardens were used for photo shoots. Book as soon as arrive for the shuttle to the water park at other hotel. We left it 3 days and there was no availability for the final 4 days of our holiday. Hardly any English spoken or understood by staff , mainly spoken back to me in Dutch or German. Used the app for ordering drinks at piano bar made it a lot easier. Food quite repetitive and quite German /turkish based. There was a hanging goat one evening. Smoking in beach bar restaurant was awful. You’re trying to eat your lunch and the next table blowing smoke . This should be banned when food is served.
Apart from that, the beach was amazing , lovely and warm, always plenty of sun beds, stayed away from main pool but could get a bed at other pools in afternoon. Best hotel been to with sun bed availability. Went to beach at 9am for swim and all sun beds available, so you don’t have to get up super early to get a bed. Kids loved the slides pool although they make you sign a form confirming your kids are not 12 yrs and under as they are not allowed on the slides. Even though young kids were on there. So I guess it’s at your own risk if you let them on but hotel take no responsibility if something happens. Lovely grounds, lovely setting, seems to very clean everywhere. You can collect fresh towels for beach whenever needed. So overall great. Would go back but request a more suitable room.

This is an exceptional hotel with superb facilities and very friendly staff.
Three of the waitresses in the restaurant gave stand out service, Fadime, Fatma and Lale.
The food is very good with great variety and quality, in particular the salad bar, and there is also a very good selection of Vegan options (although we are not Vegan).
The bedrooms are large, comfortable and well appointed, and the bar area is well spaced out with a variety of seating. The patisserie provides hot drinks from morning until midnight, and an excellent selection of cakes during the day.
The Spa, pool and fitness areas are also very good, and the massages excellent.
If I had to make a criticism, it would be that the entertainment in the evenings was far too loud, making conversation difficult.
We were on an 'all inclusive' holiday (with the exception of massages) and there was never any quibble over additional charges.
Not all of the facilities are open during the winter months, so take care if booking a family holiday

Stayed here for 7 nights with my husband. We wanted to do very little as we were only staying for a week and both needed rest. We had a standard room in the main building and a sea view if you looked to the left when out on the balcony. The room was cleaned daily, showers and toilet were clean, toiletries replaced as we used them, mini bar stocked daily. The room, unfortunately smelt of cigarettes as soon as you entered it, this lingering smell infiltrated the towels and dressing gowns, regardless of how clean they were. The air con was excellent and well used.
Food wise it was the usual all inclusive 5 star fare, lots of salads , hot and cold foods , cheeses and deserts. It was an excellent choice if you go to the buffet , with drinks and waiter service attentive with a smile. As we are vegetarian we were relieved to find plenty to eat. In the morning the usual hot and cold breakfast buffet is complimented with fresh pasties of all designs and tastes. The orange juice is fresh and squeezed in a machine in front of you, great way to start the day.
The pools ( many of them) were large and clean all over a metre deep so could have a god swim, not many people ( like no one) in the pools as they were very cool, but swim for 10 mins and you soon warm up. The toilets around the pool areas were clean and stocked, bar service always quick.
The beach was lovely, lots of beds to choose from, sea warm enough so swim, although you had to walk along way out to swim as it was very shallow. Beach was clean, people were obviously working hard to keep it that way. No fish when we snorkelled, so gave up and just swam, no seaweed or shells either, wonder if it had been cleared away?
We went to 3 al la carte restaurants, again food for vegetarians and good service at all 3. The curio bar had a lovely jazz bank which we listened 2 with a few cocktails . most nights we sat in the piano bar which had excellent table service inside and out. Cocktails were well made (try a Canella) and a lovely end to the evening.
We made our own way to Side to explore the old town, well worth a morning or afternoon to look around temples. I cant comment about shops as didn’t go in any, but were told the market was well worth a visit if you want to buy good fake goods.
There was no pressure selling on the beach or hotel but experiences if you want them. ( physio, photos, massages, Turkish baths)
We went to see one show of dancers which was very good, but we’re usually too tired a relaxed to attend more, but I’m sure they were great.
All in all a very relaxing break, excellent hotel, I regret not exploring more but it was soooooo hot! Would happily recommend.

Absolutely top class hotel.I went here with my brother first week in March so understandably it was very quiet however the service levels never dropped at all. First off the rooms are very spacious,My room was on the other side of the swimming pool so a golf cart kindly gave us a lift with our bags. The food was outstanding, show cooking and fresh meat/fish /pizzas being freshly prepared in front of you. The variety was superb, something different every day and plentiful. Staff in the dining room were readily available for drinks orders. The drinks on offer are fantastic. International brands included, cocktail menu available and the bar staff all work so so hard. Your drink is never left empty, the bar staff are a credit to the hotel, they even find seats for guests when they enter the lounge at night. Lobby bar is 24 hour service aswell so you never go thirsty. The animation team were great although as it was quiet there was not much entertainment at night time , the nightclub even closed after half an hour as there was nobody there.Cleaners every single day and mini bar in room is always kept replenished. Pool area is lovely and plenty of sunbeds available. Down by the beach snack bar also has good amount of sunbeds and again the waiters and bar staff are exceptional. The hotel is situated in a great location for shopping if you want to grab some bargains. The main shopping strip begins right next to the hotel and if you want to take a trip into Side Centre and visit the ruins it is about a 10 minute dolmus ride away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely visit again at a busier time.

We arrived Sunday 22nd January for 2 weeks, this was our 7th visit to this wonderful hotel. As ever the staff was amazing from the cleaners to the top management., check in was effortless we emailed the hotel prior to our arrival to request a specific room and this was honoured.
The room was cleaned to an high standard ever day room 1104 in the main building, mini bar topped up daily and a wonderful view of the main pool.
Food and drinks was a very high standard, we ate at 2 Al a carte restaurants International (Seasons) and Turkish (safran). Absolutely truly tasty. Thanks to serkan in the Turkish Al a carte for decorating our table for my wife's birthday. We visited the beach bar for a snack and drinks great menu especially the burgers.
Been in a electric wheelchair it was so easy to get around the hotel and the hotel grounds. So if your less mobile this hotel is for you.
Outside the hotel there is dolmus connections to Manavgat for the bazaars and old side for the harbour and shops and Saturday Market., there is loads of shops bars and restaurants just outside the hotel entrance.
The entertainment team are a credit to the hotel always something to do and always stop for a chat.
We have booked another 2 holidays at oceana. So see you all soon
