We left the hotel yesterday. First of all, there are not enough activities for the child, the pool is small and the area is cramped. For example, they don't take everything to the restaurant 5 minutes before the clock. There is no service in the lobby or anywhere else, you have to buy your own drinks. If you ask, the staff can tell you it's there! Not only is the food variety inadequate, but you also have to wait in line. There were no cookies in the lobby for 3 days, for example, there were no leftovers! Pancakes are cooked thoroughly, they are squeezed into trays and placed on the counter, and when the lid is closed, it is impossible to eat raw dough as you know. The bagel smells of burnt oil, you want to make toast, the machine is not clean, the burnt smell permeates the bread. You see the leftover food again at lunch. You go to buy a beach towel, the woman on duty constantly shows the clock and causes problems, and we experience this when there are 20 minutes left until the hour expires. He either doesn't take or he doesn't give. There is a shuttle service to the beach, which is sufficient and fast, but everything is on the beach and you cannot find food after 15.30. We were on holiday, we were constantly chasing my time, we didn't understand. I witnessed here for the first time that there was no animation or mini club on Sunday. Our room was cleaned daily. Our room attendant, Ms. Ela, was a very friendly, very clean, meticulous lady. I would like to thank her here, she was very helpful. Also, the pancakes were delicious and the lady was very attentive and smiling. The guys at the entrance greet us very well, they are attentive, but there is nothing after that. The other staff are newbies, bored and tired, or they treat Turkish guests like that, we don't understand. If you have the chance to have a holiday maybe once a year, you can pay a little more and choose a better quality place, like us. I can't call it a price performance hotel. We went by reading the comments, but as exaggerated, satisfaction is not possible.

Me and my family stayed at Hane Sun Elite Hotel for a week, and this is my thoughts!
At first sight the hotel seems nice, fresh & luxurious, which partially matches the experience. The hotel offers both a pool and a beach. A big plus is that there is a bus from the hotel that transports you to the beach, where there are sunbeds, food and drinks. The hotel has waterslides that work for children as well as youth and adults. The pool is large and can accommodate many people. Despite this it should be more sunbeds around the pool and also places to sit in the dining room. Because if you don't reserve early (which you're not even allowed to do) then you'll be left without a sunbed or a place to sit.
The communication. Some in the staff do not speak English, which prevents effective communication. Despite communication problems, many are very nice.
The rooms are modern and fresh. However, we had a lot of problems with the sewer, because it smelled in our room. Every time we had left the room for a long time, the whole room almost smelled like toilet. It is also VERY responsive in the rooms. Everything that happens outside is heard straight in. We stayed on the pool side and heard music and noise late at night. So you have to be prepared for that. The music near the pool at day is also very repetative, they play the same songs every day.
The photo shots: Some days you could take pictures with animals by the pool such as a parrot, lizard, snake or a monkey. It does not feel morally right to have animals here just so they can be in pictures. You could see that the animals were not comfortable with this. Instead they should live the life they are meant for, out in the wild.
The experience at this hotel has been overall okay. The food is okay, the drinks too. The staff is doing their very best. The pool and the beach gets an extra plus from us. The hotel is fairly modern and fresh, but there are some areas that could be improved. Therefore Hane Sun Elite Hotel gets 3/5 ⭐️

Super nice hotel. Value for money. Small rooms, but clean and nice. Lots of delicious food, something for everyone, super delicious breakfast. Like many others all incl. Hotels can get a bit monotonous, especially if you are there for longer than a week. But there is really a lot of food all day! A big minus is the queue at the buffet. It could be avoided if everyone didn't stand in the same queue, but you made small ones for the different things you wanted.
Sweet young people in the animation team who do a great job of entertaining everyone. Good entertainment in the evening too.
10 min walk to the most delicious beach with catering incl. both food and drink and ice cream. If you don't want to walk, drive their own bus every 10 minutes all day.
There is a lot of noise in the corridors to the rooms, you can hear the neighbor very easily.
There are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. And the bus runs straight out front if you want to go to Side.

Positives: great wellness, turkish spa and hamam, amazing evening programmes, evening meals especially salad bar, beach refreshment and lady with Turkish pancakes, fantastic desserts, bus to the beach
Minuses: a lot of smoking people, even at breakfast among little kids, noice around the pool all day long, not good coffee and cocktails, poor breakfast, you have to queue for everything good (omelletes, pancakes, supper meals....), stairs to the beach and from the pool upstairs - quite difficult with the pram). Poor English of the staff especially at the reception.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but next time we will choose something else.

Small hotel
There were a lot of elderly people in October,
So if anyone wants to spend time there with children or middle-aged friends, I don't recommend it
- towels not replaced,
- You can hear everything in the rooms
- the bar was supposed to be equipped with water, but it wasn't
Sometimes this water was refilled, other times it was not
a lot of people from Poland is a plus
- the staff doesn't speak much English, but they are nice and you can communicate
- small amount of drinks
A plus: a large number of sunbeds
Internet available almost everywhere
Overall, I think the trip was a success, but it was a bit like our Ciechocinek due to the number of quite elderly people

When we first entered the hotel, everything seemed normal, then the nonsense started. In the dining area, you will see the same food in the morning, evening and the next day, there is no variety or change, always the same menus. Our room was on the bottom floor and the cleanliness was amazing. The attitude of some of the waiters towards Turks is terrible. When we asked for something missing, we got the answer that there are only those here. Be prepared for crickets, we caught two in the room and 3 on the balcony. The animation shows were nice, but our last two nights were boring. Part of the hotel was closed to customers. Since it was the hotel owner's engagement, the animation area was completely closed on the first day for preparations and on the second day for the engagement. And to keep us entertained, they played live music in a small area, and the next night, there was a dance show in the meeting hall. never choose never

This Hotel is disgusting. This hotel has nothing to do with “Elite”. The Food is disgusting and cold. with disgusting i mean that the food is way too oversalted and has no flavour . The bedsheets are the worst part! not only that the bedsheets smell like puke and piss even that the bed has old boogers on the side and not only that with no surprise it has cockroaches. the waitress refused to give me drinks not too forget. Worst Hotel ever

One of the best small hotels!!! Went there with family and friends. Everyone liked everything!!! The food was excellent, there was a choice and everyone found a dish to their taste. Soup at 12 at night, a gift of fate))) The territory is not large, but everything you need is there, there was enough space for everyone. Every evening there are different events: Turkey Day , Mexico Day, lotteries, karaoke, dancing.... In terms of children's animation, I would like to highlight the girl Mel, she made the child fall in love with her ❤️ very warm attitude towards children 🌺 In the evenings there were children's dances, during the day there was entertainment in the children's room, they even baked cookies))) To the sea 5 minutes by minibus or 10 minutes on foot. The beach is great! You can have lunch on the beach and there is a bar with drinks. I would also like to mention the employee of the spa center at the hotel, his name is Umut! A professional in his field, if you have back problems, then you should go to him! Suitable for the beach or by the pool, we recommend listening, he won’t recommend nonsense, their spa is decent! Overall, I enjoyed my stay 🥰

Hello, we generally liked the hotel, but we couldn't get out at 12 on our last departure day because our little boy was sick and couldn't eat anything, about three o'clock we would have to eat him appetizer combinations and come out, they insisted on calling over, I told the female staff at the reservation we were going out in half an hour, then the manager took the phone, Mr staff, the base was too rude, in ten minutes said leave the emergency hotel. I’m a complainant, not like that. The taste of our mouth leaves us broken heart.

I rate my stay at the hotel very well. The service is nice and helpful, the staff keeps the hotel clean. The swimming pool is well-kept, the beach is very good, the general style of the hotel is very positive. The food was tasty, although sometimes monotonous, I really liked the Turkish evening and the food served during it. The hotel's strongest point is its animations, something different is offered every day, they have a variety of activities such as: darts, volleyball, pool games, aqua aerobics, gym and, of course, wonderful evenings in the amphitheater and various performances.
I really appreciate the evening with Michael Jackson or club music. Everything is run by very nice and professional animators. Overall, I rate the hotel positively.
