The Sorgun Akadia Luxury Hotel garners praise for its array of entertainment options and immaculate facilities, with the cleanliness of its rooms and public spaces receiving repeated commendations. While the atmosphere is deemed vibrant and festive, some guests find the emphasis on loud music less conducive to relaxation, noting a particular appeal to Russian visitors. The staff is generally lauded for their service, especially at the bars and snack bar, though the reception team sometimes falls short on responsiveness. Despite mixed feedback on room comfort and noise levels, the hotel's value proposition appears to skew towards party-goers.

Except for the food, the hotel is great for a vacation with your partner.
The choice of the buffet is great, but the food is not seasoned and the quality of the food is poor. Please keep cold chains, train the staff in hygiene and change the supplier.
We often had problems with the stomach.

The dessert on the other hand is good, except for a musty smell from the counter.

The staff was always nice and accommodating, the cocktails were good, especially the Akadia Special and there is good alcohol, like Red Label.
The pool area is nice and big and looks good and the slides are fun too.
The original Magnum ice cream stand included in the all inclusive was a positive surprise to us and also the different beers in bottles (Corona, Becks, Efes) and not on tap is a plus.

From 0 o'clock most are already in the room and only a few are still downstairs to dance.
From 0 o'clock, please make the music a little quieter, so that you can still dance to it, but the others are not so disturbed.

I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5
The hotel itself is amazing and beautiful however its very much a party hotel which isn't a bad thing but the music continues till 3 am and doesn't get any quieter at any point during the night I think the food was amaing also good variety and always very hot food. The guide who helped us book our excursions was very helpful (Ali) and all the cleaning staff and bar staff was always very happy and talkative and slo very helpful. The entertainment was good during the night live performances however they do entertainment where they need the audience/guests to do there work for them and they don't take no for a answer when they ask if you would like to go on stage.
The outside of the pool and slides was all very clean and the two main entertainment staff a nice tall guy and a shirt curly haired lady was both very great during the day and always smiling and sitting with everyone and talking.

It'd just the loud music over night which let's it down I understand its a party hotel which wasn't advertised as being that at all but it's okay but all I ask is at midnight they turn the music down a bit 🎶

We stayed at this hotel as a couple for seven nights and it was lovely and exactly as pictured online. Room was very clean (would reccomend paying extra for sea view). Cleaners did forget to give enough blankets/towels post room service but easily accessible from reception. pools, bars and restraunt/eating areas all very clean and food and drinks were great! Very easy to get a taxi/bus into side and back. Would not reccomend this hotel for couples who want a quieter stay. We are in our late 20s. Entertainment at night is very very loud until approx 1am and we were unable to sleep at night due to it. Other people staying at hotel very loud on balconies (drunk post entertainment). All music is mainly Russian and so is the entertainment - slightly isolating as Scottish guests. Most the staff don’t speak english, mainly Russian but still were very helpful. Overall fantastic hotel minus the lack of sleep for 7 nights! The music was hell!!

Hotel itselft is fresh and nice looking, however catering is on really low level (a la carte restaurant is not worth a visit at all). However, all personel should be sent to training as they have very unprofessional attitude towards guests and 90% of them does not speak English, German or Russian. Rooms were not kept tidy during our stay, shampoo and shower gel was renewed just day to day (for 7 days stay, floors were not cleaned at least once).

We paid for room upgrade on our arrival day at hotel and shower head was missing, toilet cap was not attached and water was not draining down in shower, as well as bathroom floor was dirty. On the balcony we noticed used HEET for IQOS.

Overall, hotel management shoul work on service quallity to keep up the fresh condition of the hotel.

They change drinks from good quality in a bar to a bad ones in The evening, telling its finished. Coming to get a beer (they say its finished and they dont top up.. Poor snack bar, hamburgers made from strange meat(not everyone could eat that, and it smells bad..) spagetti in a snack bar was cold since it has opened, nothing to eat in a snack bar, only hamburgers.. ALSO not much entertainment, and lots of russian music, it looks like there is no other guest from another countries, the hotel forgets to speak in english Bad location, nothing is around.. Never been any seafood, always the same fish, and meat, next to the beach where are drinks aloud only from 10 AM so if you come early to the beach- you will not get anything to drink. I would not come back here again

It was my third time in Turkey and second time in adults only hotel, i really like this concept. The beach is located a bit far to walk in so hot weather but thanks god there is hotel shuttle comming every few minutes. A breakfast was repetitive but we always choose something. We use to skip the lunch and took something from snack back near the pool or beach, there were chrilled and fried meat, hamburgers, vegetables and fruit. A dinner was the best, lots of choices and changing almost every day. I appreciate, the hotel offer known brand of alcohol, not only domestic one like in some hoteles. The staff was also nice and willing, except the reception woman in spa, she was annoying all the time, never greet back it is impossible in 5* hotel... also the cleaning service was 2/5. Evening program was not bad but i experienced better. What was surprising that all the hotel is mostly focused on russian people, lots of them do not speak english or their english is poor. I recommend for young people who like party

The best thing about this hotel was the lovely Suna who cleaned our room each day. We were greeted with a big smile each morning. The entertainment staff were also friendly and lively.
The reception staff however, were unbelievably bad! On check in at 3am(after a 3hour delayed flight, so we were very tired) the staff member carried on counting money at the desk and completely ignored us for over 15 mins. Him along with other reception staff were rude and made you feel you weren't welcome. We went out one evening for food and on our return I was treated like a prostute, who was trying to sneak in, even though I had a wristband. It made me feel so uncomfortable.
The food was OK but very repetitive. The drink choice was very limited and hard work after a couple of days.
It was a lovely pool area, however, the music is on so loud 24/7 and was more like an 18-30s holiday, not a 4* all inclusive. It was 95% Russians, many of whom were rude but not all. The 4 English people we met were really friendly.
This hotel has 4* facilties but is lacking alot to be a true 4*. The room are OK but the beds are hard and the pillows are unbelievably lumpy. Unless you want dance music from morning to night, so loud you can't even talk without shouting to each other, whilst at the pool, I would avoid this hotel at all costs!!

I didn't find much positive to tell about this hotel. Yes hotel seems pretty nice and new, but that's where it ends.
First thing is that service in this hotel is just terrible. Even on lunch and dinner You have to queue in the bar to get your drinks, no table service at all. Of course same by the pool and beach.
Breakfast was pretty decent, but no fresh juices and ones which came from machine tasted really chemically and weren't drinkable. Also coming to breakfast lot of tabels were not cleaned, so it was hard to find place to sit outside.
Lunch and dinner were pretty much same all the time, only 1 or 2 special dishes on dinner.
Beach is very rocky and water goes deep very quicly. But we still preferred beach as it was much calmer. There was also snack bar on beach to have lunch, but there was also same food selection every day.
Still nice touch were a la carte restautants. We visited fish and italian a la cartes and there food was quite tasty.
Music is loud all the time. Fortunately we got our room other side of the hotel, so at least it was possible to sleep. If You have poolview room, then it would be pretty disturbing.
I read many comments that drinks and coctails are really good in this hotel. I really would like to know what drinks these people have been drinking before. For example Aperol Spritz is made from Campari, Sprite and sparkling wine. Also Mojito they make with Sprite. Choice of coctails was very limited, approximately 10-12 coctails and others were made with this terrible juices so also were undrinkable. Choice of spirits also very limited...1 gin, 1 vodka, 1 rum...bit more choices of whiskey. Yes beer, sparkling wine and simple gin-tonic were drinkable, but I think these are drinkable in 3* hotels as well. Also they missed correct glasses all the time, one time we drank sparkling wine from cognac glass, next time from juice glass. And no nice presentation on drinks.
Also as I mentioned there was no table service, but even then we went to order something from the bar then they just looking us like why are You here or what do You want.
So to conclusion. If You want party holiday with loud music, this is place for You. If You want relaxing holiday, where You feel like expected guest, then definately choose another hotel.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We are sincerely sorry for the aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. First and foremost, we regret to hear about your dissatisfaction with our service. It is our top priority to ensure that our guests are served promptly and efficiently. We understand the inconvenience of having to queue for drinks and will certainly look into ways to improve this aspect of our service, both in our dining areas and by the pool and beach. We appreciate your comments regarding breakfast. We will address the issue of cleanliness and table availability promptly. As for the juices, we will review our supplier and ensure that we provide fresh, high-quality options for our guests. It's concerning to hear that you found the beach rocky and the water depth to be a challenge. We will consider ways to make this information clearer to guests in advance. Your feedback regarding the repetitiveness of our lunch and dinner menus, as well as the snack bar offerings, will be shared with our culinary team for review and improvements. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our a la carte restaurants and found the food there to be to your liking. As for the beverages, we take your feedback seriously and will reevaluate our cocktail and spirits selections, as well as our preparation methods, to ensure we are offering the best quality and presentation. The music volume and selection is intended to create a lively atmosphere, but we understand that it may not be to everyone's preference. We will review our music levels and ensure that rooms are assigned thoughtfully to accommodate guest preferences. In conclusion, we truly value your feedback and we are sorry for not delivering the experience you anticipated. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future to show you the improvements we've made based on your valuable feedback. Kindly regards, Sorgun Akadia Luxury Hotel Management

Me and my partner (mid 20’s) stayed here. Our first impressions were good, the hotel certainly had a luxurious feel to it. However, it soon became apparent that this hotel was not going to provide a quiet/relaxing holiday as there was music from midday to 1/2 am in the morning and it was incredibly loud. I don’t mind music around the pool at all but the volume of the music was completely unnecessary, we could barely hear each other talk so ended up going to the beach most days to escape the noise which was so so much better. When it came to going to sleep this was not possible until at least 01.30am due to the parties. The noise unfortunately did taint our experience of the hotel massively, the food was mediocre as there was never any variety and very repetitive. Reception staff never seemed interested in providing any customer service and felt like an inconvenience however waiters and bar staff were always friendly. We still had a lovely holiday it’s just a shame something as simple as the volume of music could make the stay a lot more enjoyable! This is definitely a party/ drinking hotel so if you are looking for a relaxing holiday please reconsider before booking here.

Highly recommend this place, we are so satisfied with our experience! The service was excellent, daily and nightly programs were so much fun and the music by the pool was nice. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious and the selection was very large. The hotel has its own spa and shops, so everything you need is there. In addition to several pools, we also enjoyed the slides, ping pong table and hookah bar. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the beach during the day, and a bus stop to Side and Manavgat is right in front of the hotel. The pool bar makes very tasty cocktails and there was also an ice cream fridge, which was essential in such warm weather. The animation team was so nice and they created a very pleasant atmosphere.
