me and my fiancee lives abroad but when it's time to go home we decided to visit the family and then enjoy the rest of the vacation in a sweet hotel like la badira no need to worry about covid here much restrictions and everyone are careful the hotel has it's own charm even though it's not that big but it's unique calm and very quiet at first we tried to contact the reservation by phone but the line was busy all day long so we went straight to the hotel to book directly through the reception that's when we met our young cute little savior salim who did everything he could to see us satisfied we paid a visit together to some nice type of rooms but we fell in love with the one with the bathtub with sea view! unfortunately we had to change the room the next day since it was freaking hot with no ac! Not only that but salim offred us a discount for staying more than one night! we did not ask for it but how sweet of him or else we'd leave the hotel! instead we extended for a week the pool outside is just wow but the indoor pool at the spa wasn't warm enough in the evening that's a turn off but we were informed that it's not heated during that time which is bizarre since it's not summer yet? also the ac wasn't working what a big shame we had a rough night the food is disappointing at both restaurants since it's kinda expensive and not tasty enough and you're never full of only one plate you have to order more (opportunistic) the breakfast is ok no variety just the usual same stuff like in every hotel buffet room service has a huge problem with their phone not working and it's very annoying that you have to call the reception every time and keep on waiting for them to call you back to take your order imo that should be fixed asap btw we were asked to pay 50 dinars for a bucket of ice? what a joke! we must order a drink to get it free of charge? ridiculous since we order every day and that definitely need to be changed houssem the housekeeper is mannered well polite and hardworking heads up keep up the good work the waiters of the restaurants and the bar are not that professional if you ask me they seem new and not knowing what's going on around them and they have to go ask their colleagues for the tiniest detail back to our good looking blond savior at the reception the one who magically anticipated our demands by choosing where to have dinner outside (cuz we won't dine at the hotel again) then where we could party a little and calling us a cab to pick us up and bring us back in time to the hotel i should be rating less stars due to the fact that we were not really enjoying most of the time but no worries every place and experience has ups and downs thanks to everyone who made our stay enjoyable xo…
I have spent 3 days in badira hotel in hammamet. It was an amazing 3 days, the hotel was perfect, the management, the restaurant, everything is in order and perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for couples.
Everything was excellent except the staff in reception and room service on May 29 evening at 22:00 pm we were trying to order room service food and we try to call them many time nobody answering our calls and nobody call us back than we call reception and was same issue than i went by my self to reception desck and was no one there then the reception staff he came from the back office and asked how he could help o told him that no one was answering my calls for the last 2 hours than he connected me to room aervice from the reception desck how ever he doesnt explain me why no one answred my calls the night shift staff service is far from 5* hotels .
excellent hotel and location. All the staff was professional and nice even houssekeeping they clean the rooms very well and they are friendly.also the staff in breakfast restaurant are so hard worker and profisional especially Moez he has a very good approach to customers and he is very polite helpful and smily he create very good atmosphere in the restaurant you can see how much he is enjoying his job and using the service language I can recommend him to be a Trainer for customer service.
Hotel grounds are nice. Food is excellent. Staff is in need of customer service training, definitely not 5 star type of service, from the reception to the guy responsible for horseback riding to hotel maintenance. Seemed overpriced compared to other 5 star hotels in Greece, Italy or Spain, especially when the hotel was not fully booked.
