This place was a great price and it makes you feel like you're in a nice resort. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the beach, and it goes by very quickly. The rooms are very nice and some of them lead out to an amazing pool.

The room is clean, spacious, the shuttle staff goes to the room quickly, no need to wait for a long time. But only conditions of hotel gave only one key, but we stayed for two peoples. When the other person goes outside, they can't take the key, they need to deposit an additional 300 baht deposit in addition to the room deposit. Had to let the housekeeper come to open the room all the time because the phone in the room couldn't be heard because the phone was placed in the living room, not in the bedroom. There is no bell ringing front of the room. It may be a bit difficult. All staff are lovely and attentive to provide good service in all departments.

When booking it said we have airport pickup included, got to airport and no one was there so then had to pay for a taxi. When we arrived we asked them about this and we’re told that we had to email to book one despite this not being stated anywhere whilst booking. Check in was not simple, had to pay 3000baht in cash deposit which we were also not told about, they do give this back when departing.

Ants nest in our room however very quick to clean once informed. Mosquitos came in through cracks under doors.

Our sink was leaking the entirety of our stay, we didn’t bother telling them about this.

Parties every night which were very noisy on all night.

Taxi driver was caught filming my friend and I which made us very uncomfortable.

When telling staff about issues not much was done and not very apologetic.

On the bright side the housekeepers were very nice and thorough, and very friendly. Shuttle service and cars to room were most of the time reliable and useful. Room was spacious with nice balcony, pools very good and lots of choice. Food not too bad either. Restaurant staff also very helpful and welcoming.

We booked two suits for four nights, which as per information provided, has 1 double bed and two twin beds. Property is so huge that you need shuttle from lobby to go to your room. I will give point wise review: 1. Want money for everything: We booked for 4 adults and 2 children and paid accordingly. At the time of check in, staff at the reception despite having booking details, asked us to pay for children. When we confronted that we have paid extra for children, he agreed but asked us to pay for children's breakfast. Since we were carrying booking voucher, we showed it to them, which included breakfast, they agreed. All this wasted a lot of time for which they were not at all apologetic. Last shuttle to market is at 8 pm. We booked the same at 7.30 at the reception. From our room we called for the room shuttle service to be sent to building 'L' and specifically mentioned 'L as in London'. However lady at the reception sent the shuttle to building 'N' due to which we reached for shuttle to market at 8.05 pm. We were asked to pay for TBH 400 for shuttle service, though some people from 'Arab Country' were being driven to the market. When we confronted the lady at the reception that its her mistake, some senior member from the staff in a very rude tone said 'you can use the shuttle this time but next time you have come to the reception 15 minutes before time of departure'. It was a clear deviation from process as you can call at the reception and book over phone'. If people from Arab country could be allowed to use shuttle after 8 pm, Why we from India were asked to pay could be easily understood by everyone. Toiletries & tea bags: This is the first hotel in the world which does not refill toiletries and tea bags everyday. If you call them for the same, they with big mouth will say that house keeping refill every day but don't come to check. When you request them, two tea bags and 2 sugar pouches would be provided with the comment 'You have to pay if you want more'. Language: Either they don't understand simple English or they intentionally behave in such a manner. Then they say 'you have to pay'. As I mentioned above they took 'L' as 'N' while sending the shuttle and then said 'you have to pay TBH 400'.. Only book if you are ready to waste your energy on making them understand for things included and also for the ones they don't understand. For me booking 'STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED..

I stayed at this resort from 1st Jan to 4th January. The property is based on a hill and is beautifully spread within a wide span. On arrival at the hotel, the reception looked like a fish-market with staff roaming about here and there in utter chaos. Nobody knew what to do. There was lack of co-ordination among team members. My check-in was at 2 and I had arrived early at 1, plus I was travelling with my wife who was 6 months pregnant, so i requested the staff and the front line manager, Mr Charlie, to help me find a room early, if possible. They did not care to adhere to my request and on the contrary, delayed my checkin by another 20mins. On being confronted about this inordinate delay during checkin, the same Mr. Charlie did not even accept his mistake and spoke with a very bad attitude. He even threatened to cancel the booking when I tried to complain to him about this situation.
On several other occasions, I found the staff unfriendly and impolite. The attitude that was rude and unprofessional, was seen not just in Mr. Charlie, but other people too.

DO NOT COME HERE! I got the jacuzzi suite for One night. The check-in was awful and nobody was helpful it took me over an hour and a half to get a shuttle to my room. The hotel staff only cares about the Chinese stories because it was their new year. Many of the guests that were not Chinese were visibly frustrated. I did not get a welcome drink. When I finally get to my room I see my Jacuzzi and it did not work. When I asked staff to come fix it they were still unable to fix it, and they did not move me. I was able to figure out the Jacuzzi by myself but it takes so long that by the time it feels up the water is too cold. Do not ever stay here the staff is terrible the service is unacceptable and they do not make you feel welcome

We had booked this hotel considering its location which is near the Patong beach area but we were in shock when we saw the hotel. All the rooms are located on the hillock which is far away from the reception. You need to depend upon the internal hotel transportation for going to your rooms. We had to carry our own bags as the driver was too tired to carry all our 6 bags though he did not complain it was not expected from the reception staff. They should have sent extra help to carry the luggage since there is no lift to the 2nd floor. The experience of going to the rooms is also kind of not friendly. The hotel's internal transportation is all pick-up trucks where you need to climb in. next as the rooms are located on hillocks, there is a steep slope that you need to climb. while sitting in the pickup truck you are literally thrown here and there due to the steep roads. Our rooms were with nos 210 so second floor. The pickup trucks do not go to the second floor. They drop you to the ground floor and there are around 50+ steps that you need to climb to go to your rooms. That apart, the staff are extremely helpful but the same can't be said for the reception. As global tourists come, they should be at least well conversant with basic English however they are unable to understand basic English and it is a struggle to communicate. Next, the breakfast timings were from 7 to 11. We reached at 10.30 and to our horror, most of the items were over. When we asked for the finished items to be replaced, the staff simply refused and said they are out of stock. Overall I would recommend this resort to young people only. It would be very difficult for elderly people to stay here. Also, try to avoid getting rooms on the 2nd floor. There is not a good view also and very uncomfortable to reach. Also due to the hotel's location, local taxis charge extra as they say they need to climb the slope which consumes extra fuel. Please keep this in mind as the slope is too much to climb by foot especially after a long day.

Where to start other than look elsewhere cause you will be disappointed. You do not receive a nice friend Thai welcome like you do everywhere else.

When we arrived we had a very rushed busy area with a lot of chaos all around us. We were checking in and they required 1000 bhat pwr night deposit. We were there 5 nights so 5000bhat. At no point during booking and the emails to follow did we receive any information regarding the deposit required so it was a little shock to the system.

Then we got shown to our room. The rooms are big and spacious on a lovely levelled setting however we quickly noticed we would have been in the shade all day long which we didn’t really want having paid for a swim up pool. The team did allow us to move the following day saying they were full even though I was able to check online and could have booked a room however we waited until the following day and were much happier with a room in the sun. Unfortunately we had booked for our honeymoon and we went from a double to two singles but we were happy to be in the sun.

We booked through booking.com which stated it had a fully equipped kitchen. When we arrived we noticed there was a kettle and cooking was forbidden within the room. We had purchased beers from the mini market but no bottle opener or any cutlery for that matter in our fully equipped kitchen.

The rooms were nice and big but mould was evident in the bathroom.
We had requested small hand towels to use on hair washing as we had this in the first room and the maid said no so we contacted reception who said house keeping was on its way. Safe to say that never arrived.

The po areas are beautiful but there are tiles missing everywhere. This was noticed in both the swim up pools we had and also the main pool area. It is quite frankly unacceptable as it’s a safety issue and a matter of time before someone has an injury.

The nightclub on sight is most certainly aimed at the huge number of Russian travellers that seem to choose this area and we found that the hotel in general was certainly aimed at their needs.

Breakfast was ok just a lot of flies in the area but lovely setting.

The shuttle service down to the beach is good but it is absolutely horrific getting back. It takes almost 45 minutes due to traffic on two occasions.

Personally the WiFi wasn’t good at any areas for us.

Check out is extremely lengthy due to them checking the room (let’s be honest there certainly is nothing to take, not that we ever would but come on there was nothing in the room) and no damage was obtained before they will give you money back.

I had emailed during my stay but had no response. I would avoid this hotel personally. Such a disappointment and what a rubbish honeymoon. Standards are so so low compared to every other place we have stayed.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The service was top Notch (Thank you Benz) and the Breakfast buffet was delicious and different everyday! Upon arrival they provided us a very large beautiful suite with a stunning view overlooking the resort. It is also very conveniently located less than 10 mins to Patong Beach with free shuttles throughout the day for drop off/pick up. Highly recommend this resort thank you for starting our Honeymoon off so perfectly!

Ww would not recommend this hotel ,
Location is a 25 minute walk to Patong Beach.
To access the hotel you have to go up very steep driveway.
We stayed in a one bedroom unit with a shared pool.
Very Average, clean but nothing to write home about.
You have to get internal transportation up to your room.
Hit or miss when available.
Breakfast is basic, very limited western menu. More chioce for Asian /Indian
Had to budget a lot of Baht for taxis just to come and go from the resort.
3 star

IMPORTANT

The Hotel has a weird vibe.
The main pool area was empty no atmosphere
The timeshare staff hanging around the pool smoking and loitering looking for their next victim.

The hotel has made the first levels of the resort complex into three after hours night clubs.
These Nightclubs start at 3am after things close in town.
You can hear the Duff , duff music throughout the resort.
We had to close all doors to shut out the sound.

I would only recommend this for young couples on a budget

Will not stay here again.

So many better resorts around.
