We stayed here for one night before a safari tour to Serengeti and again for two nights when we returned the following week. We had rooms on the 12th and 13th floors, and both times we had amazing views across Arusha to the mountains. The rooms were huge with a kettle, mugs, bottles of water, a safe, iron, ironing board and big flatscreen TV. The room had good AC. The bathroom had a nice modern shower, plus a spa bath. The bathroom would have benefitted from more space around the sink or a shelf to put all my cosmetics. The restaurant on the 14th floor had amazing views. The staff were very attentive and friendly. In the evening we went for dinner there and got pizza and beef burger, both of which tasted wonderful. For breakfast we had bacon, sausage, eggs, fried potatoes, mushrooms and tomato made to order, plus a plate of fresh watermelon and pineapple.

I attended a conference at the Arusha ICC, this hotel was perfect as it is as walking distance to the convention centre, literally 2 min walk.

The hotel rooms are huge. Its in a busy intersection, however the rooms are on the higher floors, so no need to worry about floors. I stayed on the 12th floor. Smart TV in the room. Airconditioning in the room. Safe provided in the room.

Bath and shower in the room and towels soap provided.

There is no working table though if you going to be working.

When it comes to finding a place that truly feels like a home away from home, Sanna Boutique Hotel in Arusha has set a new standard. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in warmth and genuine hospitality that left an indelible mark on my heart. The staff are the epitome of friendliness and warmth. Each interaction, whether it was with the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, was filled with genuine smiles and a willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay memorable. It's rare to find a place where every member of the team seems to share the same passion for hospitality.

We stayed at the Sanna for four nights on our first visit to Arusha. The rooms are enormous and well equipped (although we never quite worked out how the lights and aircon worked). You need to have really quick showers but the water reheats quickly. The views from the roof top are just stunning. But by fair the best feature of the hotel is the staff. Every morning they were genuinely interested in how we had slept and couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely stay at the Sanna again.

Overall a nice experience, staff was helpful at any moment when you needed them. My room had a good size and a beautiful view of Mount Meru. The breakfast was also delicious and a great rooftop from where you can see every part of Arusha. Would recommend it and visit again.

Stayed at Sanna Boutique Hotel during my stay in Arusha from the 20th Dec to the 22nd for 2 nights and all I can say is WOW! I was given a room with a mountain view on the 12th Floor and the view was amazing. Price, the Manager went over and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable as a solo traveller. The staff at the reception, Sharon, Lucy, and Venant were very obliging and helped me carry my shopping up to the room and help with the luggage. The breakfast and dinner were awesome and the view from their rooftop restaurant is breathtaking at sunset and sunrise. I also loved the little coffee shop downstairs that serves awesome coffee and snacks. The morning coffee can be ordered from the coffee shop and it's brought straight to your room at the time you request it! I wanted an early coffee and the coffee was delivered to the room at 7 am.

The location of the hotel makes it a great place to stay for all your needs whether its shopping, dining, or simple to relax, as the rooms are quiet despite being right in the middle of a busy area.
The room was large with a small kitchen area with facilities to make tea, and a sitting area/lounge with a flat-screen tv with a plethora of channels, which I did not have time to watch. The best was nice and firm and I had a 2 good nights rest. The bathroom is large and has toiletries, bathrobes, and towels that are of good quality. Overall, I found the room very clean, hygienic, and extremely comfortable and the view of the mountains was amazing. I have to stress on the clean room as I am a clean freak and always loathe staying at hotels with dust, Mold, and smell bad which is very common in Arusha and Zanzibar but Sanna Boutique was a standard above all these, and I hope they continue to keep up this 5-star standard in hotel accommodation.

This is going to be my regular stay when I visit Arusha and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.
