This hotel is located on an upper area near the local Arusha Airport. The surroundings are quiet and safe, and I was jogging every morning with some locals there. Staff is very gentle, caring and polite. Always available and at your services whenever you need them. The restaurant is available day and night if you don't want to go and dine in the town.

Services are excellent and location is nice and quite secluded from city noises, you will hear the birds signing in the morning. Food is great, have even some organic vegetables from their garden.
They go out of the way to make you comfortable, customer service here is great . Very friendly and we did enjoy so much. For sure will stay here on our next trip

We stayed at Masailand Safari & Lodge before and after trekking to Uhuru peak. We were welcomed with a glass of juice on arrival. Rooms were spacious. Air-con did not work. Hot water either too hot or too cold, and hot water tank/geyser too small to provide hot water for two people. Staff helpful and friendly — even kindly went the extra mile to buy me a toothbrush after I discovered I forgot mine at home. Restaurant menus priced in USD, but slips offered to sign were in TSh. Breakfast did not include cereals. Laundry services quite expensive. Although quiet, Masailand is rather far away from all other places of interest. Gravel road from the T2 tar road leading to the entrance gate of Masailand in poor condition.

This is our third time to stay at the Masailand Safari Lodge in Arusha. We usually bring around fifteen people with us, and every year, our stay has been incredible (which is why we keep returning!) The staff is incredibly hospitable, willing to meet every single need we have. The hotel staff is also extremely friendly, willing to help with anything you might need. On top of that, the hotel is very clean and I can always count on coming back to a room that is in perfect shape each day. We plan to stay at the Masailand Safari Lodge for as long as we visit Arusha!

I'm really grateful for this choice we've done. After 3 exhausting days of Safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro national parks, we managed to catch our breath and relax for a bit in this exceptional unique lodge. The stuff was very friendly, dinner was so delicious and rooms were cozy and comfy. Thank you guys for everything. You really made our last night in Arusha memorable.
