Our family of 4 stayed three nights for the Bushfire festival. We were disappointed when we pulled up but became more comfortable with each night. We'd consider it again only if we had business in Manzini, however the 25-30 minute drive to Malkerns makes it a 'never again' for Bushfire. The hotel grows on you, and ultimately we had a decent stay; however there's no way this should be classified as a three-star hotel. I'd give it two. I'm baffled by the reviews describing the facility as "'elegant". It's certainly not that, but it's reasonably comfortable, with some notable 'cons'.

Pros:
-reasonable price
-surprisingly comfortable bed
-good AC/heating unit
-nice hot shower
-great TV/cable for the space
-polite staff
-10 min drive to Riverstone mall (convenient for dining since the hotel does not have a restaurant)
-better than average kitchenette (very helpful if traveling with a baby)
--breakfast was ok, but light.

Cons:
-Horribly loud at night. Rooms are ground-level facing the lobby. Every conversation, door slam, or phone call could be heard easily and loudly even through closed doors and windows. Serious sound-proofing would be required to sleep comfortably through the night. Not great for babies.
--Horribly bright at night. Curtains are thin and security lights right outside the window shine inside each room making it uncomfortable to sleep. We had to hang extra blankets up over the window blinds to block the light and get some privacy. Also not great for babies.
-slow internet. Strong enough to check e-mail but not browse the web.
-No restaurant. Dinner available only by prearrangement.

FYI: Location is in a regular neighborhood vs. a tourist zone so lots of litter, burning smells, folks chilling at night, etc. It did not feel unsafe to us, and we even considered joining the always-large crowd at the restaurant/bar up the street; however this would not be an option for everyone.

The room was clean, although the fridge was making too much noise.the staff was very nice. There is a phew places to park your car inside. Breakfast was ok, although there is not much privacy in the dining, if you go in couples. The wi-fi needs more speed.I would repeat.

This place is fantastic. The stuff is friendly especially Anitta she looked after us very well. It's a nice peaceful set up, the bar is not for the regular boozer though, if you like drinking and getting wild then go somewhere else. The rooms beat those of 5 star hotels around swaziland i'll bet on my ferrari. The only let down is location a bit difficult to find, ooh did i mention the the mini fridge in the room with all the goodies!

Although we had some difficulty in finding the Lodge as there were no signboards showing the way, when we eventually got to the place we were very happy with the clean and comfortable setup we found there. Still somewhat under construction with some building going on it was understandable that the access was little compromised. To compensate for any inconvenience we were upgraded to the next option level without extra charge. Free wifi formed part of the package. We pointed out to the very friendly owner and host that there were some inconsistencies in terms of what was offered and what was advertised on the websites. We would recommend the venue as convenient, clean and comfortable

internet pics do not come anywhere near reality. whilst the kind lady did her best, area, location and facility is 'different', rather avoid.in fact dont stay in any part of manzini. the Ezulwini valley area is the only area worth staying in.
rooms were only just bearable. breakfast was poor. too expensive for what is offered and location.

The place is a couple of km away from the town center. The time we staid there one was building extra rooms. Our room was small but clean. Breakfast was included in the price. We could have a dinner at the property. Friendly staff. In the morning we found our car nicely washed, kind attention.
