Rude staff, was unwelcomed and made to feel like an outsider. Got my reservation wrong multiple times and couldn't sort it out ended up having to go somewhere else entirely, completely disgraceful and not recommended
I was in the hotel for 4 nights. The rooms are big and comfortable, the food is excellent, the place is very clean and organized. What makes this place shine is the service level that you get. The hotel personal are always smiling and will do their best to accommodate you and your every need. The customer manger Shuki is the diamond in the rock. He gives you the feeling that you are nothing less but the most important thing in the world and he will go above and beyond to have you smile. Because of Shuki this place is 5 stars on my book. Highly recommended!!!
We visited during Passover vacation. Very big but average hotel. Old fashioned design, very basic facilities, clean in general but very old. Desperately needs renovation. There is good swimming pool, a lot of empty spaces, gardening is ok. Breakfast is ok, dining room design is very basic. There is very small parking, so we had to look for parking at nearby streets. The great view on the Sea of Galilee is the best part of the hotel!
Uncomfortable beds No HOT Water Dirty Room Dripping Faucets We booked a one night through Priceline when we got there they asked for more money, we had no choice it was late and they knew it. Management had an attitude. We booked for queen size bed we got to single bed with single sheets connected. The bed kept splitting at night.
I came here with my husband for a vacation to find that this hotel only gave me a headache. The amenities they promise were not met and the room was filthy. Costumer service was extremely poor and we ended up leaving the hotel and finding a new one that was much better. Management did not give us a refund even though the services of the hotel were not met. Would not recommend
we arrived at this wreack of a place with high expectations, but it turend in to a nightmaire very soon, the nastey and really idiotic women by the desk named "ranen" asked for my isrealy green passpot aldo i insisted to here that im an amaricen and i didnt get one, she screamed on me and really insulted me, i showed here my amaricen vaccine card, that should have been taken, but that stingy ladey did not want to listen, she just kiked me out in middle of the night, and even refused to write a memo to the hotel manegment that they should give me back my money! with such terrible staff i would'nt recommend it ti anybody!
All the equipment is really really old. No actually WiFi (it exists but no signal). Breakfast is absolutely awful, no cleaning of tables. There was some idiotic performance till 23:00. So kids can not sleep. Only good thing is the room was clean.
The rooms are spacious but not modern...also slightly unkept. The food was delicious and the view from our 5th floor room was like a scene from a movie. It has easy access to the sea promenade. We were on a holy land tour in a group of 34 people from South Africa...Their catering for the group was excellent.
Pros: Friendly welcome, well maintained room, Receptionist very helpful dealing with car rental issue. Cons: paper cups with wooden stirrers in room - had to sign for! to borrow proper cups and spoon! Double bed set up as 2 single beds with gap in middle! Cleaner knocks and walks into room without warning!
As you all know the pictures always telling a beautiful story however the real thing is completely different. Hotel is extremely neglected on the outside that the owners of this establishment cannot afford to paint the outside of the building so it looks like the building has not been painted for 30 years. The hotel rooms are outdated and have not been upgraded for so many years, all the beds in this hotel are two single beds no other beds are available no twin queen or king-size, as well as the bathrooms, are so old and outdated. this hotel is 1 star at best.
