I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in January. It is such a shame that they feel the need to completely rip people off. When I check in, there was a small bottle of water in the room which I used on the first night. It was never replaced, so I asked for water at reception. I was given a very small 500ml bottle on three occasions. I was charged the equivalent of $30 USD for the water on check out. I queried this weight the receptionist who agreed, I should have been told the cost. I also asked if I had checked in on 5 different nights, if I would have received a complimentary bottle of water each time. She said yes, I would. In other words, they build the cost of water in to the room rate. Sorry, this is not good business practice, this is just a rip off. I’m back in Herzliya next week, but will find alternative accommodation. You have lost me as a customer.…

A nice, quiet relaxing hotel. Staff is very polite and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Contemporary design. Check in and check out was very fast. Wi-Fi speed is adequate. Breakfast was ok. One thing they could upgrade is the bath towels size.

I work with a company close here and keep being reserved into here. If you want to get a basic hotel with vegan breakfast and such thin partition walls between the rooms that you can hear snorers on the other side? This is the place for you. It’s good if all you’re going to do is sleep.

We arrived late at night, and was meet with a wonderfull service from the staff at the reception, the rooms and the hotel is very clean, and the beds are really comfortable, the breakfast is good. There is free parking in the basement so your care is secure
