Ladera was the perfect Villa for our first time in Bali. The room was perfect and very clean. The private pool was something out of a dream. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast and like most local places in Ubud very good portion sizes and not too big. Best location! Close to everything but not noisey. Heaps of restaurants close by as well as a mini-mart, spa and taxis. Make sure you turn right a couple times and check out the restaurants.
Had stayed in this place over a week, one of my fav hotels in Ubud Wonderful villas with private swimming pools, specious rooms and great useful Kitchenette outside, very quiet and relaxing Service in this place was superb and special thanks to Eka for being extra kind
Stayed for 2 nights . Wonderful villa for family and couples , very well maintained and cleaned . Breakfast was good and the best part it it was situated at the best place where u can enjoy the night life of Bali . Highly recommended . Thanks for the hospitality you have given . Regards Rakhi & Yatin
Amazing experience at Ladara Villa! The staff really goes above and beyond! We celebrated my hubby’s birthday during our stay and the staff surprised him with a small cake and sang happy birthday when delivering our breakfast to the room - it truly made his day! We stayed 3 nights in villa E - good AC with spacious indoor and outdoor living space. The whole villa is extremely private which is ideal for taking a dip in the pool to cool off in the afternoon. In the evening the staff places mosquito coils around so you can enjoy your time outside without any bugs.
Booked for 4 nights but vacated on the next day. Stayed in 'E' villa construction sound disturbance throughout the day till 5 pm. During night very big geckos just above the bed when it sent out also it comes to the same place. As kitchen is open full of insects and big lizards fighting can't access after 6pm.Wifi disconnected after 11 pm when enquired poor reply from staff that will be restored in morning. Poorly maintained villa garden as am not sure this issue exist only in tat particular villa. Only one lady staff helped us to move to other place as it was their mistake. We wasted one day in searching for new place. There are lot of good villa with private pool options with same price well maintained garden and pesticide control. Only one advantage abt this place is near to Ubud centre but even other villas which is little walkable from city centre provide continues free shuttle or we can take rental motor bike to see around. Pls don't take this as u have very best options around ubud.…
Stunning Private Pool, Good rooms, excellent, caring and smiling staff. Will definitely recommend to stay in Ladera Villa Ubud Bali. Staff always ready to help with anything you need. Only negative point is that the A/C i nthe room is not very strong and needs to be more effective.
Very well placed and easy walking distance to just about everywhere, with plenty of restaurants and all the etc’s nearby. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Attentive turndown service in the evenings, they’ll open the mosquito net around the bed and plug in the electric repellent, as well as citronella coils on the outdoor shower/bathroom area, I really liked the scent! The private pool is really what makes it special and is kept in very good maintenance, water feels clean and not loaded with chemicals. Temperature can feel quite cool, guess because the sun does not always get to it, but as the weather is hot it makes it refreshing, by taking it slow you get used it, and was great! Really appreciated the option to have the Breakfast in the Room/pantry area at no extra cost. Simple breakfast but tasty and using what seemed home produce, fresh scrambled eggs were delicious No issues, nothing major to point out. Think that perhaps just the outdoor shower/toilet area could do with an uplift to match up to the nice room/private pool (it is kept very tidy and clean tho! no issues there) Also, small detail, but would be nice to have an armchair in the corner of the room (feels ‘void/empty’ and is useful i.e. just to sit and tie your shoes as bed is quite high - or maybe my legs are too short lol sorry)…
We booked our stay here quite last minute and were very lucky to get a room like this. Walking up to the room and to the door was like something out of a fairytale, it was very pretty! The pool was very picturesque and the perfect size. However, the outside area was let down by the kitchen sink and mini bar. When compared to the beauty of the rest of the garden area, these stood out like a sore thumb. The inside of the room had everything. We especially enjoyed the towels folded into swans on the bed. However the towels themselves seemed a bit old, and are probably in need of an update. The bed was super soft, we were not used to a bed of this sort! The toilet was strangely outside, which was a novelty. The shower seemed like it also needed a bit of in upgrade, or made a deeper clean. Overall, there are some improvements that could be made to this hotel, in order for it to blossom to its full potential! …
We stayed at the Ladera Villas based on the reviews on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. This place is so beautiful and well placed, that we had the benefit of enjoying a quiet peaceful villa, yet were just 100m away from the main bustling streets of Ubud. Because this is a boutique 'hotel' the staff are very personable and treat you really well. They go above and beyond and really make you feel at home. The reception staff helped us translate with a vendor down the road as we were struggling with the language barrier. The Villas themselves are beautiful with a nice plunge pool and outdoor bathrooms. I was nervous about the outdoor bathroom, but it became quite normal. Highly recommend this place as the street it is located on is about to boom and there are plenty of beautiful restaurants and hotels opening up which offer nice meals without having to deal with the traffic and crowds of the main roads.…
This is the first time in our a month holiday we feel really at home in our one-bedroom villa. It's so 'homey' that there were days we preferred just staying in the villa and swimming leisurely in our private swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and it is a calm place which is perfect for a family holiday. Plus, its location is very strategic. We walked to many places in Ubud. It is really convenient. We will come back!
