it was in very poor condition last year, but major construction works are being done, not on time as predicted. it is a very central location in monkey forest road, and we became good friend with one of the staff. always brings happy memories.

When we came across this accommodation online we were impressed by the pictures provided by management and by the location, Little did we know what we would be facing when we checked in. Upon check in we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff, Nana. She escorted us to our room & helped with luggage. Our room stunk of mould and the bed was damp. We paid extra for a room with a bath but were appalled at the conditions of the bathroom. Nana moved us to another room without hesitation which was a bit better, there was no smell of mould and the bed wasn’t damp. However there seemed to be an issue with bugs. My legs are now covered in bug bites & we frequently spotted the bugs crawling on the bed during the night which was disgusting. The water from the tap was cut off on the last morning & when it came back it was completely discolored. The breakfast was okay but there was not much choice on the menu. Luckily there was plenty of restaurants around. This whole establishment is in need of a serious refurbishment. Such a disappointment considering the location & friendly staff. I would not stay here again & would not recommend.

Staff was amazing! So friendly and helped us out finding various things ie babysitter a ride etc. The grounds are lovely and lush. The room was pretty nice and very spacious. When maintenance was there they were a little loud but so was my toddler so whatever. But the location was the best. We repeatedly said to ourselves that we had the best street. The amount of yummy restaurants and night time places for a band and a beer were on point. Across the streetish was a pool with a swim up bar. They have a nice little pool at Adi but the one across the street was really fun that one was called Folk

Stayed here for two nights. The place is situated in the middle of town. 10 mins walk to Monkey Forest, and five minutes to the palace. The rooms are situated around a beatiful garden, and away from the heavily trafficated road. Check in was problem free, and the staff was brilliant (as they are most places on Bali). Good air-con and wi-fi in the room. Small bathroom, and a nice balcony. Breakfast is simple, but you would'nt expect a big buffet in a place like this. Menu changes every day, and you have veggie, european and asian options. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Would stay a bit out of the center in high season though. Traffic must be crazy in the center then.

I really liked the hotel, the staff is super firendly, they help use get super deals for scooter rental, cooking class, driver to visit the island and even the transportation to the Gili Islands! The breakfast was good, and the location good (if you like to be in the city center and have bars around). For us, it was a surprise, we wanted to be calm, and the location wasn't great for us, but for many people this could be awesome! Even though the hotel/room was good, I'd have preferred to get a better room, I think I got 2 of the worst rooms in this hotel, (others seemed better but I didn't really saw them), the first one I got, was very dark and was behind the kitchen, as soon as we arrived we could hear people talking loudly from somewhere, for these 2 reasons I asked to be moved, they moved me to the room right above it, which had more light, but still we often needed to turn on the lights, also this room, was like in a corner, so from the window we could see the pool but not very much. The worst thing about this room was that it is the one closer to the bar next door, so we could hear the music from the bar, nevertheless the music always stopped at around 11pm.

We stayed there for one night last week. The room is so big and the bed as well. The location is perfect (near the monkey forest , kajeng rice walk and Ubud market ) and the hotel in general is nice as well the breakfast. The bedsheets were bit dirty and very noisy at night we couldn’t sleep we felt we were sleeping into a bar because of the noise. Staff was very nice and helpful .

This place is located at the heart of ubud. It’s calm and happening at the same time. Easily accessible to restaurants and shops nearby. They gave us a bad room on the top floor at first but then they moved us into a better one. The stay was fine. The complimentary breakfast is not that great. The pool is very beautiful. The internet in this place is the fastest ever. Good stay. I would recommend this place for sure.
