Tini is a very kind woman, who went the extra mile to take care of my sick girlfriend (she had a throat infection). She brought breakfast and took us to the doctor. Thank you! The room was Nice too though.

I stayed here 5 days and it was great. Located 15 min scooter drive to the center, this is the place to explore Ubud the best. The surroundings of the Vila are beautiful and I think you see much more staying in this place than in the center. The vila is a very peaceful place with a great pool and friendly staff. The room is very spacious with a nice balcony + breakfast is served every morning on the balcony. Scooters are available for hire which I highly recommend you to do. Take the scooter and just drive around the surroundings of the vila!

Tini Villa was such a lovely place to stay. The staff is welcoming and the owner goes out of her way totally, to make your stay in Ubud worth the travel. The rooms are clean, beautiful and the whole place is just wow!! The owner (Tini) drives you to all the best places in Ubud and waits there for you, being a first timer in Ubud, it made my trip smooth. She charges a fee that is affordable, where she can go with you, she goes with you and teaches you about the town. I must totally mention that she literally negotiated prices for me wherever i went😆, so I paid soo less on a lot of activities. I had an amazing experience in Ubud, thank you Tini Villa staff. These guys were literally my family in Ubud. Soo loving. Thank you. I recommend this place totally, I’m definitely visiting them again in September. ❤️❤️ AlvineMirjam Samuel Namibia

I stayed last week and LOVED it. The hotel is in a great location, about 15 minutes scooter outside the hustle and bustle of the centre and very close to the Pyramids of Chi. The room was very spacious, included a divine outdoor private shower that over looked the fields and jungle and with a great private terrace over looking the pool. The four poster bed was really very comfy! Breakfast was served on my terrace each morning, a great selection was on offer for pre-order the night before. The pool is very warm, private with great views. The staff are super helpful, nothing was to much. Scooters are available for hire which was a brilliant perk. I cant wait to come back. 10/10 from me.

Nice hotel: very good service, beautiful pool, very calm, big room. The breakfast is good but not so generous. It is served in your room which is convenient. You need to know that the hotel is far from the city (10 minutes by car) so please ask timetable for shuttle service unless you have to pay a 10000 rp ride by car.

We booked two nights at the Tini Villa and we were hoping to prolong our stay but we changed our mind after the arrival. The owner picked up us at the agreed location and she was really kind, but it seemed like our room was not ready even we were arriving quite late, I think the owner didnt want to come clean about this so she made a stop at her little shop close to the hotel and invited us to look around and taste some products...this was not appriciated as we just wanted to take shower already and check in, we would appriciate more if we could already arrive to the hotel and maybe get cold drink and jumpi in pool while our room is getting ready. The room we boked was called deluxe and had bath on the pictures, but we were staying in room without bath and it seemed bit more simple then what we hoped for, the biggest problem was prehaps the half out door bathroom where we felt not so much privacy and the shower didnt work out properly. We paid 56USD per night which I found ok for what we got, I mean the place still had aircondition, great bed, pick up service and pool. The down side was it was in middle of nowhere, the place didnt have restaurant and the owner seem to be bit dishonest and sneeky. This was actually the factor we liked the least. Overall I would say for 56USD there is no way you get room including breakfast and pool in Europe so I am not complaning, but the 2 days were more the enough. The 3rd day we booked different hotel in Ubud and it was absolute 1st class for 100USD per night we had superior room with amazing bathroom, large bed, balcony and it was total winner. So if you looking to spoil yourself in Bali for low many, dont go too low spend extra still not much and really enjoy. PS: if you are after seeing rice fields you will definitely see them here ;) This is what we appriciated about the place....

Tini villa is located around 15 minutes by car so some taxi drivers didn t wanna take us from Ubud centre but location is nice. Room is very nice with own kitchen and with beautiful open bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Staff was a little bit slow, they didn t change our towels (only when we ask them to finally change towels because everything was wet) and we didn t have a plastic bag for a garbage but I must say the staff was always helpful. They gave us ride to Ubud centre. Water in swimming pool was a little bit cold but it was because weather was not nice that time. Tini villa is fine for people who don t need 5 star hotel.

Beautiful place between the rice fields, you think you are in paradise. Tini and her husband are very friendly in making an unforgettable stay in quiet surroundings 10 min from Ubud. Just ask for a scooter and off you go 😊
