We loved our stay at the prime plazza suites. The rooms are large and perfect for a family and with the 2 bathrooms and a kitchen on offer, it made our holiday with a young family easier. The hotel offered filtered water in a cooler free of charge which was amazing.
During our stay we found the staff to be extremely freindly and accomodating. Afternoons were spent lazing around the pool, eating great food and being served refreshing coctails from the pool bar made this a relaxing stay.
Our family will be back in December and we will be bringing additional familys with us.
The kids will love being back in the kids club pool and sliding down the waterslide, we cant wait.

We had a wonderful 10- day holiday at Prime Plaza Suites. We were impressed with the spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. The breakfasts were all very nice with a range of options available. The pool was great; younger children enjoyed the water slide. The Kids' Club area had table tennis, air hockey, pool etc. The gym was adequate but it was great to have the option of going to Prime Plaza Hotel to use their larger gym and pool. Apparently you could go for breakfast as well but we were happy with the breakfast at the Suites. The shuttle bus was excellent. It was a nice way to see the whole area but we usually walked to the main street which was 5 minutes away. The Suites/Hotel have an allocated beach area with towels and loungers provided. A lovely calm beach, perfect for children. The back gate shut at 6pm which was quite early, although we made sure we were out before 6pm and caught a blue taxi back for 30,000 rupees. The hotel menu was quite good, particularly for our children but we enjoyed experiencing the lovely restaurants along the main road. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay with our teenagers. We appreciated the warmth and hospitality of the staff at Prime Plaza Suites. Thank you!

So we are a family of 5 , 2A 3C aged 7,8 10 and arrived 2 a.m on 1/1/2020.
Kids were hungry, there was no mini bar foods (chips etc) so we called 24/7 room service for hot chips , told it would take half an hour to an hour since room service comes from another hotel. Said not to worry about it. Good thing is , there is big bottled drinking water in the 2 bedroom apartment
Woken up at 8:15 a.m by housekeeping. Went to breakfast at 9 a.m , a big line and 15 min wait as there were no tables available (probably due to people coming to breaky later because of new years eve celebrations).
Awesome morning around the pool , kids club and kids pool area is cool. Only mention about kids would be that it, in its own words, "is not a daycare centre" Kids under 6 need parents or a babysitter with them at all times Kids 6-12 are allowed to come and go ad they please (as long as they can swim) With our kids being the ages they are, this was not too much if a problem. They are all good swimmers and I sat out by the other pool having a drink and reading a book.
No money changer at the hotel, have to go elsewhere to exchange currency.
Went to get shuttle 'bus' to the beach as it comes once an hour, the van was full so we waited an extra 15 mins for a van to come get us and another family to take us to the beach. On the way back , there were alot of people waiting for the van and so we called a taxi instead. Bluebird taxi was about $2 aus, so cheap.
I think this hotel is overpriced for the lack of services. The kids have enjoyed making friends though.
The 2 bedroom apartment was a good size anyway and the kids room was big enough to fit not only the two single beds but an extra trundle. Main bedroom was really big and the balcony was also a good size and didnt get wet during the rain. Two chairs and a table and a clothes airer.

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The pools were great and camp splash slide was great fun, our kids would happily stay there all day. The suite was huge, clean and serviced daily but ours was quite old/run down now compared to photos. I was a bit disappointed with that, e.g. walls could do with fresh paint. Also, the kitchen had hardly any cooking utensils, so cooking dinner would be a struggle. But it was fine for DIY breakfast and snacks. No need to cook meals as restaurants are such good value. We also ordered room service a few times which was delivered quick and also good value for money. Overall, we had a brilliant family holiday there.

With the exception of the amazing staff, who are very helpful, friendly and attentive, this is a very average resort. My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 9) were in a 3 bedroom suite during peak time in January, paying a premium for the room and to have breakfast included. The suite itself is very spacious although the bathrooms are exceptionally tiny considering that they are for up to 6 people.

As a family of 5 it can be challenging to find resort accomodation and we are usually required to book 2 rooms that aren’t always guaranteed to be connecting. However, we don’t enjoy the isolation of a villa. Prime plaza was the perfect solution - a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with all the benefits of a resort. The pool was lovely and warm and we had a swim every day. Camp splash was great fun for the kids and we enjoyed the buffet each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed staying here so much that we have booked again for July!
My only criticism is the opening times of the back gate. I would have liked to see the sunrise at the beach but the gate doesn’t open until 7am. 6pm is also quite early to shut as we quite like walking and didn’t like having to catch a taxi back every night after dinner.

Great family resort. Had a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and main bedroom with own bathroom. Water cooler that also gave out hot water for hot drinks as well cold water. Swimming pool and water slide kept the kids entertained. 10 min walk to main shopping area ,Restaurants and beach area. Thumbs up for this resort.

We stayed with our two kids aged 14 & 11 in a 2 bedroom balcony suite. It was so big and had 2 bathrooms too which was great. Huge dining and kitchen area plus large sitting room. The kids loved the camp splash and went out and in most the day. If you walk behind the hotel for 5 min walk you get onto the main strip with all restaurants and shops. Great location. We caught a gojek back if after 6pm to front of hotel. So cheap $2. The food was overpriced but we mostly ate out. Would stay here again. Enjoyed our stay.

Good value family holiday where you don't have to go without the extras. Happy hour made indulging in pool-side cocktails a daily event. Food is well priced, though it's your typical selections of burgers, pizzas and some Indonesian selections. The property itself is very clean though needs a little maintenance. Room service is daily. Our 2 bed suite included a full kitchen. The location is good. Sanur is definitely worth a visit.

I don’t remember an age limit. One of our kids was 12. Waterslides can be used by adults too. I don’t recall the pool table or consoles as our kids didn’t use. They also do hair braiding in the kids area if you have a girl.
An extra bed is required which does have a small cost associated with it. Please contract our reservation team and they would be able to advise you on the cost. This cost also includes breakfast..
There are more places to choose from in the Sanur area.
