Value for money hotel in a location much nearer to Shantinagar Bus stand on double road. Clean rooms , buffet dinner and lunch are worth the price of 350 and 250 respectively. Wifi is slow. Good for family stay with sufficient parking space. Don't miss the complementary breakfast : live pasta available on request.

I stayed at Grand Pavilion on a business trip to Bangalore and found that though the location is excellent the property is poorly maintained. The rooms are all the same, small and ordinary. As soon as one enters the room there is a strange odour which is not at all pleasing. The front office staff was not at all welcoming. They changed my room on request to be given another room which was no better. I just left my bags and was leaving for my meeting when I met Mr. Saxena, G.M. He was the only bright spot I saw during my visit. He was quite enthusiastic and made every effort to make my visit comfortable. I hope the management is more responsive to his efforts in making the excellently located hotel a fun place to be. I had my dinner at the restaurant but was the only gust at about 8:00 pm. The Chilly Paneer was deep fried and rubbery, probably the worst dish of my life. I had an early flight so shall not be able to comment on the complimentary buffet breakfast as they had no provision for a packed breakfast. I intend to visit this place again though to check whether all the discussion I had with Mr. Saxena has been implemented.

I had a stay in hotel Grand Pavilion last week for two days where i felt as if i was in my own home. The room was spacious equipped with much more amenities. The food was really awesome & tasty. There were wide spread menus in both breakfast and Lunch i had. The staff were proactive and more often approached to me to inquire about any more needs of mine. In fact an excellent hotel in Bangalore.

Then I took a help from trip advisor, where I came to know about Grand Pavilion . This hotel has mix reviews but I personally, experience this, so I can say best place to stay in Bangalore, rooms are spacious, Wifi is spectacular, restaurant is good with delicious food but best part is the team who is running the show from entrance doorman to manager, everyone pleased to serve & eager to fulfill our requirements. . But team is fantastic especially Prakash. Thank you fortune for your warm hospitality and surely I will come back again

The guy at the reception is very rude, not supportive at all. Internet is capped at 500 mb per room and a single login. The facilities are decent but their interaction spoils the day. We were two of us and could use wifi only in a single device.

I and my friend spent a night here in the super deluxe room on 12 June 14. The room was no different from the super deluxe rooms at any 5 star hotel. It was large with all the standard amenities. The beds had super clean sheets and the pillows smelt fresh. The bathroom was big enough with all the toiletries one may need.

The restaurant called Mustard and the Bar Mezz9. Both were clean and smelt fresh. The bar and hotel prices are moderate and not over priced.

I had a look around the standard deluxe rooms as well and found except the size of the room, which was a little smaller than the Super Deluxe room but there was no compromise on the amenities. The beds were as large and clean and the bathrooms almost the same size.

The hotel has only 35 rooms but overall it was clean and the elevator and wifi in the room worked perfectly. The only downside is that being a small hotel the passage on the floors smelt of cigarette smoke. This I suggested to the management could be improved if they installed an exhaust fan. I have seen similar thing done in smaller hotels in the US.

They provide complimentary breakfast. Nothing special though but adequate. On the day we were there there was the toast, butter, jam, eggs made to order and fruit juice. For those who love South Indian food there was dosa, sambar and chatney. For North Indians there was methi paratha. I was surprised to find there was no accompaniment to the paratha which should have been some potato sabzi. However, as I said before if you mixed and matched there was plenty to eat.

The hotel has a nice facade. It has a small parking area. Being at the beginning or end of the flyover makes the outside decor dirty. The management should get cleaning work done frequently.

The staff were helpful extra courteous. They made sure you went away happy.

I will definitely stay here depending on my budget.
