During COVID times, there are few hotels you can visit and be assured that the staff and leadership cares deeply about your health, not just words but in action aslo. We were specifically looking for a place within Bangalore where we can stay for one night with kids(7 yrs and 3.5 yrs). This is a well maintained place with a nice kids play area.Unfortunately the swimming pool is closed. (it is the same case every other place also). We had booked room with bath tub so that kids can play in water during the stay. Other options like badminton/squash courts were available. This is a good option for people looking for a safe and short trip with kids during this pandemic. Food is also good..there was even a supermarket within the campus near to the resort(in any case you want to buy some biscuits/snacks). Room service was available 24 X 7. Staff was friendly and wearing masks all the time...here and there you can see sanitizers. Overall a nice stay.

We stayed here a weekend , as we were like 20 people adults and kids included and we had a fantastic time . The resort is actually a club ( as the name suggests) which is part of the palm meadow villa gated community and not an independent resort which I didn't know . So it is a place which is used by the residents who live there and guests that book their rooms in the club , but let this not scare you as the place is large enough . They have enough pools one indoor and the outdoor is multi layered so it never seems crowded . Good indoor games and very well maintained. Just a tip on the badminton courts get there early if you want to play as the evening gets super crowded . Food is very well prepared and the staff is really good too . But dont expect to get your food fast they take their time , then again you are on a holiday so take it slow. You always have the option of the buffet incase you need your food right away:-). Lovely , quiet and fun . Totally worth the price .

We stayed there for 2 nights. The check-in was smooth, we had opted for an interconnecting room but strangely the interconnected door had a key and I had to negotiate with them to get hold of the key; mini bar is typically stocked in a hotel but here it was empty. The AC wasn't functioning properly but we managed with the fan being there. A complaint was filed about the TV channels not displaying properly, the electrician repair guy said he would fix it but it never happened. The food quality was good at Cafe Palmyra and the Oak Tavern bar design and service was good. The pool was fantastic with palm trees, 2 different types of fountains and a wet bar inside the pool. Waiters were friendly but didn't regularly pass by the people sitting at the opposite side of the pool [away from the restaurant entrance] so I had to physically walk to the other end of the pool to place my order that I wanted to consume by the pool side. The table tennis room requires some ceiling fans as it was quite hot while playing. Overall it was a good stay but some areas of improvement are necessary and these areas have been described above

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the amenities. Although the pool was closed due to covid but you can around the pool, have food and lounge. We really enjoyed playing badminton, Squash, basketball and Table tennis as there was hardly any crowd. The best part was bubble bath in our room. Hospitality staff was very prompt and accommodated our requests changing bed sheets, towels. Food was good. Place is very clean and hygienic. Place is quite peaceful.

Amidst the pandemic situation the resort was maintained very well and sanitized regularly. The place is very beautiful and calm. Its a best place to spend quality time with family. Though we couldn't use the amenities because of covid situation the stay was clean and perfect. Food was good. Staffs are really good and polite kind enough to help anytime. Love to visit the place again.

No flexible check-in check-out. Food menu and bar items are exorbitant . mini bar items placed in the room are 5 to 10 times costlier than actual MRP price and they are not complementary . Buy everything from outside and go there if you still want to visit this resort. This is a 4-star hotel/resort but not worthy. There are few reasonal resorts with the best services available . Don't go by the rating of the resort .

We had the most pleasant stay at Palm Meadows. The property is spacious, green and very well maintained with all amenities a resort could offer such as a massive swimming pool, spa, and games (including an indoor badminton court!). The food was surprisingly delicious given most resorts lack good food. However the best part was the hospitality on offer - from Ms.Khushi at the front-office who was welcoming, warm and helpful to the in-room service and restaurant folks, everyone served with a smile. They even arranged a birthday cake for my niece on short notice! Overall, fully recommend a stay here if looking for a wholesome resort experience in Bangalore.

Good things: 1. Food at the restaurant was really nice. Special thanks to Gopinath for a nice and courteous dinner arrangement. He gave us one of the best services I've ever had at a restaurant. So look for him when you come here.
2. Rooms are really nice and clean and the staff followed covid safety measures.
3. Good chill place to spend few days, it's in the city but being here u feel like you've come to a completely different place. So serene and calm and green.
Bad Things 1. A part of property is closed and we were expecting to get the room with private seatings, the ones we saw in pictures everywhere, but we got the ones with shared seating. We were told on arrival that the other section is closed Would be good if this information was earlier communicated on phone(we did make a couple of calls before coming, enquiring about the rooms) and on the tie up websites.
2. Struggled for hot water in washroom and waited for an hour but still ended up not getting it. The staff was a little slow acting on this. May be the staff is low on number or may be not pretty actually be due to lack of customers. But these services could really be better.
3. There was some confusion amongst the staff regarding closing times of the restaurant and bar. I was expecting more clarity there.
4. Also due to covid a lot of things were not placed in room already like shower caps and toiletries etc. So for each and everything we had to make calls which was a little annoying but then it's covid so can't really say how it could be done better. So no suggestions, just a point.

The welcome staff and reception desk team were cooperative and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet has a variety of Indian and Continental cuisines. Could however improve the selection on continental breakfast items as the variety was less. Please add some common fruit juices like Orange or Watermelon to the buffet rather than muskmelon or other exotic fruits. In room dining menu has a decent variety of dishes. The dishes have also improved.
The resort has facilities like Gym, Swimming Pool and Badminton Court. The sports facilities are however used by the residents of nearby villas, so it's quite crowded.
The deluxe room had all necessary amenities from Lockers, Television, A sitting balcony, walk in shower, plenty of storage space and drinks with snacks in the mini fridge. There is no privacy or safety at the ground floor room balconies due to lack of any separation. People from the neighbouring rooms can come and sit at our room balcony as there is no partition. Some of the rooms were quite old with average facilities too particularly the Clubhouse and Superior rooms. Would be better to provide shampoos and body wash in dispensers rather than disposable containers for a more eco-friendly approach.
The housekeeping team was also prompt and efficient with their work.
This destination is close to the IT parks at Whitefield and some of the popular malls in Bangalore.
