The entire team at wonderla resorts are very accommodating, especially with the restaurants are fantastic and the service they provide is really good, The rooms are wonderful and perfect sizes and have all the amenities you could need and if you need anything the staff will always get it for you. The resort itself is beautiful and its the best place to relax and unwind, along with get a fast track tickets at the time of booking or try to upgrade your normal tickets . so it will beneficial at the park entry.. There is 1 pool its clean, tidy, spacious and well patrolled by the lifeguards. There is bar next to pool, so you can rejuvenate yourself..

Here I definitely want to share my experience with Wonderla Resort during this pandemc COVID time. Last week me and my family enquired regarding Onam Sadhya in Wonderla Resort instead of Wonderla Park and they told us that they will contact us soon and I eagerly waited for their reply. After half an hour Mr. Murugan P. contacted me and shared all the details regarding Onam Sadhya, menu and price details. The good thing here is that he is continuously connecting with me regarding on the same and clarified all our queries because I am having 2 kids, so safety is important for me rather than having Sadhya. Finally, we reached the resort on time and Mr. Murugan P. contacted us and the experience was awesome. I don't know what to write, he cared us a lot like a family and he make sure that all the Onam special items served in our table or not. Regarding Food, it was so delicious and yummy and so fresh I feel. All the staffs are very polite and well-behaved. Once again BIG thanks to Mr. Murugan P. and his staff members. One more thing I need to mention regarding social distancing, the resort was so well planned to take care of all this, including the Rest rooms are also neatly maintained.

Stayed I this property for 2 nights. It was one of the worst hospitality experience for me and my colleagues. 1. There is no arrangement for drivers to stay. 2. Guests are not allowed in the room neither you can entertain them by arranging a private table. 3. Own liquor is not allowed even if you are willing to pay the corkage charges. 4. Bar is open till 11 pm but the restaurant closes at 10.30. So after 10.30 you can have drinks without food. 5 resort manager won't talk to you come what may and a person named Santosh at reception is not less then any jail warden. He doesn't know H of the hospitality business. 6 resort is maintained nicely but the behavior of the Staff specially persons like Santosh spoil it all. 7. Drivers are not even allowed to clean their vehicles in the parking area.

We stayed in Wonderla resort on the first weekend of July 2022 and the stay was awesome! We were 3 adults and a kid. We went to Wonderla park after we checked in and as soon as we came in the evening, people came to fix the extra bed. There were two double bed and one extra cot (note - they did not give just an extra mattress) which they put in the room and was done without any further asks or follow ups. While it was 7:30 PM and we were wondering what to have for snacks, we came to dining and saw the buffet was lined up. It was one of the best buffet (special mention - so many types of salads) I have had in the recent past. There were all kind of dishes at a very reasonable price. The hotel also has some indoor amenities and a swimming pool worth mentioning. You can alsi hire bikes (cycle) at an extra cost. The breakfast spread was grand as well. Also while checking out, it was a breeze - we did not have to wait too much for the final bill, though there were some extra items that we had consumed during our stay, the bill came in quite fast. Over all we liked the stay and would definitely recommend some one looking for a weekend outing and stay out of Bangalore.

Had a memorable trip to Wonderla. It’s a good get away from city. Full of greenery all around even in summer. I was here for a business meeting and stayed overnight in Suite. The facilities are good. Food served had variety and taste. Staff is courteous and helpful. Internet speed was good and I could do my work ( mails, Virtual meetings etc.)
Only note for business traveller is that in case if you are here for a business meeting of conference ( booking conference rooms) then just ensure that there is no wedding event happening in parallel as the music may disturbed you a bit (normally music is played in evening so should not be an issue). This also seems to be a good place for destination wedding. At that time when I stayed a wedding event was happening and I could see happy and satisfied people all around. Indian wedding has all sorts of vistors and some litter a lot. The same happned but I could see that it was cleaned up and managed promply leaving no discomfort to me/other visitors. It has good sports facility as well apart from amusement park.
Certain minor things which can be improved/added :-
1. Include conditioner bottle in toiletries. 2. Serve salt with food items as a default ( in some cases it is there).

The Executive Room had all basic and modern amenities: TV, AirCon, complimentary tea and coffee, hot and cold running water, bidet, hair dryer, etc. The outdoor pool is 1.5m deep and can be used from 8am to 8pm. The buffet was amazing with a great spread. Shout out to Sumandeep, who was extremely helpful, friendly and made the experience better. Was expecting families and couples but had an abundance of teen and young male adults roaming around the pool and bar area. All in all it was better than expected and advertised. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent Family getaway from Bangalore. Resort ambience and maintenance is pretty good. Temperature controlled pool was amazing. Park rides are very well maintained and staff was very responsible with regard to discipline and safety. Food was really nice and good variety was on offer with reasonable prices. Bar by the pool is a great idea and one can spend quality time with that view. Except for room service which was slow and attitude of couple of serving staff in restaurant, it was a great experience for us as family.

We booked an executive room in the WonderLa resort which included 1 night stay + park tickets + breakfast. We checked in bit early as the room was ready. The room was really nice and we can see the big Ferris wheel from our window. We had to pay for extra ticket for my 3 YO as her height was more than allowed limit. We spent whole day in the park. I really liked the arrangement in the park. All waiting areas had fans so did not feel the hot weather. Drink kiosks are at every corner so you can buy cold drinks pretty easily. We went to the restaurant for dinner. There was live music as well. The food was very tasty. Kids had pizza. Next morning we had breakfast. There were so much variety in breakfast. Everything was very tasty. I did not like Rs 100 per cycle which should be complimentary. Staff were polite and understanding. There was many activity area and a swimming pool in the hotel as well. Gym was nice too. We had nice weekend fun.

It is a good resort with a great value for money proposition. If you are from Bangalore then this could be a perfect two day trip destination without a lot of travel time, effort or planning required.
From a value for money perspective you get two park tickets included with the stay along with buffet breakfast. Park tickets itself would cost about ₹3k and by spending ₹3k or so more you get to stay at this resort which has good activity options, a temperature controlled pool, big rooms and a nice feel good view of the park.
Food is good as well.
However the property looks dated now and rooms need renovation now but not a deal breaker
