Clean, organised, comfy rooms. They do not provide toiletries etc in the room but do have them on offer if you request. I didn't try this service but I prefer it when they have basic toileteries/a pair of slippers etc in the room for use.
The staff was very warm - especially Suhana who helped me with check in formalities.
Really enjoyed the food in the hotel. Not an elaborate in-room dining menu but good quality stuff. A nice breakfast spread as well.

We hosted our wedding event here, along with 80 rooms each for 2 nights The rooms were huge, and pretty, and the service in each was extraordinary The event locations are beautiful, and food was also really nice. All staff was helpful from the time before the booking, to the last moment of our events. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting or hosting an event :) Special shout out to Piyali, Dhruv, Lakhsmish, Jyotiradity, Chef Paramjit and his entire team and many more who helped us from booking the place, food tasting, to all our guests arriving, during the events, and to the time we all checked out.. It was a smooth process especially the 2 days we stayed there. Thank you to the entire Hilton team for the best experience we could have possibly asked for.

Extremely pleased during my stay at this new neat and well positioned hotel , except for two very important issues and this needs to be very well noted by all Hilton Honors Elite Members , so that you aren't for a big disappointment !
Do not expect any such great communication and guest approach you would have experienced at other Hilton Hotel General Manager out here , for sure .... you will be out for a great disappoint as the General Manager here in this hotel is seldom seen on the lobby level and even giving you that feel of welcoming you to his unit and having a delightful conversation , his communication ability is very poor . The knowledge and the experience to deliver a welcome approach and give a good hotel orientation to the incoming guest was missing by the Front Office Manager and unable to give us a proper explanation to any such queries that we wanted to know and were in or a big dissappointment . There was a complete let down on guest protocols in the Front office on Day 1 of its opening itself and not adhering to SOP's of Hilton that we as elite members are very well aware.
The Restaurant side has a very friendly staff and good services especially with the rich experience of the Director of Food & Beverage and a place not to miss in this hotel is the cafe at the lobby lounge and to get a great feel with a delightful cup of coffee ONLY prepared by Mr Neeraj !
The lobby lounge and its alfresco area is the best locations and a must to experience especially after sunset and the seating is good and comfortable too. Food choices are good and a meaningful spread for a Garden Inn concept .
Rooms are typically that of a Garden Inn concept which are neat and clean and cosy , while no compromises ever coming from Hilton towards their Linen quality and that sleep quality you will experience .... its the best .!
The positioning of this hotel is brilliant and that's its USP and stayers will never regret and easy access to the airport and other recreation areas . Amidst a TechPark , probably one of the best in our country .

I have returned from an 11 night business stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Manyata, and can that I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel and it's staff. There was a minor issue with the bathroom when I checked in and after advising the hotel directly, this was corrected by the next day, with an apology from the Housekeeping managers and a fruit basket on my return to the room. A comfortable bed, good water pressure in the walk-in shower, the air conditioner was effective (although still noisy like any other hotel!) And free water in the room.
As with most who stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the Breakfast buffet, with a large selection on offer. My initial choice was the more western selection, but on my 2nd morning I was approached by the assistant restaurant manager Ajay, who offered to give me an introduction to the Indian choices - so I left it in his hands to feed me! I wasn't disappointed! And from then on any visit to the breakfast buffet or when I called in for an evening meal Ajay and his team took very good care of me!! Some days I'd sit with a bowl of fruit and the rest of my breakfast would be brought to me without even asking!! :-) And with evening meal choices Ajay would guide me and even provide extra "small" bites to entice me to try other things... everything fresh and very tasty! (Ajay is a real credit to the hotel!)
I had a couple of nights out of the hotel for a business trip to Pune, and the hotel took good care of my luggage, placing it in my room ready for my return with a nice surprise of a welcome back message on the bed!

Stay of almost 15 days and not a day of complaint in any service, be it food, service, housekeeping and reception. Everything was phenomenal, and definitely to add the room and the room service as well. To name a few across my days of long stay, I would certainly name Lydia, Anjana, Rohini, Kalyan and Raj for their excellent service at the F5 restaurant during my visit be it at breakfast and lunch or dinners. Only down is the replenishment of buffet and rare lag of service during times when the restaurant is packed, large business group etc. comes in at Breakfast. Housekeeping exceeded my expectations, provided the utmost service, and best of the service was given by Leena and Biswajeet. Talk about the room, bed is comfortable, with much comfy pillows, to go with amenities like a huge tv, mini fridge etc and one can ask for change of sheets as frequently as required, loved that. Overall a very comfortable stay and amazing hospitality and service. Loved it and definitely coming back.

Newly opened Hilton Garden Inn is a great place for Foodies it has got a contemporary menu the bistro style food and wide buffet spread at a competitive price is commendable.
I enjoyed the experience to the core Food was delecious and the Chef De Cuisine Shardul Nigam was super welcoming his recommendation to try Sourdough Pizza lived above the expectation it’s similar to what we had in Naples. Also the Robata Grills which we experienced for the first time were quite innovative. Chef Kiran on Live counter was joyful and Vaishakh is a great F&B personal.
A must try destination for people around Manyata Tech Park.
