Decent hotel with good service. In house dining is expensive for the quality of food provided. For family stay, rooms with washroom having locks should be provided. Rest of the amenities are good for the price.

Chef mukesh had prepared excellent authentic indian nasta with proper combination of north and south.the sambhar was the pick of the day as it went dowm the throught like a vegetable soup umder the morning sun as we were sitting out in the lawn and having the nasta.nothing was too oily nor too spicey to spoil the beautiful day we were starting.
Some great combinations of fresh mysore bonda, along with the altime hit alu-paratha made it full enough.these were supported by hot dosas made on order similar to omlette on the other side.puri and chhole give a festive impression with some surprising tomato rice.then there was this masala puri which was a special add-on for the foodies.
The regular layout of breads and salads and fruits give it an ambience to feel good.
Top the food by some fruit juice to mellow down and say its time to leave.oh did i forget hakka noodles amd some baked as well as saute vegetables...by all standards mukesh the chef had done a great job.

we were there for a week , and faced issues during the stay.
1) good WiFi service was not available, front desk instructed that only 200kb speed is only allotted per room if its free option. they provide paid option if you want good internet connectivity
2) House keeping staff was not trained to regular cores, as every time we had to instruct them for cleaning and refilling the coffee or bathroom stuff.
3) bed was also uncomfortable and bedsheets and linen were not cleaned properly.
4) ordering food in room was too expensive.
5) garbage and dirty plates were not got cleaned time to time. if you keep take out garbage and plates outside then next day as well it will be there itself.( specially when staff itself asked you to keep it outside of room)

Being business hotel , never expected that this hotel will provide such treatment to customers.

disappointed by services, never refer or choosing it again for stay.

The most horrible service one can deserve especially when there is someone who is coming late evening after a tiring journey.

Right from the check in process to the checkout process
Every bit was an experience not worth recommending to anyone.

The FOE Pritam had no time to even say hello or good evening even though I'm right in front of him. I had to wish him.

I then asked him for a comfy room as I was really tired.

The room definitely looked very comfortable but the ac was not working to the best even though I set it at 18°

The amenities were not placed in the room and i had to request the HKD to place it in.

Room service.... I ordered snacks first and asked for the main course to be sent 45 minutes later. But everything came all at once. They took it back, but when they served it later, the food was cold. For the price they sell food, the quality is like a road side tapri (tapris sell hotter food). The quantity was not substantial and the chicken was coated with 3x corn flour. Horrible.

Housekeeping when compared was a faster service and a bit more professional than the rest. But on a scale I would give them only 6/10.

The all dining Cafe took the cake this morning. I agree I reached at 10:15, when the buffet ends at 10:30 but how many hotel we know that serve us irrelevant of the time. That is service after all. I reached before the buffet ended and asked to be served a Dosa, but the waiter said time is up and he will see if I can be served.
U lose ur appetite after that.
The coffee machine was also not working making the end of the short break fast not worth it.

Finally I go to check out at 12 and the reception is surprised and tell me i have a two day booking even after I tell them I'm having a terrible time here. They say, u can pay for both the nights and then leave.

I then scan the trip advisor code to immediately put an update when they then decide to let me check out.

All i can say is thank you Trip advisor for having ur Q R vo de available. The feedback is what makes them decide on service, otherwise, u can go to hell!

Recommend all to ensure u never go there with pride.

It's horrible!

We stayed at The Pride Hotel while shifting out from Bangalore, and wanted a nice quiet place with good service and affordable pricing. We weren't disappointed on either count.

Room service was fast and efficient and Biswajit was finished with the turn down service in less than 15 mins. The washrooms were spick and span and the tea and coffee arrangements were redone beautifully.

Thanks Biswajit for making our stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Ended up checking in at 4 AM. It was absolutely no hassle with the receptionist. Room was really comfortable and breakfast was decent too!

The herbal shampoo and shower gel, along with a hot water bath was absolutely relaxing.

Overall, really comfortable experience.

Hi booked a delux room which was upgraded to a superior one. The superior room had broken wall, torn wall paper, leakage all over, ancient and chipper furniture. If this was the situation of the superior room, not sure what would have been the situation in the delux room.

For breakfast since I was fasting (the same was told to them earlier upon check-in), there was no yogurt (ideally all 3 stars also that same same on buffet), the only option I had was fruits. I did not feel like eating fruits that has flies hovering and hatching all over them. When this was pointed out to the hotel manager one Me Harihar, he acknowledged the same and upon my request to not bill me with room plus breakfast (since I never had one) he agreed. But upon checkout, I was still charged the same and the new duty manager Dinesh, said that they would have to charge me since it was a part of tariff! Absolutely unprofessional conduct.

Any decent hotel will be extremely embarrassed to have it's guest go empty stomach and more so when the guest is fasting. No empathy at all for the guests. At these rates there are way better hotels in the vicinity that one can choose from. Please avoid this hotel for sure.

We had checked in Pride Hotel Bengaluru on 2 May and checked out on 4 May 2022. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. No hot water, bathroom gets flooded, taps not functioning. Duty manager Bhanu Tej was very rude while asked for giving reason as to why no hot water provision. Housekeeping never answer calls. Dirty linen provided in rooms. Room was full of tobacco smell.
Faucet doesn’t work and flush tank was full of muddy water. It is like mental torture one has to go through by paying a huge sum.
Attached pics of bucket provided by hotel to have bath.
