We have just returned from a 7 night stay over Xmas at the Park Regency.
We had a wonderful time the hotel is well maintained and was beautifully decorated for Xmas.
We opted for the Regency Club on an all inclusive basis which is very well worth the extra money
Our room had a wonderful view over the bay great for watching sun rise and sun set on our balcony including some dolphins one morning.
The Club House was very peaceful and great for breakfast and canapés and drinks before dinner
We went to the Club Beach every day which again was peaceful, quiet, spotlessly clean and where you are brought cold drinks throughout the day Fantastic snorkelling off the jetty
The quality and quantity of food was good in all the restaurants
All the staff are smiley, friendly and helpful and special thanks goes to Saleh Alaa and the chef at the Club House all the staff at the Club Beach and Mohammed at the main restaurant who always looked after us so well and made sure our wine glass was topped up.
Thank you all for a great Xmas

On arrival, we were amazed by the grounds of the hotel (despite arriving at ~11:30pm) and welcomed at reception by Daniel who was very friendly and who pointed us to the dining room where we were able to eat some hot food (which was delicious!).

We were then driven in a golf cart with our suitcases to our hotel room. Upon entering the hotel room, we noticed that the lamp was broken, there were a few missing tiles in the bathroom as well as a few other fixtures in need of repair. On a deeper inspection, we further noticed that one of the two beds did not have a mattress protector and the bedding appeared to be stained on the other bed. The room was also generally quite dusty (which we were able to clean ourselves with a few wipes). It did take a few hours to get someone to replace the bedding (and mattress protector), which occurred at around 2am (so we were left waiting for about an hour and a half). However, the person that replaced the bedding was very apologetic and remedied the problem relatively quickly.

Despite this first impression, we were amazed by the view from our room (6107) the next morning, which was absolutely stunning (full view of the sea and some of the grounds)! From this point we would rate the holiday a 5/5.

The hotel grounds were immaculate, with friendly gardeners working everyday to keep the grounds clean and pretty! The hotel grounds are a lot bigger than we anticipated, every day we were discovering new areas of the hotel. The pools were kept clean and there were always enough towels, lifeguards etc. We note that the sun loungers on the beach and the pools do tend to go very early (eg one morning we went down to the beach at 9am and there were none free), but if you go early, you should be able to claim a spot.

Our housekeeper was lovely, always smiling and cleaned our room very well everyday! The waiters in the dining room were always very pleasant, accommodating and always willing to help us find a table (especially during busier dining times). The food was maybe not always to our taste, but there was always a huge variety of different types of foods and there was a different style of cuisine everyday, so we never got bored. Ahmed was also the best waiter and was always there to help us!

We would hugely recommend visiting the Beach House restaurant, which although comes with an extra charge, our entire meal (2 mains and 2 drinks) came to less than £20 GBP and was the most delicious meal we had during our time here. Mahmoud was very welcoming and the perfect host!

We are already planning our next visit here :)

the hotel itself is lovely. very big, very clean. the cocktails included in the all inclusive are good, food had plenty of options. i would say it is not somewhere to come for peace and quiet and relaxation. there is entertainment on throughout the day and night, kids club, animation team trying to get you involved in all the games, music playing almost all day and there was a lot of drilling and jack hammering etc being done at the beach when we were there. the people selling trips around the pool and beach do not work for the hotel, their trips are sometimes double the price that the hotel sell the trips for so book through reception, not someone walking around.

some great members of staff were Waghi at the beach bar, Alaa also at the beach Bar, our room cleaner Ali, Mohamed at the Ultra beach bar and Youseff at Beach house.

the all inclusive only covers the buffet for food and the pool and beach bar for drinks. you have to pay for the pool bar after 7 PM, the beach house, Sala, Stars bar etc are all part of the ultra all inclusive not the regular all inclusive. we upgraded to the ultra for our last 2 days and it was worth every penny. the beach is beautiful on the ultra, the breakfast was so peaceful and quiet and even more food choice. the cocktails were served in proper glasses rather than tiny plastic cups. most of the beautiful pictures are of the ultra so dont get too excited when you see the stunning beach and the bars etc as it is not included.

all in all, we had an amazing time, the weather was beautiful, the staff are fantastic, cant do enough for you. (giving a little few dollar tip every few days meant we were bought drinks to our sunbed on the beach rather than walking to the bar) . we did both get ill and we stayed on site the entire time. i think even in 5* all inclusive, it is inevitable that you will get a stomach bug of some sort, however some people said the salad was the cause of their illness. we avoided ice cream, fruit and salad and brush your teeth with bottled water.

i would recommend this hotel.

Rested from 16.10 to 23.10
Let's start with the good: the reef is alive, beautiful; the food is delicious, varied
Cons of the hotel: 1. Sun loungers, they're not enough for all the guests, you want to sunbathe comfortably come and occupy it at 6am who didn't make it - on the sand...
2. Restaurant – get ready to find a place and wait for other guests to eat
3. room stock – remnants of former luxury from Hayat, you can see that they did cosmetic repairs, but everything is some kind of smeared .... Furniture upholstery in stains, feeling old and dirty
Flew in in the morning, business as usual: bracelets, lunch, walking till 14. At 14, they gave us the key and drove the golf cart to room 8613. This room is in the furthest building, very inconveniently located, all the way up and down the stairs, very hard...
On the first inspection - all is well, but it was worth looking at: everything old and squalid, you want to cry... the bath is so murdered that even in your slippers it's disgusting to climb in, the sink is rusty, as is the toilet. Called the front desk, said the janitor was coming to clean it up. The “maid” came and said that this dirt could not be cleaned and left. After contacting the reception, assurances were received that there were no rooms available and we would be resettled tomorrow. I didn't believe it, I went to talk to the "boss," we were offered another number, saying it was $20 more expensive, but it was even further away in location and no better than the last one. I had to accept it, but the first day was ruined by the hotel's attitude towards guests.
The next day we were moved to 2210, also old, but it had new plumbing and furniture upholstery clean, and the location is very comfortable: the beach is 5 min and the restaurant is about the same.
On the beach, they found only one deckchair, and then, talking to the holidaymakers, learned that in this hotel deckchairs occupy at 6!!! in the morning, to my question: "and rest sometime?", I heard the answer: we will rest at home)). And we had to do the same thing, which we don't like, but we don't want to tan on a towel in the sand. On the 4th day of rest in the sand had to sunbathe 13 campers. There were also a couple of conflicts between holidaymakers over deckchairs.
The management is aware of the problem, but, instead of solving it with the additional purchase of deckchairs - blames the guests for "taking deckchairs from the night", but if there were the required number of deckchairs, people at 6am would not go to the beach, and many due to the peculiarities of the landscape had to walk far...
Conclusion: we do not recommend holidays in this hotel, especially those who, when buying 5-star trips, expect the appropriate level of service and treatment of guests. The only thing left of Hayat in this hotel is his ex...

Before leaving, alas, I had read all the reviews that seemed to predict a terrible holiday. I believe that whoever wrote them has definitely emphasized to the nth degree the negativity that unfortunately exists in this resort. The coral reef is the jewel in the crown. The beach is not huge and the sunbeds are a bit rickety but you can still lie down. All the staff are kind and helpful with all the typical Egyptian calm, but a small tip helps speed up the service. Some rooms are a little old and some have just been redone but there is always something to see again. The restaurant is a little small but well-stocked and a chef prepares the pasta on the spot. Those who want carbonara or lasagna should perhaps stay at home, we are in Egypt. Be careful when changing towels, unfortunately they have the habit of hanging up even used towels thrown on the floor or worse those from other rooms. All it takes is a call from the director or the Brixia representative and everything returns to normal. They have never changed the sheets but even in my house I don't change them every day. Of course, the expectations for a five-star hotel are higher and the resort is playing at least two with linen. The air conditioning isn't very strong but it's best to have a sweatshirt on your shoulders. Water is in bottles on the beach and at every refreshment point but not at the restaurant. Of particular note is that drinks can be enjoyed even after midnight. In the other resorts everything after midnight is subject to a fee. Overall it was a good holiday and I will return.

A lovely beachfront property with a choice of pools, restaurants & bars.

Check in was smooth and quickly shown to the room. The resort is large with rooms dotted around the place but you soon manage to work your way around with the help of a few maps scattered around.

The room was nice, bright and airy with bottled water in the fridge, an ironing board, spacious bathroom with shower and a bath with shower gels/shampoo. The balcony comprised a sunbed and 2 chairs with a table.

The pool scene was fantastic - the quiet pool being a lovely place to rewind and relax. Lifeguards are on hand around the pools keeping an eye on things, too. Sunbeds around the pools felt limited, however. In contrast, there seemed to be more choice of sunbeds at the beach.

The beach was lovely with fantastic snorkelling to be had from the beach as well as from the pontoon. Watersports are available and you can rent snorkelling equipment for a small fee of $USD5.

I found the food in the main buffet restaurant to be good quality, flavoursome and varied, however waiters could have been a little more attentive when it came to ordering drinks.

The hotel offers a shuttle service to Naama Bay in the evenings which is worth a trip out.

Nice place and I'd definitely recommend and return.

Hey, everybody! Relaxed in a company of six, in pairs, from 29.09 to 09.10. Overall impression of the hotel remained good:)
Rooms were given to us in the furthest building from the sea, the view “sea” was of course preserved, but from the sea there was only a small strip))) Separately I want to mention Asher, who not only helped with the cleaning of the room, but also always helped to deal with the same safe, air conditioning, as well as always tipped how we would get to the sea/lobby/restaurant faster.
The sea is beautiful - clean and warm, but you definitely need slippers to come in from the shore, as we do not forget that Egypt is about reefs and corals)
There are really few sunbeds on the beach, many are not in very good condition, but even though there were 6 of us, always managed to find at least a couple, so they changed.
Separately I want to mention the team of animators, namely Anya, Angelina and Christina! Very sociable, kind and sweet girls, who always call for different activities, will support any conversation and will not leave you bored :) send a big greeting!
In the evening, the bar where the shows were held was always staffed by very friendly bartenders and waiters, hello Ahmed and Walid, you're great!
Drinks and cocktails are good, no one spares alcohol, always in a beautiful serving, there are no complaints)
The only thing that didn't work out was the match with the food in the restaurant :(but again, just the food was not to our liking, maybe someone will, so mostly ate pasta in the separate kitchen, or standard rice and chicken🫠
But we put a plus on food on the beach!
In general, the vacation was successful, no regrets, only good impressions left🥰

Relaxed in this wonderful hotel in late October 2024, family of four. Brought to the hotel at lunch, checked in quickly. The room is nice, clean. Cleaned up every day. There are no mosquitoes in the room, and they are treated on the premises every evening. The grounds are very beautiful. Several swimming pools, there is one interesting water slide. One observation is that the water in the pools was cool for the kids.
There is a free bus service from the hotel to Nayama Bay every night. You only have to sign up for it in the morning. The bus comes in and picks it up two hours later. All in all, that's plenty of time to go shopping.
They ate in the main restaurant, everything is delicious and varied. Many fruits, on Wednesdays they hold a "mango festival" on the beach-distributed to everyone who wants mangoes.
The hotel staff is polite and sympathetic, no questions asked. Well done.
I liked the animation, not intrusive, fun. Evening shows take place in different locations depending on the theme of the show itself. The guys are trying, went to see the show every day.
The hotel beach is large and beautiful, but sunbeds are a problem for those who come to the beach after 9 a.m. There's no one available. I saw that individual individuals at night (not early in the morning, namely at night!!) occupy (put towels, handkerchiefs) the best in their opinion deckchairs. From lunch, you can find the sunbeds already free. You can go into the sea either by panton immediately to the depths or from the shore there is a very good set-up, I would even say a swimming area with soft sand at the bottom. The reef itself, I think, has been covered by a lot of people. Yeah, he's cool, lively, handsome. Murens, eagle rays, were seen every day.
In general you can tell a lot about this hotel, but it is better to come and enjoy your holiday in it.
We would love to come back to this hotel again.

Our choice has fully met all expectations! Great hotel for family vacations. The most important thing is a varied diet for even the most fussy, like our baby. The second thing I really liked was the animation! Every day something different, and the children's festival with the growth puppets, and the charging and stretching and yoga and fruit festivals with folk dancing and bellidance and zumba and evening animation in the amphitheatre--you didn't have to miss it. Animators Olya, Karina, Yule, Ayala and of course Ibrahim so lit everyone up on the beach that they had to pick up their lazy butts and go dancing☺️ the third thing that loved was the beach-wide sand line, just for the kids and those who swim insecurely, then come the corals with the most beautiful inhabitants, for snorkelling lovers there is definitely something to see. Safety is strictly monitored, no buoys are allowed to swim. Whoever needs to go deep, there's a pontoon when you dive from which you immediately find yourself in a posh underwater world with a million colorful fish.
Separately, I want to note the property, it is a really full-fledged park among the desert. Everything is so well-kept, everyone is constantly watering, planting, there are green lawns all around, which are framed by beautiful flowering shrubs, there are Egyptian storks and oodles that walk quietly among all this greenery. About the rooms, cleaned clean, on the bed always made beautiful figures out of towels, out of elephants, and swans, and hearts😁 the child was thrilled and wouldn't let us take them apart. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, checked us in at 10:00 a.m., though officially at 2. Early in the morning they put on bracelets, you could have breakfast. We settled our parents and us close to each other, in the same wing. In general the holiday turned out to be glorious, the weather did not fail, the sea was warm.

Good morning, in the hotel you have several plesant bars or restaurants. Outside you have perhaps at 2 kilometres shops and restaurants but in my opinion you haven't bars because it's a muslim country : bars are basecally in hotels. "orange" taxis are at the entrance of the hotel, note very expensive.
