Jetty is not long and has sufficient space, so there wasn't any crowding or queues to get off of it into the water.
There is a diving center on the territory of the hotel who wishes to use it.
We picked this hotel for its beach specifically. Plus it is located in a not windy bay which is key in winter time.
Availability and food choices are fine, you won't get hungry, we are not picky so we were satisfied.
Staff is helpful. There are always some small issues like anywhere else, and the ones we addressed were always taken care of by staff.
Rooms were cleaned every day. I would like to thank Qadry and Ibrahim who cleaned our rooms and did a very good job. They were very attentive and helpful. Qadry also gave a creative lovely touch and tried to bring a smile to us by making cute towel animals.
Because of winter time there was only one heated pool, but that was sufficient, we used it when it was coller or late in the afternoon.
There is a small shopping place just 5-min walk outside of the hotel if you want to buy some necessities, swimming stuff or groceries including fresh fruits. This is another advantage of the hotel.
We didn't care of the animation programs, so cannot assess it. It is mostly developed for Russian-speaking and Italian audience.
This hotel is worth considering as it has its permanent perks such as own beach, location, vicinity to some excursion destinations.
Overall cleanliness was good, the staff are so courteous, the pools and gardens well kept. The safe in room is free to use. Our cleaner was very good cleaned daily fresh bedding, every day fresh towels
Food - served buffet due to covid. Good quality and reasonable food choice. Waiters were attentive and helpful
Taxis are always available and waiting outside the hotel. Supermarket just 5 minutes walk
We highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a value for money hotel with brilliant staff - this is the place for you
The dishes were different during our stay - we had different meat (chicken, beef), fish, calamari and octopuses. Every evening children get ice-cream. The organization of the free tables was great. As there were 6 of us and we liked to stay at the round tables the personal always fount a place for us to stay. SPECIAL THANKS AND GREETINGS to Nabil from "Mr Sasha". He always found a place for us. He is a real professional in his sphere. The service he provided was great. It was a great pleasure to meet him. Also we had some lessons of egyptian 😉.
We were at Sharm for the fourth time, but it was the best place we stayed.
I would like also to say a few words about the internet. I think that could be great to have the internet all over the territory, but not only reception. When you come to the reception it can take some time to login as there are a lot of users using wifi. It's not to comfortable to go every time to the reception when you need wifi. Please, do your best to improve it )
Wish you all the best! Hope to visit you again!
But in every other way, too, this resort was wonderful. Our room was comfortable and was kept clean. We paid a small amount extra for a room with a balcony facing the sea. That was worth it.
Everything is included in the price here. You just go around with the wristband they put on you when you check in. They give you a towel card to exchange for a beach towel at the beach and swimming pools. You can keep your wallet and passport in the safe in your room. I just went around with some small denominations of Egyptian money to give tips. Tips are not expected but are much appreciated.
The food was varied, plentiful, and delicious. I still have a good taste in my mouth from the mouth watering fresh tomatoes, dates, guavas, and baked halibut, to name just a few of the mouth watering offerings.
I was impressed when the driver of the shuttle who transports guests to the beach and back stopped to pick up and throw away a few papers he saw on the path. This is in addition to an army of workers maintaining the beautiful garden, sweeping the paths, and cleaning the rooms.
Before coming I was slightly apprehensive about how I would be received when they learned that I live in Israel. But that was not a problem when I mentioned where I came from.
From start to finish this hotel provided everything.
The staff are amazing from the manager, Mr Mehmit all the way through the rest of the staff.
The manager would walk all around the hotel and communicate with guest, constantly asking if everything was OK, was there anything we needed. Under managers did the same, nothing was to much for them, they did everything to please guest.
There are 2 English ladies who worked in guest relations Aimee and sorry I forgot the other girls name, they also walked the full hotel asking if everything was OK. The hotel area is not small.
3 al a carte restaurants, main restaurant , seabreeze restaurant and sunset Court restaurant, all serving vast variety of very good quality food. There are also multiple snack bars for light snacks and drinks.
The beach was our only disappointment because we like a long beach walk but the beach is large with plenty of beds and staff are always keen to put towels out for you.
The reef is very good but is also very deep so good for confident snorkelling.
There are many pools including an amazing infinity pool overlooking the sea.
There is a kids pool with slides that serve snacks and there was our favourite the relax pool for over 16s and boy was it relaxing.
Special mention to Gehad who ran the bar and served the drinks, this lad never stopped, brought drinks constantly, cleaned his bar area constantly, smiled constantly, kept his quoussionts and snacks filled up constantly, also special thanks to the lads who put your towels out with head rests and again constantly cleaned.
We didn't really watch the entertainment but there was plenty on.
They have a bar called the Pub that have multiple tvs and football on.
Probably missed loads of good things about this hotel but couldn't find any bad things to comment on.
Rooms: Excellently cleaned, spotless infact, our cleaner was amazing, very friendly and efficient. Left us various towel animals throughout the week.
Everything worked which was a plus, fridge was great, air con coukd go so cold we kept turning it down.
Beach: also immaculate never any litter, hundreds of sunbeds, spoilt for choice. The pontoon is solid and wooden not a raft like some so no issues with unsteady feet. Sea is gorgeous and the house reef amazing! Saw so much there, wide variety of fish, eel, tuna etc
Trips: We used the beach hut, guy named Ash sorted everything we wanted, private speedboat at 3pm being a highlight to Tiran until 5:30pm. Literally the only boat there for over an hour, saw turtles, dolphins, massive tuna, reef shark (very small). 10/10 best boat trip ever done, and worth every penny.
Never saw any of that on group trios with 20 boats all milling about.
Pools: only went to adults pool, although infinity is gorgeous. We preferred the quietness, and easier access to bar, and our favourote barman. Never struggled for a sun lounger
Staff: all amazing! Didn't meet a bad one.
Food: was great, buffet is plentiful and full of options. Although you can order meals from menu too at Pub at times outside meal times, which is what we did. The Al a carte was great, very tasty and made you feel special, booking only so no crowds.
Only thing I'd say if manager reading.... add more sauces, only red or mayo available. Maybe bbq, hot sauce, curry sauce etc so can spice things up abit.
That's about it, oh and we booked with tui. Who were great too, but excursions pricey and all groups so booked local and paid the same price for vip private excursions.
Such as desert quads, with camel ride etc, we got loads more time out having fun and racing about than the groups we spoke to.
And tip.... its polite :)
I find it very difficult to add to the superlatives of the other reviews. We had a fantastic and relaxing stay.
However, it is worth repeating the attentiveness of all of the staff from the cleaners in the restaurants, through the waiters up to senior management. In particular, Mahmoud (Resort Catering Manager) who made a point at every opportunity of checking we were happy. Also, a mention and a huge thank you to Hesham who could not have done more for us around the pool area.
In summary - Highly Recommended!
However, after 10 days in Reef Oasis I was nearly crying when we had to leave! I fell in love with the hotel, its beautiful territory, with the staff and everything. They truly gave us great service from the start.
The beach is large, coral reef available to you every day, as well as water park, gym, tennis, volleyball and more
The food is really good with wide choice of meals, coffee, wine - all included. Tasty pizza on the beach.
All the staff is really attentive. They provided us breakfast upon early arrival and let us stay till the evening on the day of departure without extra fee for lunch or dinner.
And I want to give SPECIAL thanks to the wonderful singers (Iliana from Cuba and the other girl who also sang in Spanish the other day) - they were awesome and we wish we could stay for more just to catch more of their performances❤️
