Stunning design and perfect location.

Postives
Beautiful hotel and grounds.
Stunning views and beach area.
All grounds very clean and well maintained.
Excellent staff and service. Particularly the pool staff and life guards.
Food is absolutely fantastic, very clean and some of the best quality we have had at an AI hotel.
Our room near the pools was lovely, with a beautiful outdoor area and view of the sea.
Great cocktail menu.
Very helpful on last day with extended stay and shower room. Greatly appreciated.
Slight Negatives
Not enough bars or drink serving areas in the evening.
Hard to find places to sit and have a drink with children as the cave bar is too hot.
Would suggest to serve drinks on the top terrace and terrace next to Italian restaurant which is a beautiful area.
The kids club is a lovely area but the staff did not play or interact with our children.

At last we can fly back to Sharm El Sheikh from the UK.
We have always loved coming here and now we are back I can honestly say the staff have welcomed us like we are family they haven’t seen for years.
We first came here in 2012 and have experienced both the Sierra and Savoy
We walked around the Sierra today and they are investing in the hotel lots of freshly painted rooms and refurbishments happening.
The savoy ... we booked all inclusive through Travel republic and it was a little confusing but just to make clear the all inclusive is E class so don’t pay for the more expensive e class room .... once here we have upgraded to S class and it has worked out 45 US dollars per person per day and worth every penny as you can use ALL of the restaurants in Soho square and drink premium alcohol including bottled beers and nice wines.
I am on day 3 and we are here for 3 weeks so any questions just shout.
You can upgrade to royal savoy so I may do this our last week.
The steak restaurant in soho square is to die for the picture doesn’t do it justice but we had the fillet steak and it was top quality no fat at all.
The Seafood restaurant is included in E class for the evening only but not lunch if you have S class then you can use anytime.
The management are genuinely interested in feedback and want to make your stay as special as possible.
The rooms have everything hairdryer is powerful so no need to pack, they supply shower gel and body lotion each day.
I am a coeliac so have to follow a gluten free diet ... this is not a problem here and staff will help you understand what you can eat plus they have gluten free bread.
We have stayed in many hotels in Sharm and the one thing that they still have right here in Savoy is the hygiene you can eat here without the worry of a bad belly.
We have been going to Hurghada whilst the government have advised against Sharm but it has never had the same feel coming here feels like we have come home.
Flights are direct from UK from the 19th Feb this time we have traveled Turkish airlines and although 8 hours instead of 5 hours they give you free meals and free drinks unlike our economy flights who charge for anything and everything.
I would say to anyone and everyone come back it’s definitely as amazing as ever you will be treated like royalty.

Location of the hotel is very good, territory is well groomed, nice and clean, the beach is equipped with short and comfortable panthon.
Food is very tasty, with a variety of meat, vegetables, fruits and sweets. The only thing I didn't like is reception. They made us wait for 3 hours. We arrived at 11:30, they gave us a room only at 14:30, and even didn't offer water, coffee or juice. It is the first time I've experienced such an issue. Although we paid for hard all inclusive, but coffee wasn't included on the beach bars. Besides, hotel offers machine coffee only in the morning, and Nescafe for lunch and dinner.
It is the first time that I am finally content with cleanliness of the room. Kirillos the guy who cleaned my room very well, is very nice, spokes English, always changed the towels on time and put sufficient quantity of water bottles.
The guys at towel point, beach bars and life guards are very friendly. Especially lifeguard Ibrahim is very attentive to all guests swimming in the sea. My friend was in panic while tried to swim for the first time she was drowning and Ibrahim saved her, then helped to put life jacket every day. It is safe when you know that there are professional life guards who do their job very well. I will definitely come back to this hotel again and recommend to my friends as well.

I stayed at Savoy in 2017 and was very comfortable with the service and amenities. This is why I decided to stay in the hotel again. I was very disappointed with my stay this time. The door lock didn't work and when they sent me the maintenance guy, he told me that I should push the door with my body weight and twist the lock for it to work! The next day, I had a problem with the shower and I called the reception who kept transferring me to different people who didn't know how to solve the problem. When I finally figured it out on my own and informed them that I've fixed the situation, different staff members kept on calling me while I was in the shower several times. Clearly no coordination between the staff. The following day, I went up to my room to find there were pieces of last night's trash on the bathroom floor, which means that housekeeping recklessly cleaned up the bathroom while spilling things on the floor. My last night was icing on top of the cake. Walked into the bathroom at 1 am to find out that the ceiling was leaking and stepped in a pool of water right next to the toilet. Called the reception and they sent someone to fix it and offered to change my room but I was already checking out in a few hours and it wasn't worth it.
Needless to say, I won't be staying at this hotel again. The only reason I rated it with 2 stars and not 1 is because their breakfast buffet had many options and they did take extra precautions with hygiene at the buffet given the spread of the Corona virus.

I had a lovely holiday with my family at Savoy hotel sharm. We spent most of our time relaxing on the lovely beach enjoying a 5 star service from the beach staff and bar. They made every effort to make us happy and feel comfortable. The drinks are made to our preference and the snacks were delicious and reasonably priced. More over, safety precautions were taken seriously against Covid-19. Masks were worn by the staff all the time and cutlery served sealed. Very responsible and caring staff. Finally, the life guards are very professional and focused ensuring the safety of their guests and especially the little ones. Thank you Bahaa,Eid,Zakaria, Mr Basem and Ebrahim the life guard for such a lovey experience and vacation.
Well done and wish you continuous success.

Rooms are extremely comfortable, narrow and convenient for relaxing and enjoying. Terrace is spacious and enters the garden. Atmosphere is very relaxed and ensures total privacy. Room service is always on time and they do their job very quickly. Everything they do is very tidy and level of service is very high. They are politely willing to help guests with every request.
Considering current conditions caused by Covid-19, dinner service was perfectly sterile and disinfected, with separate wet wipes for additional safety if needed. Food was fine, but what i would like to suggest is wider variety of fish and fruit. Also ice cream should be included in every all-inclusive package.
Sunshades and sunbeds are almost perfect with safe distance between each other. Needless to say is that sea was turquoise and magical, with extraordinary sea life.
Staff was for every compliment, but exceptionally i would like to address them to lifeguard Mr. Muhamed Mehmet (sorry if i spelled it incorrectly). He was always nice and friendly while doing his job perfectly well.
Considering current conditions this holiday was at least perfect and we enjoyed every second spending it in Egypt for the first time. From the bottom of my heart i would like to recommend you Savoy 5* because it lived up to my every, not to mention high standard, especially when it comes to the beach, pools and greenery.
Best regards,
Svetlana and Goran Bosnić, Belgrade, Serbia

We had very pleasant stay in Savoy, it was our first time in Egypt and we enjoyed it. The hotel itself is well located, close to the airport and within walking distance to Soho square. Since there was no animation team (surprisingly) we were spending evenings touring Soho square shops.
The hotel occupies big territory, is veeeeeery beautiful and green. Lots of places to take pictures at :)
Morning reception team are proper 5 star service, every time I had any questions they were happy to help accordingly to 5 star hotel standards. Trust me, I know what I’m saying, worked in 5 star hotels before. Also, we arrived early in the morning and got our room at 11am without extra charge, thank you Mohammed for that:)
Also, I would like to compliment beach bar stuff, especially - Baseem, Hany, Mina, Mohammed and Seffeen. Guys made us feel very welcomed every day and were making amazing cocktails as well. Another great thing, there is a waiter service in the beach, so you can get your drink without living your sun-bed, isn’t it amazing?
Drinks in all bars were good, canned soft drinks and water which is a big privilege. I’ve read lots of negative comments about alcohol quality in Egypt, especially bear, can’t say it about Savoy, canned and bottled bear were Heineken and something from local brands, so can’t complain about it.
If you want to go for a trip or little tour, don’t be afraid to buy tickets from the guys in the beach, they are trustworthy. Thank you Mido and Ramy for organizing a trip to Cairo for us.
Food in the main restaurant was ok, you won’t be hungry. I don’t want to say anything bad about it , as it was our first experience in Egypt, so comparing with Greece or Spain would be irrelevant, but people who came to Egypt few times said that food variety and quality was good comparing to other hotels.
Housekeeping and cleaning in the rooms is a reason why I won’t give 5 star review to Savoy.
The “cleaning” was only changing of towels and bed linens , that’s it, sometimes not even all towels.. this is very big disadvantage to the hotel of this level.
Overall our stay was good, very nice and clean beach with beautiful reef, lots of fishes and corals.
I recommend Savoy for nice and quiet family vacation!

I was here from 31 August until 10 September 2020 and it was fantastic! In the mid-COVID-19 pandemic hygienic measures were comforting: they measured our temperature at the entrance to the hotel and to the restaurant, disinfectant gel was available everywhere, Reception and food in the restaurant were separated from the guests with Plexiglas, towels in the room and cutlery in the restaurant were packed in sealed bags, all the staff wore face-masks… Everything was very clean and kept that way all the time. The food was plentiful and tasty. The sea view room and the terrace were spacious and well maintained. Resort with its gardens, pool area and the beach are big enough for nice morning and evening walks. There are 2 pontoons at each end of the beach to get to the edge of the coral where one can swim or snorkel. The water was warm and clear, and the fish colorful. On one side of the hotel is Soho Square with clubs, restaurants, shops and a fountain. It was very colorful and full of people in the evening, and peaceful and great for a walk during the day. The staff were polite and most of them very helpful and kind. I was very moved by the personal message on the TV when I first entered my room. Free wifi internet is useless on laptops and a bit better on mobile phones. Loved the sculptures and shrubbery full of flowers everywhere, and even saw 2 cats (who kept their royal social distance)!

It’s a really great big pool and it’s slopes down so it’s great for children, no slides but lots to do in the area. The beach is fabulous and great for snorkelling. Really can’t do enough for you really great service. So many amazing food options to choose from in the morning, there’s a waffle bar, & the in the evening there is pizza and ice cream as well as lots of other delicious options. My two kids loved swimming up to the pool bar and ordering milkshakes or getting ice creams. We first went to a different hotel, but changed to this one and were so glad we did. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough, it was excellent, a real five star hotel!
