I never do reviews but here I have to…. I'm not one to write reviews or complain, but definitely not 5 stars!!! Don't go if you are traveling alone with kids!! There are stairs everywhere and the slopes that were available at reception were very slippery. Lots of construction going on so be prepared to be dusty all day. When we arrived, we didn't have towels in the room, it was unprepared. The room was dirty and the furniture worn. Very bad food. It looks nice outside. The bars outside closed at 5pm! After that, there is no longer a bar outside, it is necessary to move inside. The staff from the bar outside go inside to help the bar after 5pm and their mood and enthusiasm shows accordingly - they look sour when you go for a beer or coffee. From that moment on, outside construction work, repairs, etc. at the pools begin. A car drives up, dumps sand and cement and they start mixing concrete and laying new paving. The work goes on all night, so you can hear the workers working, talking and mainly cutting the paving and concrete with a circular saw. The brawl, of course, reverberates throughout the resort. So you don't get much sleep. Bar outside after 5 p.m. - the staff washed the tables and chairs that very dirty from the birds, and they went to wash the bar table with the same rag and water. Birds are everywhere and eat your food right under the hands of the staff before they bring out the food. In the restaurant, behind the bar with juices, coffee, etc., there is a construction site, see photo. The coffee is really disgusting, it was impossible to drink, the juices are too sweet and you can feel a distinctly artificial taste. The drinks taste like cleaning products. Sometimes I'll pour you a Pepsi, but that's an exception (if you give a bribe). The food is still the same, repetitive, the selection is quite small compared to other resorts and we didn't like it much. Perhaps only the desserts were beautiful and tasty. The staff is already waiting with outstretched hand for the tip or they will ask for it straight away. Including the people at the front desk where the receptionist outright said $10/per room in the passport upon arrival. This evil is really in the entire resort on every corner, everyone is just waiting for you to give them a tip. They supposedly gave us the best rooms in the hotel, there was a smell of their disinfection for several days, it was impossible to ventilate, a terrible stench that gave a headache after a while. There were swarms of mosquitoes in the bathroom and the room, biting the children in the face at night. The safe in the room is not functional (battery discharged), even though we pointed it out, they did not fix it. If you want to relax after lunch and lie down in your room, they don't have that DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door anywhere. So when you fall asleep, after a while you are woken up by a knock on the door and the staff comes regularly every day to clean the room. The time is always different. Sea - private beach approx. 10 min. from the hotel, crossing by minibus in a condition that would not have passed MOT even in Pakistan. Cold sea (to be expected in March), anchored at the shore min. 4 ships even though we were told in the travel guide that there are no ships - again a lie. They smelled of diesel. The internet is a disaster, we expected it to be only in the reception, but the speed is terrible. So you are without a connection to your home. We have something to compare with, we have experience. E.g. Marsa Alam (Three Corners) has "only" 4 stars and is a thousand times better, prettier, cleaner, etc. This is maybe 2-3 star max. We will definitely never come back here.…
