After a wonderful stay at the Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort, I am writing to express my thanks for the exemplary service of your Marriott staff, and most notably, Mr. Waleed el Maddah, the Front Office Manager. We were in Egypt for three months this past October 2020 through early January 2021, and we came to consider the Hurghada Marriott our home away from home. Mr. Waheed and his staff went out of his way, each time we visited, to make sure our stay was extra comfortable and enjoyable, and especially made the holidays extra special for us by sending up a cookie tray and other such details. The entire staff at the Hurghada Marriott were as friendly and accommodating as can be; from the moment you pull up to the hotel with the bellhops to the security guards to the receptionists, waitstaff, housekeeping who left fresh flowers for us, and shopkeepers. We absolutely loved our stay and would give the place ten stars if we could. My mother-in-law, who is not used to traveling alone, came to visit for a couple weeks and Mr. Waleed went above and beyond to make her trip as comfortable and memorable as possible. She has already raved to all her friends at home about the exceptional Hurghada Marriott and I’m sure you’ll find guests from her hometown soon lining up to check in! When I returned to Hurghada from Luxor unexpectedly injured and unable to walk well, Mr. Waleed leant me crutches and set us up in an even more comfortable room with food delivered. I just wanted to bring these wonderful people to your attention for their extraordinarily professional, positive, and hospitable service. We have traveled all around the world and have stayed in countless hotels and this was truly one of the best hotel staffs we have ever encountered. The breakfast buffet was the best on the Red Sea. The private beach had all one needs for some fun in the sun, safe swimming, and easy access to marine life/scuba/snorkel trips.…
Our stay at the Marriott Apartments was really made enjoyable by the staff. Everyone at the Hotel was always there to help when we had a problem and to make us feel more comfortable. Especially Armai at the Reception, who always had great Restaruant suggestions and he was even our Personal guide for an evening. We didn't expect such warm hospitality and we couldn't of asked for more.
Marriott hurghada really need to improve the food variety cause it's very very limited choice and also for kids. Room is nice. Location is best 10 min away from the city u can just go out and walk to left or right. Our problem just food.
We stayed at the hotel for a week. As acoupoe we got room with 2 bed. Room actually was nice hotel not so bad but food is not much variety to choose so the only downside is food and location is neat to city but nightmares if you decide to go out cause of taxi drivers they will annoy you so bad. My experience to hurghada wasn't that good.
I had an excellent stay at the hotel. Before I arrived Sara from the hotel emailed me asking could they help me with anything regarding my stay. When I checked, Sara was there to do the checks-in and she was very nice, even upgrading my room. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly. The beach area was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Even though it was a short stay, I really enjoyed my time at the hotel.
