I genuinely don't know how this hotel has the good reviews that it has. I'm not going to waste my time writing a detailed review because it's not worth me wasting my time. Save your money and book elsewhere there are better hotels. I am glad I only booked 1 night. Tried to tell us we couldn't book in because my husband didn't have his passport. My husband is Egyptian and had his Egyptian id card which is accepted all over Egypt where we have stayed in dozens of hotels with no issues. On the 4th room change I actually had a room where I was able to sleep in bed with my husband. Rooms basic, dirty and outdated. See photos. Food average, cold, restaurant feels like you are back at school, queuing for food, noise of people talking, my husband said it reminded him of being in the army. Zero service. See photos. Beach bar closed even though it stated it was open. Pool, I can't drink fizzy drinks they make me sick very little choice of drinks otherwise. Towels are dirty and worn. Desperately in need of cleaning/replacing - see photos. Sunbeds in disrepair - see photos. Only times I saw the life guard he was at the bar and putting umbrellas away - let's hope you are not drowning nobody is going to save you. Restaurant in the evening same as zero service at lunch, expected to eat with a plastic knife and fork and snapping 3 sets before they give you proper ones. See photos. Main bar husband asked where the bar was to be told by a waiter help yourself, went to the bar asked for drinks to have the barman demand the room number before serving despite my husband having a wristband on. Complaint made to reception by my husband nothing changed. Animation - 1 man band heard volleyball and a missing/found iPhone announced in Russian - no shows in the evening just music playing not even recent think 1997 and you are in Bella vista Britney spears, spice girls and not to forget some tubthumping 🙄 Caribbean bar is apparently no good now no live music no karaoke police came in and closed it down - used to be a really good night and I genuinely would have gone and paid for it to escape this hell that is a hotel. Not going to bother with breakfast. I'm going home. Much better hotels to stay in, even if you are outside the centre of hurghada. Zero corona restrictions adhered too - see photos.…
First time we have stayed here, located downtown Hurghada with a small beach. We found the staff very friendly and willing to help. The food was fine, we had no issues with stomach upsets as we have had before with other Hotels. There is a separate little bar area attached to the beach called Carribean, great to go of an evening to watch the sunset.
Lovely room and good food. Hotel is in Sheraton Street surrounded by bazaars and coffee shops. Hurghada Marina is in walking distance and so is a lovely promenade. Felt safe as a single traveller. Would highly recommend
Been twice to this hotel very good food and room. As I am a OAP on my own I was well looked after. Hope to be going again in September. Can't wait, All booked and ready to go.All the staff were very good, Rooms cleaned every day.I was all inclusive and the food was good and plentiful. Also there is a good selection of drinks no limit on what you have.o
My holiday here is probably up there with the best I’ve been on, the staff are lovely, amazing animation team, a lovely pool along with a pool bar. The location of the hotel for me is great, right in the centre of down town hurghada, is where there is a large selection of shops/restaurants/cafes. It’s around a 15 minute walk from the Marina which i would also recommend visiting! Over all experience from this hotel was great, highly recommend and can not wait to go back!❤️
