It was overall a good experience. The stairs to get to the top bunk bed - excellent idea! Makes being in the upper bed a much better experience, you can also put your stuff there, so comfortable. The room was quite spacious. There is AC in the room! Which is important in such a humid and hot place as Santa Marta. The breakfast well above average, nice rooftop. The internet was fine.

I have mixed feelings about the staff. The day of my check in, the experience was pretty bad. I didn't get any info from the receptionist - basic stuff, like where are the bathrooms or what's the wifi password. Had to ask about every single thing. But the receptionist on the second day was the sweetest, most helpful person, thank you so much for your help!

Bathrooms: they are quite spacious, but there are no hangers to hang anything - so annoying. Cold water in the shower but it really didn't matter cause it was so hot.

One thing to improve, apart from adding hangers in the bathroom: the door to the dorm were so loud. People going in and out make A LOT of noise. So it wakes you up a lot, disturbs sleep. Please fix that!

Excellent place, I stayed for a week and then came back for another two. Is clean, beds are big and is perfect to relax, there is a bar on the roof top but noise doesn't reach the rooms. Many thanks to Angie and Gina from the staff!

I just don't know where to start, the first day I was greeted by Angie, a very kind and friendly girl, she helped me get a contact to get braids done, then at the bar I met Yessica and Nayer who are undoubtedly the best bartenders I have ever met. , kind and charismatic, I had salsa classes with the best teachers: Andrea and Milagros, two very happy and lively girls who taught me more than just how to dance and obviously I don't forget Zulamis, always with a smile and very loving. More than a hostel, I felt at home... Regarding the hostel, it is very well located, it has a cool pool to beat the heat, a bar to relax and comfortable and clean rooms thanks to Sara. Without a doubt I leave with a heart full of joy and waiting to return to my second home ❤️
