The Mowana is exceptional! This is a hotel away from the city humdrum. An exclusive hotel with fabulous rooms, a sizeable eating area, great food and beautiful views of the waters, where once or twice you may spot an animal in for a quick drink...More
Lovely entrance to the hotel with large international style lobby but done with an Asian influence, in the centre stands a beautiful Boabab tree, although the armchairs look very tired and worn.

The Safaris in the Chobe area are second to none, I suggest getting the boat cruise in the morning when the animal life is awakening and the water is like glass, but then again the sunsets from your boat whilst enjoying are cold beer are something else. Either way you will see many different animals and birds.
