This fantastic lodge is less than an hour away from the busy bustling Kasane. It is set on a private reserve area which means you get the benefit of game freely roaming from close by Chobe with all of the benefits of private seclusion. The staff were great and Shirley and Kevin made me feel right at home. Kevin is passionate about the environment and successfully grows a wide range of veg and herbs on the property using recycling composting methods. They even bake in a proper traditional outdoor over. The large tents have everything you can think off. Aircon, coffee and tea station (several interesting teas to choose from), sherry station, inside outside showers and inside bath. The watering pan is right in front of the main area where Elephants kept me and Shirley entertained whilst we chatted about her passions - food being one of them. And it is evident once dinner is served. The best Crème Brule I have had in years. I only had 1 night there so I missed the opportunity to go on a Hot Air Balloon safari. Damn. I will just have to come back!…
Great place for a couple. Safe and secure, cozy and an amazing place for a getaway. From relaxing in the pool to taking an early-morning game drive they have it all. On our trip we say Antelope, elephants, lion and many more. Loved the trip very highly recommended
Camp Kuzuma is a beautifully laid out lodge. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, the staff were friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. It was amazing to watch the elephants bathing in front of the lodge from the comfort of my sunlounger. I would have loved to stay longer.
The amazing location makes for elephant watching an absolute treat! The facilities looking over the waterhole in front of the property make this camp totally worth it. The luxury tented suites are absolutely stunning & you won't want to leave. Make sure you try the Bomani dinner!
Only a very short visit but one that will never be forgotten. Hidden away from the main road we entered by a dirt track to see in front of us a water hole with elephants galore enjoying a mud bath . After a long drive I deserved a bit of pampering. The hour long pedi spa whilst watching these magnificent creatures was just not long enough hence it was followed by the most relaxing neck and back massage but alas I had to stop watching the elephants for this to be achieved .Both treatments I highly recommend. As for the accommodation , food and efficient and friendly staff I will let you find out for yourself but in one word, wonderful!
