My family and I went to Dubai during Spring break. We stayed at the Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre. It is a tall tower in downtown Dubai with excellent accommodations, wonderful breakfast, and superb personalized service. We reserved a large suite on a high floor with three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a full kitchen, a large living room, an outdoor balcony, and a view of both the sea and downtown with the Burj Khalifa! We had all of the amenities we could ask for and more. The daily continental breakfast included limitless freshly prepared foods, fruits, eggs, cooked lunch items, and gourmet coffee choices. We did not feel hungry until the evening with the food that was served every morning. The location of the hotel is ideal because it is in the middle of downtown Dubai, located on the main Sheikh Zayed Road right next to a Metro Station, in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and even has a local market next door for any food and personal items that you may want or need. In addition, the hotel concierge Mr. Mansour and a team of dedicated individuals are available to help and really care for the people staying at the hotel. Mr. Mansour personally met with us in our hotel suite on the first night and helped plan our entire Dubai trip. His suggestions were excellent and were not self-serving. He went on to coordinate our drivers, tour reservations, and schedule. He met with us at the end of each day to check on how everything went and to confirm the following day’s travel plans. He treated us like his own family. He was genuine, professional, and very knowledgeable. Our entire experience at the Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre was 5-star!

Excellent location, right next to the metro,and it’s easy to get taxis. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job.
We booked a 2 bedroom suite with a unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa. The room was clean, on a high floor, and had a full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, cooktop, clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher and cooking utensils. It also had 2.5 bathrooms.
The breakfast was good with excellent service. The pool area and gym are nice. Overall a very good experience. I hope to come back!

We were disappointed in our stay here after reading the reviews you would think you can’t go wrong and would meet basic expectations. I have stayed in a Staybridge hotel brand in Uk before and thought it would match this. The front desk staff were nice and polite. We got the studio suite and man this was small box and not even size of any Dubai hotel room! We felt claustrophobic in here. Yes it had a the Kitchenette needs,(laundry but need purchase washing powder, and nothing to wash dishes so no 1st time kit given) this room had hanging cupboards with only space for few clothes to hang, and some small cupboards that’s it, the bathroom tiny hardly any space to put belongings and hang towels. Not sure how tall,people will manage this. There was a massive mark and broken tile in our room which worried me about the standards and checks, and the balcony curtains had never been washed or cleaned. Overall the cleaning standards were very low.
Been to dubai like soo many times but never in a hotel were there are plenty of lifts but few working. sooo slow and take ages to come I never understood this, we would wait like 15-20 mins and when one finally did come they were full to to go into, or staff with the trollies if i could walk from all the floors down to G believe me I would. We would get our room cleaned but some how they seemed to forget to replenish this with the like of tissues, teas, toilet roll, (how do you expect us to go through one roll during our entries stay) this was annoying to have ask every time. Taxis- this hotel is in a place where no taxis come for pick up and when taxis are coming to drop you they don’t know the place /hotel and take you round and round and make a buck! Just ask them to drop you off front of metro stop or rotana hotel it’s easier to walk. I actually would not recommend this place for the poor quality room we got and inconvenience of being here. Just near a metro stop if you like this but to me the Dubai metro is badly designed too much walking before you get on the train, and never take metro to Dubai mall, I’m sure even walking on sheikh za yes road is quicker than that terrible burj kha life metro stop to mall.! I’m not sure about these reviews being genuine for this hotel. I know Dubai standards and cleaningness has dropped in last 7 years. Looking at staying next year somewhere for a bit longer and wanted to consider this but def not an option or value for money.

As we aim to balance comfort and break free from the traditional confine of a traditional hotel, a variety of on-the-go food and beverage options and convenience items which guests left at home such as toiletries, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, etc. are available on our Pantry area with extra charges. It was a really great family trip! The staff is really friendly and helpful, especially Manish. He will help you with a lot of your traveling. However, the breakfast and room service can be better. The breakfast needs more vegetarian varieties and tastes. You will see a lot of food items repeat. The room service didnt refill the towels or the soap dispenser (some bathrooms didnt even have soap) but they cleaned the room nicely and left everything neat. Overall a great experience just some minor tweaks needed in the breakfast and rook service department.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on a business trip, all is fine overall, however I must point out something that the upper management of this hotel should seriously implement: adding one more big breakfast room! I don't know how old this hotel is, but it seems that they've not done what they should have done when this hotel was planned. This hotel has 48 floors with 8 rooms and 5 elevators per floor, so imagine how big the people traffic is every morning! Hence breakfast becomes VERY disorganized since space is so small and many people assemble in lines figthing traffic in order to find a way to their table. The number of waiters is limited, and the few ones there must hastingly work under pressure in order to replenish the missing food and beverage and be attentive to whom leaves their table so that they may catapult themselves there and clean it. Only then people in line may finally find a place to sit down and have their breakfast. And every morning is the same, no matter what time you have brakfast. It's a mess, calculating that, when I was there, 90% of the hotel guests were families. Well, this is just my commetn. Over to you now upper management...

If you're traveling with your family Staybridge is certainly one of the best hotels in Szr area, with all the facilities at the hotel and many convenience stores and restaurants nearby adds more to convince. The staff at the hotel were very friendly especially Mr. Islam, Mr. Manish and Mr. Mumtaz were extremely helpful during my stay moreover, the housekeeping staff were also polite and professional. The only negetive I experienced was regarding the breakfast. The place has complementary breakfast however, options for Vegitarian were very few. If you're okay with Non vegetarian food it will be fine.

We arrived 6:30 in the morning. No issues with check in. The rooms are all newly refurbished. Spotlessly clean. Rooms were serviced daily, even though we did not ask for it over the weekend. Everything you need are in the rooms. Breakfast was superb! Great variety. Location is right next to the metro. The location was awesome, very safe. The pool was super! With jacuzzi. Towels were provided free of charge. Staff were very friendly and professional. We had ocean views and views of the Burj Kaliffa. Balcony were unlocked within 10 mins we asked for it to be unlocked. Its locked for safety reasons when you arrive, but no issue to get it unlocked. I will stay here again without even thinking twice.

Located just at the Financial Centre metro which provides easy access to many popular places. 2 stations from World Trade Center, good for those attending exhibitions there, 1 station from Dubai Mall and a few stations from Mall of the Emirates.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is firm and comfortable. Complimentary bottled water is provided in the rooms as well as basic toiletries.
Service is excellent, from Dhiraj at the front desk to housekeeping, to Mumtaz at the bell desk and the staff at breakfast. Special thanks to Mumtaz who tried hard to get us a taxi to head to the airport and helped lug our luggages and ran to the other side of the road when our Uber driver missed a turn. I also like that their staff all wear a name tag with their interests listed too, so you can speak to them on a variety of topics.
Breakfast was excellent, good variety, love the yoghurt and nuts especially.
A pity our room this time didn't face the Burj Khalifa but this is definitely still my choice of stay everytime I'm back in Dubai.
