Well apart from the old building,poor infrastructure such as lack of hot water in the shower,endless lines to the elevator, lines for the breakfast unless you have at as early as possible and lack of personnel to help you - they make you purchase services you don’t want or you don’t need and then blackmail you saying they will cancel your reservation (when you already arrived ofcourse and there is no way you can book a hotel at least at the same price because it is a hot season). Admins were rude as well as customers service representatives! When I asked to talk to a manager - he was always busy for me or had an important meeting which nobody knows when it’s gonna end. (We all know what it means). Obviously being deeply pregnant I couldn’t wait forever in the lobby for the manager ! Again that was an awful experience you can ever get with “a 5 star” hotel. Again- SHAME ON YOU , MARRIOTT GROUP!…

Everything was great with our 7 days holiday. From Service, to Facilities, Food, Entertainment available around, the Venue - within walking distance from variety of other delicious cuisines on the JBR walk, to Dubai Eye... We specifically enjoyed the Black Goose Buns & Brews evenings. Burgul was our Waitress at all times and was super attentive. She made some good suggestion to go with our drinks and fantastic starters at a light snack during the day. Our favorite was the Potato Chips with Truffle & Parmesan. She was very sweet and professional at the same time. Anastasia at the Front Desk was very helpful as well. The welcoming was more than we expected, she spent extra time explaining the possible ways to visit Expo 2020 and shared best route with us with suggestions what to visit and where not to waste our time. Very nice restaurant with excellent staff! Snehal was perfect, good hospitality and perfect knowledge of mexican Food and drinks. I always come to this place to find peace and everytime I go it's better than the previous time. Last time I was here with my girlfriend and we both fell in love with it.
