Novotel World Trade Centre is situated in an ideal location, with the mall and metro station within easy reach. The staff provided a warm welcome upon my arrival and assisted with my luggage. Ms. Azana, the receptionist, was extremely hospitable and accommodating, while Mr. Abid helped me to my room and with my belongings.

The room's aesthetic was impressive, with a relaxing and calming atmosphere and a great view. It was also clean, bright, and equipped with excellent amenities and facilities, making it great value for money. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel in Dubai's bustling business district.

The hotel's prime location is a major advantage, providing easy access to Dubai's top attractions such as the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. I highly recommend Novotel World Trade Centre for anyone planning a visit to Dubai! 🏨✨

This is our 3rd stay in Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai and Ibis One Central. First time we have our one year old son with us and he is enjoying the pool and sauna - of course because he is 50% from Finland. Pool crew Ariel, Pamela and Jeovin are taking good care of guests “in the office”. Pool has nice and clear water, Finnish sauna and steam sauna warms you up even if it’s cloudy moment in Dubai - which is really unusual experience. Sunbeds are nice and lounge music is played by perfect volume. Relaxing atmosphere just few minutes away from Dubai Mall.

Novotel is well accessible by road and metro. Just 5 minutes walk from World trade center metro station through the WTC exhibition gate. Rachelle at the reception helped a smooth hassle free check-in. The room was good facing the happiness street. The bathing area could have been little bigger.
The daily house keeping was good but at the time of check out one house keeping guy (don't want to mention his name here) was forcing to write a review about himself
even before vacating the room. That was irritating.
Apart from that the hotel is in prime location with all the cheers to have.

The hotel in good location, near the metro station & Shaikh Zayed road however In general stay was terrible, the staff in Reception were not helpful / friendly at all, if you are traveling in a group or your booking through Travil agency you will be surprised that everything is not allowed, starting of health club, shuttle and even printing a single paper they will charge you, also management need to train your security guys and concierge on how to deal with the guests, the only staff was helpful is the Pakistani guy Housekeeping SPV and Night shift Room Service which they did their best to attended to our requests.
Don’t be surprised if you found one of the staff open your room without knocking the door, it happened several times during our stay.
Honestly we didn’t enjoy our stay and we wouldn’t be back again or recommend to our friends,

Upon check in, the receptionist did not collect any deposit from me for my miscellaneous charges (as my room rates had been prepaid by my company in advance). I was asked to pay directly to the Pool Bar by cash or credit card after my meal. This is ok for me but I need to go back to my room to bring my wallet and come down to pay again. Less than 10 minutes, the Pool staff called me in my room and asked me to come down to pay the bill ASAP because he needs to close the bill now. It was 8.50 pm and the pool bar closes at 11 pm. I was angry at that moment because the pool staff gave me the impression that I will run away from the bill. The pool staff asked why I vent it out on him instead of front desk as he is only doing his job to ask me to pay ASAP. He said I can go ahead to write a negative review in trip advisor hence I am doing it now. Same for my laundry, the hotel supposed to return the laundry to the guests at 8 pm the same day (as stated in the laundry form). At 8.45 pm, I realized that my laundry has not been returned to my room. Therefore, I went to the Front desk to ask and the receptionist brings out my laundry from the Front Desk immediately. I thought all hotels in the World will deliver laundry to the guest room. In this hotel, guests probably need to collect laundry directly from front desk. I gathered the reason why they make me come down to collect the laundry is because they did not collect any deposit from me (learning from the experience from the pool bar)! No one called and notified me about it. I did not know that the laundry has been kept in Front desk as no one bothered to call me and I have to find out by myself. Besides, it is NOT my fault that I did not pay any deposit because the receptionist did not ask me in the first place! To avoid any inconvenience for the next couple of days, I volunteered to pay the deposit to the Front desk immediately (AED 1,000). I want to spend money in this hotel for meals and laundry but it is just difficult. By the way, there is no minibar in this hotel (at least in the superior room) hence they do not need to worry that the guests will leave the hotel without paying the minibar charges. I thought Novotel is a 4 star hotel but feel like a budget hotel like ibis. This is the worst Novotel I have ever stayed.

Ones arrived the room service brought fresh fruits and sweets. The room was clean and equipped.

Next day Anju from room service took care to fill up all consumed stuf (water, towels, etc) and even provided me with a soket convertor for EU plug. Great help Anju ✔️

I recommend Novotel!!!

Novotel

So far the worst experience I have ever had in a 4* hotel. This is what happened In less than 3 weeks:

* Inundation in my bedroom starting at 5.30 am. Unfortunately, I had a very important meeting during that day and I’ve stayed until 1 am preparing it. After 4h of sleep, I felt tremendously bad it was horrible.
* Electricity problem in my bedroom - I couldn't turn on the kettle because when I did the electricity would fail. I called the reception and they sent the maintenance employee who left the bedroom without solving the problem. I had to call once again to the reception and they sent another employee who finally solved. But it took almost 1h to get this done.
* One day, when my water was over, it took me 3 reception calls to receive more water. Apparently, they ignored me in the first two calls; and the water arrived only in the next day and it was hot.
* During 1 week they didn't clean my room as promised (3 days per week). And didn't collect garbage as well. Because I normally ask for food from delivery, I have accumulated 5 bags of trash in my bedroom.
* Reception couldn't lower my breakfast price when it is clearly possible to do that. After being advised by one of the employees of the hotel, I asked the reception to consider a lower breakfast price for me because I am staying in the hotel for 1 month, so paying 65AED every day is way too expensive for me. They said it was impossible and that I have already a 30% membership discount. Then, a few days later when I sent an email asking the conditions for renewing my stay, the team said the breakfast cost is 25AED per day. No comments.
* Inundation in the entire 1st floor, the corridor that I need to cross to go to the gym was like a pool. Every guest had to leave the building of the hotel and go to another entrance to go to the gym.

Well, I don't know what is coming next but I hope I have a safe stay. I can't think about what this service would look like if we were not under capacity restrictions due to covid.

And please, do not come to Novotel World Trade Centre!

I had the pleasure to stay with you for 12 Days. I think the longest I have ever stayed in one hotel. I was there to attend Cityscape convention as well as a work group to explore in business opportunities in Dubai. This is not my first visit to Dubai or your Hotel. I use Accor. I use your hotels for my travels to Asia and Europe. So I was very happy when I found out Novotel was in Dubai and located at the world trade center. I recommend to my group irpi 360 to stay at your hotel. I am glad they did. First of all your management should be recommend on there trainning and hiring. Your staff at this location are outstanding and deserve the recognition for outstanding customer service and I will name a few of them. I may have missed a few but I know they will understand. I did run on a few that need further training. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody because of it's central location it is good for business and leisure. Now for the staff. Michael and Edgelan were the best Edgelan remember me from two years ago. They took care of myself and my group with such great care. I also want to mention the rest of the staff Michael. Restaurant Sohan Restaurant, Nalaka Pool this clean the pool and help my colleagues with everything so they could have there breakfast meetings outside and they were very demanding. Anil kept my room clean every time he was off or on another station my room was not clean well and not up to his standards. Elena Restaurant, Jensen MANAGER, Sahel Restaurant, Amalia, Lijesh, Meeting events, Katleen, Front desk and Atati Front Desk. There was another young lady in meetings working with Lijesh she also was very good. I know I missed someone but sorry. I never write reviews but I felt compel to do so.

We had to stay 1 night after our flight was delayed and hotel was booked by Emirates Airline.
They told us to we can eat and drink as much we want and all will be paid by Airline, but we did not exploit it and paid all by ourself.
We drunk 1 orange juice only, but this was charged, as it was taken from the Mini Bar, which nobody told us it is excepted.
They told us, we should have ordered it by room service, because mini bar is not included.
So now we had to pay 26 AED.
The duty manager Andrea Coetzer was nearby and I asked, wondering if this is really true, as we did not exploit any of all the free the offers and we had no idea that mini bar is excempted. .
She was not willing to talk and turned around like we are beggars and went away.
We were really surprised how a snooty manager can be in this position with
this bad behavior towards customers.
So we paid that small ridiculous amount and left.
That was our impression about Novotel and Dubai.

I live in Dubai and was attending the Middle East Film and Comic Convention. Staying at the Novotel was very convenient, clean and comfortable. Having a great breakfast selection, it was easy to fuel up for a long hectic convention day!!! All staff (Umar and Srivatsa assisted me) was very friendly. I would also recommend this for tourists as a great economic hotel with easy access to many iconic attractions.(free shuttle bus, as well!)
