A big thank you to all the Staff at the ibis styles for such a welcoming stay. I picked the ibis styles because of the price and location. I was pleasantly surprised on how good the customer service was from the moment we arrived until the second we left. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist, checking was quick and easy within a few minutes our room keys were ready. I was shocked to be presented with a birthday cake and was serenaded with happy birthday from the staff.
The extra sanitiser machines are masks bins were a great touch.
I could not fault my room is was spotless and well designed, a good amount of plug and USB sockets around the room.
Food and beverage in the evenings was great Max the waiter was lovely always had a smile on his face and kept a check on if everything was ok with our meal.
The General manager Wael was very nice and extremely helpful.
Over all I would definitely return, great value for money, only a few minutes from the airport by taxi and the GGICO metro Station is a short walking distance away.

Loved the hotel from the moment I stepped in to the lobby till the time i had to check out.
The design is catchy and leaves fresh impression, either it is lobby, floor corridors or rooms. Everything is new and clean, room was surprisingly spacious, with nicely equipped bathroom and shower, big TV screed (which can be connected to Chromecast), huge full length windows and nice outside view towards the airport. There was hairdryer, iron and ironing board, four towels and tea and coffee set in the room. The bed was very comfy, with fresh and shiny linen that looked new and well maintained.
Room service was a great plus, especially for late night cravings. Had chance to try lobby cafe and food was fresh and tasty. Breakfast in the morning is served in the adjoining Grand Mercure hotel, simple but decent buffet with good value for money.
Staff was friendly and accommodating all over the hotel, some minor issues or special requests we had has been attended to efficiently. I have stayed in several Ibis Hotels in Dubai and so far this hotel really stands out above the rest.

The Ibis Styles located next to the Dubai Airport is one of the best hotel I stayed in for so many reason. The location is excellent as you are 15 minutes away from any major attraction in Dubai and Sharjah. Nice, clean and very hip stylish design hotel. The service is superb and all staff are ready to help starting with the manager Ahmad, who is very keen to ensure I'm happy with my stay, Nasif at the front desk that calls and check on me, the cleaning team and security. The breakfast is rich with a lot of options keeping the standard and level of Hygiene to the highest level. The in-room dinning experience is also excellent and fast. The in-room entertainment by having the chromecast is extremely convenient with excellent wifi connection and speed. The rooms are super clean, nicely decorated and designed to provide the best space. The view is enjoyable of Dubai airport.

Booked 3 rooms to accommodate family and friends. Got 2 rooms interconnected which was great for the children and their friends and another room on the same floor. Thanks to Ms Hiteshree Sales Manager who was kind enough to accommodate our last minute request and to the team who gave us smooth check in. The hotel room size I would say is bigger than other Ibis Hotels, beds are comfortable and rooms are quite even though it is just next to the metro line. The breakfast was sumptuous though there was queue to get your tray filled. Though Ibis falls under budget hotel where it is expected to do everything on your own, all the staff were very courteous and helpful. For people who wish to use pool and gym, the Ibis is connected with Grand Mercure Hotel and one can request the hotel team to use the facility with an additional small price. The pool at the Grand Mercure is quite impressive and it is worth the price. Best part it is open until 10pm and the Filipino Life Guard (sorry forgot his name) was very courteous and observant. Having signed a contract with the long stay at Ibis, eveything was handled smoothly in the most professional manner by Josephine, the cluster sales manager. She kindly showed me the room, ensured I have the room according to my preference, and followed up after I had checked in the next day to make sure everything went well. Veronique, who checked me in at the reception kindly provided all necessary information regarding housekeeping, hotel facilities, restaurants, her gesture was very warm and friendly. Lakmal, the F&B manager, who had placed a special welcome message in the room prior to checking in. I was touched by the kind gestures received, and I’m sure as I will have more chances to interact with many more of the staffs, I will be happy to share positive messages here once again.
The hotel room was a good size, I have a room over looking the swimming pool, also had a chance to visit the pool, very good size, at certain times of the day there were sun for those who like sunbathing, and from around 3pm its good for those who don’t like the sun. Haven’t had a chance to try the food in the hotel much, but the chicken wings by the Huzza Pool was honestly the best I have had in a while!
The hotel also provides shuttle service to La Mer and Dubai Airport, the hotel is proximity to metro stop GGICO, which can take you to downtown within 20 mins. So far everything about the hotel is absolutely wonderful.

This is a perfect hotel for a one night stay when arriving late at night at DXB, it takes just a few minutes by taxi to get there from the airport. The rooms are spacious, at least 26 metres, and in good condition as the hotel opened in 2020. The GGICO metro station on the red line is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
I got a nice welcome from Nora who remembered me from a previous visit and had taken the time to reserve a good room for me with a view of the new Mercure swimming pool next door. You can use both swimming pools at the Mercure Grand in the same building but since it costs 50 dhs you might as well stay at the Mercure to use them for free.

This hotel offers unbeatable value for money and breakfast is included. It's perfect for a one night stay when you arrive late at Dubai DXB airport as it takes just 5 minutes to get there. The rooms are spacious and modern and I was very comfortable there.
They should have more staff on reception as sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait. Also housekeeping needs to check the rooms better as my minibar's light was on all night and in the morning I discovered that the fridge was hot so had to throw away all the food I'd put in it.

I was hesitant to travel in this pandamic and had so many thoughts before I decided to come to Dubai. I booked Ibis styles dubai airport directly on accor app and got a good discount ( I recommend to book directly through accor to get a good discount) The customer service was so good that from my booking to check-in, Mr Wael ( Head of Operations) was in touch with me to ensure I have no issues at all.
The room was very clean and tidy with all the amenities. The Aircon was well maintained and the best part of this hotel is the Bed. I never had that kind of comfortable bed in any of the hotel, Truly amazing. The window was big and bring nice fresh air when you open it. The staff from security to front desk to cafe to housekeeping were all very helpful with a big smiles always. The hotel is following all the covid19 precautions and I must say the credit to goes to the wonderful team of Ibis to look after thei guests very well. Good job guys and keep up the good work. Highly recommended, Must stay when you are in Dubai.

All well in the center heart of Dubai at affordable tariffs with nice serene. Separately designing of bathing and rest room is specialty of this property's room architecture. Yummy food, a good collection of TV channels, selective low calory sugar, and reputed brands of items with coffee & tea makers are quite impressive. Effective WIFI 24x7, hot water 24x7, room service fast 24x7, good working faucets at the wash room ensured. No toiletries as it is shown at booking. Nothing provided . Asking AED 15 ( approx 4 USD) for toiletry items by front office no where justified. Also taking 30 min+ time for checkin.

Relatively new Ibis Styles hotel that provides free airport shuttle making it very convenient for lay-over. Clean, new and bright rooms. Basic toiletries only. Restaurant don't serve alcohol. Unlike other ibis styles hotels in London, ibis styles hotel in UAE don't include free breakfast in their rate.

The hotel is 10 min far from the airport. You can go there by metro or by taxi. But from the nearest metro station to the hotel you might need to walk for a while.
No you can't walk from airport to the hotel. It's quiet far.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
