The Oaks Ibn Battuta is a way from the city but, with superb road and rail links, you can travel to anywhere in Dubai (and beyond) within minutes. Staying All Inclusive, we felt that this hotel had everything a traveller to Dubai could possibly wish for. The hotel is spotless and the cleanliness from the Reception to the bedrooms is immaculate. Staff really do go above and beyond at the Oaks Ibn Battuta and we’d really like to commend Keshau (from Nepal) who made the most delicious omelettes every morning. Nothing was too much trouble and the selection of foods in the dining room was wonderful. A big mention too to our wonderful front-of-restaurant lady - apologies, we didn’t get her name! She had a South African accent. This lady was always so friendly and asked us questions about our day/stay in Dubai with genuine interest. In a nutshell, the Oaks Ibn Battuta is absolutely brilliant and I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Thank you so much to all staff who made our stay so enjoyable. We are currently staying at the Oaks Batutta the hotel is amazing the architecture is fantastic. We met Mustaffa this morning and had a delicious Arabian coffee. He was such a gentleman. The staff are happy to help or assist with anything you ask of them. I've been to a lot of hotels but this is very accomodating to everyone. Please come and visit this hotel xx

Our stay was amazing! I had arabic coffee for the first time here at the hotel. Mr. Mostafa served it to us with dates, and explained how actually it is served in their culture. He’s so polite and humble. We loved the coffee. Lovely service. I will recommend this place to my family and friends. Amazing ambience.
