Hello guys, so my normal reviews going in 4/5 stages:

1. Checking, Location
2. Price
3. Room, size, shower, bed and amenities
4. Room service
5. Breakfast

1.Checking was smooth, as I came in around 2am in the morning. The dude attending to me was just smooth without any issues as j had already booked and didn't have too many stories. Just give me my card, take your 100 AED for incidentals and we moved on. Bags was sent to the room in no time.
The location was damage near perfect, because I came for an hospital appointment it's just 2mins drive and right across from the hotel is a mini shopping complex with everything you will ever need. And I
mean everything, from Money exchange to sim cards to nuts, to a supermarket. Just wonderful.

2. Price, well for what it is, it's just about right a 3.5/4star hotel. Did I mention it's super clean, and new looking

3. The room is a decent size, TV is new technology, the shower/bath room is small but you don't want to be playing law tennis in there anyways, come in do your number ones or twos and get out.
The shower, well the rain shower won't rain but you will get wet.
The bed is nice, I slept very well almost missed my appointment. But close the window blinds as the sun in the morning is going to be bright and hot. Warning! It's better to know.

5. Breakfast, I didn't get a chance to eat any. I was always running for my meetings. But I'm sure it would be nice.

If you have anything to do in that side of town and you don't really have much need for your hotel except to come back and sleep, shower, get the news, connect your smart device and use the safe. Then this is your place.

See you at the next review.

Shalom

LA

4. Room service, I called they came and the did was good. We are in a 3.5 star, so don't get your hopes up. The first icebox request and drop off was good and we were told that's free for the first time after that we will be charged. I like warning shots.

I was very tired and upset after a terrible experience with a different hotel in the Maldives ,arrived from the airport exhausted and mosa gave me an upgrade to be able to rest properly and sleep normal again.
Many blessings to you kind heart Mosa.

After moving into the beautiful apartment I slept for 2 days continuously without waking up in the peaceful and serene corner of the hotel, beautiful clean suite.I am an international dj resting before my event on nye was so important, was sleeping peacefully and went well rested for my event that came to be fantastic(will attach pictures)

After that I had my birthday and the staff has come to my room at 12 with birthday cake 🍰 and sang happy bday to me .

I was using the pool it’s very clean ,nice friendly safeguard .

Gym is perfect.

Breakfast is yummy and affordable,mr shakbir is working so hard every morning serving with kindness and going the extra mile for every single guests.Ladies at the breakfast are also very sweet always smiling altough everybody is working extremely hard with a high level of professionalism.

The most special thing about this hotel is that they make you feel like home, understand your needs and the level of kindness is beyond expectations.

Thank you to the spa for organising my massage and flowers on my birthday!

Massage is amazing!

I have tears in my eyes when I left because I will miss living in there and I will miss the staff.

Thank you again for having me and for making my stay so special and unforgettable.

For a 4 star hotel at a reasonable price, this hotel was great.

I liked the room surface and closet (i spent 5 days) didn't have time to use the Gym or the swimming pool cause they closed earlier than usual due to Covid (but I added photos of them) from 7am to 7pm. I would prefer to be able to swim or do sports at evening when I get back to the hotel.
Didn't try the breakfast (no buffet also due to Covid)

Staff were friendly ☺
But if you don't have a car 🚙 it's a little bit complicated i guess (especially if you have to walk by 45°C) cause there's nothing close to the hotel...

Note: I join you pictures of my room, the lobby, the swimming pool and the gym. Hoping to help you 😊

There are so many good hotels in Dubai that the average ones disappoint. The location of this hotel is not its problem. I chose it due to proximity to my business. However if you are looking for a hotel which is vaguely close to the action this isn’t for you.

the room we had was small and very dark. Even in blazing weather the lights had to be on.

Three times we had to remind them they had forgotten to give us towels.

The 25% off Minibar was welcome- except my minibar was empty all week

The 15% off laundry was welcome except they did not tell you that you had to pay in cash and could not charge to hotel bill. My wife was forced to find money whilst covered only in a bath towel. The man then counted the money twice whilst my wife stood there dripping wet- unacceptable

The breakfast was OK but uninspiring- a lovely selection of bread was labeled ‘for display only’ whilst the actual bread was two day old sliced white

Staff generally keen to help but hampered by poor training

If you are going to Dubai this is perfectly placed for the autodrome ( the noise ruins the pool on top floor) otherwise avoid.

Initially I was not happy with the way I was treated by the front desk on arrival. I feel I’ve been treated strangely. My windows handle is broken off. I asked to speak to the manager 3 days ago, heard nothing.
I have ordered glasses of ice to go with my food and after about 5 days of getting it FREE they told me I would have to pay for each glass. I genuinely believe I’m getting treated like no other to the point I barely speak to the staff every more even though I spend money everyday in the hotel.

Separately I would like to say a big thank you to the cleaner JEWEL as he has been one of the many few workers who have tried effortlessly to comfort me and to be honest is the only reason I’m still staying at this hotel, honestly as he tries to smile and spread positivity every time I see him. Also really appreciate agnel and raheem

This is a nice hotel I just feel the way the tend to treat people, Me specifically, is not acceptable. When you spend how much I have to stay at a hotel at a hotel for this period of time I expect hospitality and communication to be a lot better.

Security have been fine, cleaning has been good however I feel the attitude towards me from some of the staff has been shocking.

On a business trip you expect to feel at home and I’ve found it very hard to do so.

Once again thanks to raheem agnel and especially Jewel who has tried very hard to help me do so.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, On the first time I made a mistake while booking and didnt realize I booked the room for one person and it was a queen bed Mr. Shourin from reception was very kind to upgrade my room for free and informed me about my mistake. I have ordered from their in room dining it is very delicious and very reasonably priced. The area is a bit far from the city but they are running shuttle buses so all in all its a good hotel to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary-moon. The rooms were clean and adequate in size, we opted for a room with a tub. Although the location is far from attractions, they have a bus that takes you to most of them which makes it easier to get around. We also enjoyed their breakfast, delicious with a lot of variety. We didn’t get a chance to get in the pool, hopefully another time.

The hotel was quiet, comfortable and a great place to relax. With Covid 19 there were some restrictions, but it didn't really impact our visit that much. As restaurants were closed, the hotel had some Chef's specials that were very tasty and very reasonably priced! The rooms were cozy, sound proof and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool everyday! It was a fantastic mini holiday.

We had so many problems with the hotel because of the dirty water we couldn’t take shower, also nobody is understanding our problem, they react like it’s normal that they will fix after nothing has been fixed. Because of all the problems we wanted to be refund, they only gave us One free night, Also my friend put reviews online and the manager called our room now to say that we need to sign a paper that we are happy with the service, but we didn’t want to sign because the problem has not be solved at all. The water is still yellow, so they told us if you don’t sign you need to pay for the night, we are very chocked about this behavior. We will not sign anything, because this is blackmail. This is the first time a hotel treat us like that. If you read this, I don’t recommend you this hotel, I’m very disappointed... even if some of the staff is nice

I stayed here for four nights and chose it based partially on its location but mostly on its attractive nightly rate. This was a mistake. The rooms are Spartan but fine - the bed was comfortable and bathroom perfectly functional. The front desk staff were polite and helpful - but that’s where it ends. The housekeeping staff are useless (room not cleaned two days in a row despite specific requests to do so). The breakfast is awful and the room service marginal at best. There are a few restaurants and a Carrefour just a few hundred meters away but the pickings are pretty slim. And it was crowded with social distancing and mask wearing by the guests spotty at best. My recommendation - pay more and stay somewhere else.
