The Waldorf International Centre is paradise! The hotel and the staff make this my family’s favourite hotel. The breakfast is a definite must when you are booking! From taxi arrival, Ethan, very knowledgeable and kind concierge really made us feel important and special. Reception team surprised our son for his 18th birthday with the most incredible room set up, thank you Sophia and her manager, and housekeeping Subhra, we were in awe. When we checked into the room, they had decorated her bed with rose petals, placed a towel cake tower among the rose petals, There was also the tastiest macaron tray and a birthday cake on desk. My son asked me to thank everyone who was responsible. Wow so great, thank you! Something that brings tears of joy to your childrens eyes is priceless. I can’t think of one thing I would change about this beautiful hotel. Amenities in the room are Aesop and spa Aromatherapy, gym is 24hrs. The pool is an oasis of peace away from Dubai noise, overlooking the museum of future. Thank you attentive Franklin & lifeguard team, just literally anticipated our needs. The pool food menu has a great choice, meals are great. Ice water buckets are constantly replaced and small complimentary shots offered throughout the day.
Couldn’t have nicer breakfast staff. We were served by Natasha and Ahmed, every single team member here has a huge smile and they are eager to do anything they can to make your stay more pleasant. ALC menu has the best Açai Bowl. My kids are already asking if we can come back every year. Sucre and Clap restaurants are incredible, we did the most amazing brunch in Sucre and dinner in Clap, the best place for people watching.

This is our second stay at the Waldorf Astoria International Financial Centre hotel and it’s now definitely become our favourite ‘home away from home’. It’s a newish hotel about 5 years old and is absolutely beautiful inside. The decor theme is a mixture of black, bronze and gold with classic marble floors and timeless classic furnishings.
We stayed in a beautiful queen premier twin bedroom on the 34th floor. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a huge marble bathroom and floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline. Also worth mentioning is that the beds are also the most comfortable we have ever slept in!
The hotel is very comfortable with a lovely lounge, bar, restaurant, spa, rooftop pool, breakfast/dining room and my favourite of all, the cigar room :-)
The staff are professional and provide excellent service.
The food is simply amazing from the sumptuous breakfasts to the evening fine dining. At night there is a singer in the dining room and a pianist playing in the lounge which we really enjoyed.
I would like to make a special mention to Rikthi our waitress who looked after us so well both at breakfast and dinner. She helped us with our meal choices and was absolutely excellent.
The hotel is very well located being just a few minutes' taxi drive to the Dubai Mall, Future Museum and many more attractions.
Unfortunately, our 2-week stay in Dubai is ending tomorrow and we can’t wait to return again.

I am a return guest at Waldorf Astoria Hotel because it is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff are friendly and the service is like that of a boutique high-end hotel. I was very impressed with my recent stay. After a long flight that landed in Dubai, my family and I were exhausted. We were pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to check in early at 5:00am for all three rooms. The Manager even welcomed us personally at 5:00am! The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well soundproofed so we could enjoy a peaceful stay despite being in the middle of Dubai. The location is also great as it is opposite DIFC which has many restaurants and is very convenient for enjoying the diverse cuisine that Dubai has to offer. My wife and I stayed for 10 nights in the UAE, with 7 of these at the Waldorf Astoria in RAK (see separate trip advisor review) and 3 nights at the WA at the DIFC.
This is a beautiful hotel in a very popular and convenient part of Dubai for both business people and those on vacation (as we were). From the moment you walk in the entrance you quickly appreciate the quality of your surroundings. The reception staff, the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff are all very welcoming and friendly, but they are also very good professionals. The accommodation is wonderful and the views on the high floors are incredible. We ate in the Bull and Bear 4 times and really enjoyed it (see separate trip advisor review).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the WA DIFC and will definitely return to this fine hotel.
The only one point I had to raise with management during our stay was that the dj in St. Trop was playing music that was too loud. When she was politely asked to please turn it down a bit, the response was not as expected from an ambassador of the brand. Management responded appropriately after that, which I appreciated.

We checked in early from a cruise and was met by a Filipino bellman who walked us to the lobby and took our luggage. He was very professional and informative a happy meeting. We were pleasantly surprised at the front desk to hear our room was upgraded (as a AMEX Platinum perk) 38th floor and ready for us by a friendly staff who made my daughter feel special immediately.
Rooms were extremely clean and the view was perfect. The staff went over and beyond we felt like we were at a Four Seasons. Natasha was our server for breakfast and wonderful. She helped give options, extremely attentive, and quick. My parents were so happy with the service from the beginning through the clean rooms and guest service.
Daily routine was met with front doorman that happily grabbed us taxis (a better value than Uber or private drivers). I think his name started with a C, looked at times for us to catch appointments and provide options. Concierge continually answers all our questions via WhatsApp and was able to secure or provide links for us to directly book. Amazing and we extended our stay as we were so happy with the service. 5 star attentive service, clean rooms and restaurants, we felt very take care of from my little girl to my parents.

Had one of the best stays with Waldorf Astoria, the hotel itself is the epitome of sophistication and designed beautifully. We were provided top tier service by Darren from front desk, who took care of everything for us. he gave us an early check-in and a late checkout when our car broke down on our way back. Honestly, speaking this gentleman needs a raise as I cannot even list out all the small ways he made our stay so special.
The hotel also provided a nice surprise in the room for my birthday and gave my family a room right next to me. Housekeeping was also brilliant, checking little things and cleaning the room frequently through the day, a huge thanks to Rosetta and Rubin.
Breakfast was very nice in Bulls and Bears with a huge range of options. Only regret is the short period of time that i could stay, I will definitely return in the future.

My wife, and I decided to go to Dubai on our 10th year wedding anniversary, and we are very glad that we did.
As I write this review, we are about to end our stay in two of the three hotels we booked in our 10 day vacation in this beautiful city / emirate.
I'll first review the folks that we see and take care of us each and every morning. The breakfast provided at the Bull and Bear restaurant is stellar and the service provided is exceptional. We are always greeted everyday with a smile and by the second day they knew what we like and the food items that we go for. Rikthi and Grace was a great team, they were attentive and courteous. We were treated like family and took care of us very well. Ahmed was also a gentleman I looked forward to seeing as he comes armed with a smile and always ready to help. Sanjay was a wealth of knowledge and provided us a lot of information about Dubai and other surrounding emirates. Ruben was also another person that comes to mind along with the army of folks with the morning staff always willing and able. We are VERY glad we chose this hotel with the phleatora of options in this city.
Also a point to mention is the welcoming staff both in the FREE valet parking (a perk especially for an upscale hotel in the city) and the front desk personnel. You will almost all the time get a friendly hello or good morning,etc from anyone you'd encounter. Similar to the wait staff, everyone was helpful and does things with a smile.
I wanted to pivot about the rooms and the team of house keeping. There is the daily cleaning with an option of a nightly turndown (additional towels, amenities provided if needed). The rooms are well appointed and there are different levels in space with the accommodation. Any need can be met as the hotel had a several variety of room.
I can go on and on and with more detail about our personal experience, but I want to end it here. All I know is that Waldorf Astoria chain especially the DIFC option on the emirate of Dubai will be a top choice for me for this city.
Note that this next comment is purely of personal choice. Tipping goes a long way and these folks and the culture in Dubai isn't necessarily similar to the United States, but it is appreciated by them and it helps them a lot. I would strongly suggest in doing so, but I know it's not necessary.
