New stay at Zabeel…it has been again enjoyable!!!! The good mornings of Betty, with a big smile every day before having breakfast, the indispensable hug of Mohammed when you arrive at the hotel or you leave it, the greetings of mandeep Singh when you arrive to the reception…I could say is the most similar to stay at home…thanks staff for all these days!!!

We visit Dubai and stayed at the Zabeel House by Jumeiral on the Greens. The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. They worked very hard to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Out room was comfortable and cleaned daily. We had a safe and refrigerator that came with two bottles of complimentary water daily. The electrical outlets required an international plug adapter, but the hotel provided one when requested. There was no iron or ironing board in out room, but they were delivered to our room upon request. The shower had a rain fall shower head and this made taking a shower very pleasant every day.
The hotel restaurant was great and we enjoyed eating the variety of meals daily. The lobby had sufficient seats for sitting to relax and read magazines or newspapers.
In Dubai the currency exchange rate is $3.65 dirhams for every american dollar. The weather was great every day and the city is very clean and safe to travel about. If you visit Dubai, the airplane ride from the east coast is 12 hours going and 14 hour returning. Dubia is 9 hours ahead of the USA. We flew on Emirates Airlines and the service was great. You will not need any portable DVD players because there are over 1500 movies, tv and sports shows to select from. The meals provided by the airline was great.
If you visit Dubai, I would strongly advise you to sign up for the guided tours if you want to learn about the history of Dubai, its people, culture and religion. There are desert excursions, camel rides, dinner cruises, Barbecues and belly dancing. If you enjoy going to the mall, then a visit to the Mall of the Emirates which is the world's largest mall with an indoor ski slope is a must.

Having used other Jumeirah hotels in the past, I had the chance to stay for 3 nights in Zabeel House in November.

Its location is just off the Sheikh Zayed Road in a mix of residential and office areas, around half from the Mall of Emirates and Emirates golf club metro station. Use Dubai internet city metro station, as it's around 5 mins walk to the hotel.

It has a low key outside, but once inside the reception area has a bohemian feel, with a mix of seating styles and art on the walls.

A very warm welcome and easy check-in, I had no idea it had 200 rooms it feels a much smaller feel to it.

The room as you can see from the photos attached is different but very practical and I have to say the shower was lovely at the end of a long day.

Breakfast was to the normal high standard you expect at Jumeirah hotels, with a good mix to cover all tastes. The scrambled egg was amazing, loved it every morning.

Only used the pool area for a short time, looked nice and had plenty of seating and was not in the shade, unlike other hotels.

Overall I would use the hotel again, as has a nice feel about it, what you want on a holiday.

The staff were very helpful and easy to check out etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Zabeel House, the value for money for the room type and facilities you receive are outstanding.

The photos on the website were reflective of what it is like in real life and the staff were lovely.

We stayed for 5 nights, the location is great with added bonus of valet parking, dog friendly restaurants and overall a really lovely ambience.

At breakfast our waitress remembered our order each day which was nice.

All staff were lovely and the security team were super helpful/courteous. It seemed that everyone really liked their roles and enjoyed working there.

A very special mention to Keti who went above and beyond alongside Marcus.

It would be great for there to be some gluten free options eg Toast at breakfast although I did bring my own and the chefs were more than happy to toast it etc for me which was great.

The gym was excellent a d fully equipped for all workout types.

Access to Jumeriah Zabeel Saray pool and beach was amazing too, we went there most days but the pool itself at the hotel was lovely too and very convenient.

The WiFi could be improved but was fine for social media etc.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it would be super helpful to have a little welcome/washing up pack eg sachet or washing up liquid and a cloth but also there are multiple shops just around the corner to obtain it if you need it.

Thanks again for a wonderful stay, it tops a number of 5* establishments we have stayed in in Dubai.

We will 100% be back and it will be our go to place to stay for either business or pleasure!

I checked into Zabeel House for 7 nights as I closed everything down before leaving Dubai (COVID related).

The hotel is ideally placed, just of Sheikh Zayed Road and is just a short walk from the nearest metro station. This location and easy access means all attractions are close by; Dubai Mall 15 mins, Dubai Marina 10 mins.

The hotel itself is very modern but also very homely with fantastic catering in both Social Company and Lah Lah’s. The latter becoming over the last 7 days one of my favourite restaurants in Dubai. The rooms are good sized and well laid out with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The pool area is perfect for all ages and offers a great selection of seating, whether you are looking to relax with a book or top up the tan.

The bit that takes this hotel to another level is the attention to detail that all the staff have for guests and also their willingness to help. Nothing was too much trouble and there was always someone on hand to help and advise.

Overall a perfect hotel to explore the attractions of Dubai.

Having moved countries earlier this year, I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the month of May than with Zabeel House in my home-city, Dubai.

The concierge was extremely courteous and helpful for a first, warmly welcoming me in the early hours of the morning of April 30th when my in-bound flight had arrived. My room had an absolutely enthralling view of the Onyx Tower complex, as well as the Dubai Marina and Dubai Knowledge Village on the horizon. Moreover, housekeeping and laundry services were impeccable and extremely diligent, whilst the restaurant staff of 'SoCo' and 'LAH LAH' never once faltered in their display of courtesy and hospitality.

I would love to thank each staff member for such a captivating and memorable stay, and for catalyzing my reunion with the city I grew up in for the short while that it lasted. I will definitely consider this place at the top of my list whenever I visit Dubai again!

P.S. Special thanks to the waiters of 'SoCo', Serah Leo, Luke James, Saif the concierge, Nhant the hostess at 'SoCo', and Win the assistant manager of 'LAH LAH/Vista Del Verde'.

What can I say other than this place is superb and suitably lives up to the Jumeriah brand reputation. I turned up without a reservation after needing a change of scenery from my previous hotel, I was in Dubai for a month. Ahmed at the check-in desk was brilliant, I was tired and just wanted to get to a room as quickly as possible and I was greeted by someone who knew how to make it the check in process as efficient as possible and was super friendly. The other thing I really appreciated was that he checked my entitlement to available offers so I manage to get a superb deal including a discount on the spa and food/drinks.

I went for a room with a balcony and it is upgrade I would highly encourage all to make. Definitely one of the best outdoor balconies I've had at any hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai, it's long , well lit with a great seating with a choice of a sofa or chairs.
The interior designer has done a great job styling the rooms I loved all of the touches, the bathroom especially with the shelfing stand and leather bag for the hair dryer. The bed was super comfy , the lighting was great ( worth emphasising as I have stayed in plenty of large hotel rooms where the room felt dark). The only comment I would say is that having a glass door for the bathroom may not provide the level of privacy some couples might want when using the bathroom but no issues at all travelling alone.

Breakfast at the social company was great, a good a la carte selection. Also had room service from there, I would highly recommend the beef short rib, it was absolutely delicious.

The pool area is great, just a chilled adult vibe which was perfect for me travelling alone. They have a wide array of seating to choose from sun loungers, beds and hammocks. The sun does disappear past a building at around 3pm so make an early start for the pool.

Overall I can't rate this hotel highly enough, it has a very hipster vibe and in terms of hospitality and service exemplary. There are plenty of areas in the lobby for a business travellers to work from I saw lots of peoples with laptops working away with a coffee (what I'll be doing when I go back) and it's great too for just a holiday stay. The staff are super pleasant and helpful and they went out of their way at all times to assist. I had another great experience at check out with Santosh the Duty Manager I decided to book a few nights at the beginning of December and once again experienced great service in terms of the reservations booking process.

Definitely stay here if you are at all undecided!

Loft inspired type rooms, modern furniture, note that although electrical receptacles are the British three prong, if you are charging for phone no need to bring an adapter as the rooms has two fast charge USB ports next to each side of the bed, are two restaurants, ground floor restaurant had a great breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, eggs made to order, rotated dishes so that each day was something different. Restaurant/Bar Lounge on 4th floor Mediterranean/Asian fusion food. Right outside the hotel is an excellent hamburger joint. $3 taxi ride to the metro station, its a walk-able distance ... but ....

Not my first time in the hotel, and I have seen a deterioration in the services.
Hotel has finally joined Jumeirah One loyalty scheme. However front desk staff seemed to not be aware of the benefits of my higher tier and told me that literally I was entitled to "nothing".
The hotel has an issue of noise coming from Lah Lah, I politely asked a room far from the restaurant and staff gave me one room in a lower floor than all last times I came (and I did not asked for any special room).
Breakfast options (if breakfast included) are limited if your stay extends more than a weekend, I stayed for 5 nights and I ended going outside for breakfast.
Housekeeping day after day was removing my towels and not replacing them. I had to call for towels as one day there was no floor, nor hand towels. As well one day they "cleaned" the room and they didn't remove the dirty plates of previous night room service, so i had to call and leave the dirty plates in the corridor.
The previous times I stayed in the hotel I did not have a lot of those issues.

When we had a hiccup with our booking agency these guys were very accommodating and we even received a semi upgrade of our room which was nice. The room was good size, they had a coffee machine and it had all the facilities needed. Brekky was great with heaps of options and the service all around was terrific. Location was not as central but given the low cost of transport ie taxis it didn't matter. Cost 80 dirham from the airport. Had a hipster vibe about it with the different decor and music. Great spot.

Hi what is the pool sun like at the end of April?
Answer from Marcus Sutton
Hi, Thank you for connecting with us. Our pool is temperature controlled throughout the year to ensure it is always at a comfortable temperature. Our pool gets early morning sun up until around 14:00 and then it is nicely protected from the afternoon heat by shade from the hotel building. We have plenty of sun chairs and umbrellas around the pool to be enjoyed. We hope the above answer helps. Have a great afternoon. Kind regards, Marcus Sutton General Manager
