The location, staff and the rooms are great for a long stay. I stayed here for 3 months and it was a hassle free experience. The location is close to many restaurants and walking distance to the metro. Cabs can also be easily found as soon as you step out of the hotel. Many restaurants nearby, most of them Indian/Pakistani. The staff was very warm and friendly. Always there to answer questions and help out. Special call outs to Rio, Lipika and Rajeev. There's a lot of stress and anxiety when moving to a new country/culture. But you guys helped me along the way. Thank you!

poor Wifi connection - poor network, also wifi connection limited to two devices. need to be improved house keeping - twice in a week not sufficient. Washing machine and Kitchen tonsils are good. documents scanning machine is not enough for Corporate guest. they have small printer.

Dear Mr Sundaran, Having checked back on your stay with my team, I believe the Wifi was weak in your room initially due to a problem we had with the router which I apologize for. Ramesh and Hidayat confirmed to me that this problem was rectified and you confirmed the same to them during your stay. We offer free internet for unlimited devices to all our guests, however we limit the use of our high speed line per room to ensure that it is efficiently used for all our guests. We do however offer additional devices on request which I wish my team were aware of during your stay. I also understand that you were offered a negotiated monthly rate which included twice a week housekeeping services. Once again I wish my team were aware of your feedback, as we offer additional cleaning services on request. Finally your feedback on the scanner and printer is truly appreciated for me to work on for the future. We do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back and hopefully achieve a better review. The hotel was well maintained & very cooperative staff from reception to house keeping. We had breakfast in our 14 nights stay & breakfast was reasonably good. It was my first stay in this apartment & definitely would like to recommend for any family chose to stay in Discovery Gardens area
