Customer service is amazing with the great team specially to Mr.CP, Lyn, Hazel and Lakhpa . Always attentive to details in each of guests. The food is very good and freshness of the menu everyday. To the Housekeeping team was so good and best service in terms of cleanliness and hygiene to maintain the convenience if each guests. To the Security Team is highly recommended because I've experienced last 2 weeks that my wallet lost in the washroom. Then they locate my wallet in the reception. It's incredible and highly satisfied guest here to stay in this Hotel. Value for money and location convenient for abudhabi access . Very supportive working staff and specially CP , ZIM in the restaurant and Ester hayzel and hafez in the reception who have been exemplary . Worth the visit and less is more !

My apple watch was stolen by the house keeping from my room on wednesday 11/5 , i left this apple watch with a dead battery and went out in the afternoon . When we left the room the house keeping guy was already out in other room , he asked us if we are checking out , we said no we will tomorrow , and asked him to make up the room , after we came back at night we found out that the watch disappeared. After than i found out using find my watch app that the watch was opened 3:55 am in the next morning at the same location near by my room with 8 minutes , as I mentioned before the watch was already turned off . Which makes a logic !! Neither the security nor the team helped about that ! I called the police and they came asking me to open a file but i was traveling same day so he said i couldn’t because opening a case requires me to be staying in country for the investigation and i counldn’t ! The hotel is only replying and defending themselves by saying i refused to open a case ! Which i didnt refuse , i wasn’t allowed to based on UAE law as i mentioned above ! This is the worst experience i have ever had ! I’ve been to many unsafe countries and that never happened with me U guys need alot to improve u could have handled this in a good ethical smart way but u didnt ! Thats a shame !! Avoid premier inn !!!…
