Bar shuts at 10 for all inclusive and all other customers lights turned off felt like we were in prison!! 1 electric socket in room other one had a loosely fitted plug for aircon. I slipped down steps to swimming pool due to a pipe from an Aircon unit being disconnected so made steps dangerous I informed the life guard who sorted the matter but didn't ever approach me again to ask if I was ok.

I read all these negative comments and I have to admit that I was a bit worried before the travel. But it had nothing to do with the real quality of the hotel. I was really surprised, everything was really fine and in fact I have nothing to complain about. Advantages: + good A/C + great staff, speaking English well, good hospitality + drinks made of real alcohol, no lies + great location, near LIDL, the beach and the city centre + room cleaned every day + very good food, different dishes every day + clear water in the pool Disadvantages: - the general look - snack bar far from the pool - no place for sunbathing (if the sunchairs were reserved) In general, I'm glad of the quality of the accomodation, because it was quite cheap, me and my girlfriend enjoyed the trip a lot :)

Rooms are clean and in decent condition but unfortunately, the pros stops here. Hotel staff is not too friendly and barely speaks English (if you have any other interaction beside their normal procedures, you may end up with your problem unsolved). If you come by car, expect to find a joke of a parking. It's super tight, very few spaces available and almost every time full. Good luck trying to find a parking spot anywhere else in St. Constantine and Hellen... The buffet's variety is not too big but at least the food is tasty, until the wasps come to taste your plate... Drinks variety is as well not too big and the alcoholic options are tasting quite odd. We just used the soft drinks option and went out for a couple of drinks at the bars on the Riviera. And last but not least, the pool. It is strangely positioned right next to the road, with no wall, no fence nor a hedge to give you some privacy. Anyone taking a walk on the sidewalk next to the hotel can clearly see inside the pool area. Overall, if you do not have enough funds and you are not very exigent, you can opt for Gloria, but you'd better look for something else. And for sure, I'm not going to return here.…

Nice and cozy hotel, surrounded by trees, very well situated, 3 minutes walking from the beach. Excellent pool and lots of green around, perfect for walks at any time of the day and night. There is an amazing thermal Spa 5 minutes walking from the hotel, just on the coast. The rooms are quite nice, there is a LIDL shop 150 meters from the hotel. Great place for a holiday!
