While the hotel wasn’t as big as I had expected (the spa also seemed very small) we enjoyed our stay as the room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the ocean, staff were lovely and the breakfast every morning was great. This is a family hotel and the owners have returned from living in Sydney, Australia. They were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this excellent family-run hotel. We had a spotless room, great harbour views, good breakfast and smooth pick-up from the airport. On our last night my wife tripped in the Old Town and hurt her ankle. We got a taxi back to the hotel by which time her ankle was very swollen. The night manager said she needed to go to the hospital and Dario, who had picked us up from the airport, immediately found some crutches in the hotel and drove us to the hospital, acted as interpreter, and stayed with us all the time until he drove us back to the hotel. An X-ray showed she had broken her ankle and was put in a split plaster. Dario then took us to the airport the following day and assisted at the check-in. We can't thank Dario and the rest of the staff enough.
Good breakfast hot and cold, plenty of choice, decent lavazzi coffee real bonus. Location very near to port, we had views of ships and sea from our 4th floor room. Clean rooms excellent internet connection in our room and throughout the hotel with no charge. We arranged the hotels own transport for airport journeys, which was excellent. IT was a special birthday for me, and a lovely bottle of wine was put in the room.
The hotel is clean well managed, and everything works as it should the price include breakfast that was very good. The people in the front desk are super nice Marija was right on point in every recommendation. The hotel is a bit off from the the old town. A taxi ride will cost you 10 euros and if you want to use the local transit the bus is like 3 euros for two people. both choices are next to each other. you do not have to take taxis to eat the hotel has at least two decent restaurants that you can walk to Amfora and Bon Appetit Bistro.
Came back yesterday from a 4 night break and the whole trip was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is perfect. Great value and in tip top condition. The staff were friendly and accomodating and very helpful. If you choose this hotel you won't regret it. The port is along the road with views of the cruise ships docking from the pool side rooms. The bus stop into the old town is close by as is the ferry terminal to Lopud Island. The superior rooms are big with better views than the doubles. All in all a great find!

We walked easily from the bus station to the hotel with 2 large cases and we are 60 years old . Just ensure you follow the road from the roundabout so you have a gentle climb uphill. Only takes about 10 mins.
