We recently stayed at Judita and it is a very nice hotel. Some positives: they have a family suite with a king bed down stairs and 2 twin beds upstairs so that everyone is in the same room which is nice. Also the staff is very kind and the room is clean. Location wise - it is right in the middle of a lot of action which may be good for some, but maybe not for others. For us there was a lot of noise from the hullabaloo in the streets so we turned our sound machine up loud. Regarding the hotel - this is a boutique hotel with a restaurant on the street. To go to our room, we walk through the tables of diners, around the bar, and up the stairs which can be a bit awkward. I think many people love boutique hotels. They are usually unique and have character. This one is no exception. That said, we realized that we are not boutique hotel people. One of my pillows I could fold like a piece of paper. I won't belabor other details because I don't want to give the wrong impression and Judita is a nice hotel, but there are details that make this less than 5 stars. Note that because this is an old building, there is no elevator which means multiple flights of stairs. The other issue we have is its location. By being inside the Palace area, there is no way to get close to the hotel so you have to walk in the pedestrian area (which lasts for several blocks) hauling your luggage with you. If you arrive during hours where people are awake, have fun dodging and weaving the throngs of tourists with your luggage trailing behind. If you like boutique hotels and like to be in the center of the action, you will enjoy Judita. But for us, it's not our style.

This Hotel was the highlight hotel of our Croatia trip and favorite among all of us. There were two beautiful rooms overlooking the center square and very quiet. It was modern, luxurious, beds are great, and clean. Andrés was a fantastic host who greeted us at the start and offered the best service ever and made sure we got on the ferry and in the right seats when we left for Hvar. Breakfast made to order was fabulous. This place is a gem. Charming, comfortable, well located, and beautiful.

This an excellent boutique hotel with historical charm. The location is ideal as the hotel is situated in the old town next to shops, cafes, restaurants, and Diocletian Palace. The best part of this hotel is the world-class service. The staff is excellent and they truly want you to have a memorable experience. Thank you to Andrija and staff for making our stay memorable!

Andres and the rest of the staff are just fantastic. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we loved the breakfast every morning. If you are sensitive to noise you might prefer an interior room but otherwise the plaza view rooms are charming. Very comfortable bed and overall a charming European vibe!

I have rarely stayed at a hotel with such wonderful front desk concierge staff. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, funny, and all ensured that everything was provided to us to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Room was comfortable, view impeccable and while it is in a busy area, the sound was pretty quiet at night. Curtains could easily be drawn and they kept most light out so one could sleep in easily if needed. Breakfast was easily accessible, plentiful, and wonderful quality. We had an early flight out and they even offered a to-go bag of fruit, yogurt, to-go coffee and other things to make the early trip as pleasant as possible . Overall the location could not have been more ideal and all recommendations by staff here were fantastic. We are eager to return, for a longer, pleasure trip next time and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.
