We reserved Hotel through site by local Croatian site with special offers and were delighted when we got the room with a sea view (even though the offer was very basic). Food was great, amazing staff and overall great experience. Hotel is located 15 minutes (uphill/downhill) walk to city promenade in peaceful area of the city. Best value for the money from all the other places we visited. Would recommend to anybody who wants to enjoy having some rest in a peaceful area while still being close to the beaches and city center.

Got a great room for a good price last minute. Very good value The reception team was very accommodating to check us in and try to organise an extra activity. The pool was really relaxing resting over the site of the pool. It's a little walk from town but one of those walks to "walk off a big dinner". Location was peaceful.

A new hotel with a lot of careful thought on design. The quality of the hotel also extends to its staff who were consistently friendly and helpful - especially the reception staff (with their excellent recommendations for restaurants) and bar/restaurant staff (always attentive and quick). Location is a little out of town but just a short walk to the beach, harbor and old town. Nice to see local neighborhoods in Split as well. One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in. Struggle to state anything negative.

My husband and I have just left hotel cvita after a weeks holiday in split. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, we had a superior double room and the balcony was amazing with great views over the Adriatic. The room itself is comfortable, the only thing I would say wasn't great is the shower over the bath, as it isn't at head height so you have to either sit in the bath or take it off the wall and hold it. Bit this wasn't really a problem as I like having a bath anyway. Also, just a note it is at the top of a steep hill, which was fine for my husband and I as we like the Walk,a cab costs approximately 3 pounds each way.Loved this hotel an absolute gem

We spent four days at the hotel Cvita, and had a fabulous time. The staff were extremely friendly. The lady on reception was helpful, giving us good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The restaurant and housekeeping staff worked very hard. On our last day the guy from the restaurant gave my partner cake for his birthday, which was a lovely touch. Also the free bike hire was great! Thank you to all the staff at Cvita for helping to make our holiday wonderful!
