If you not afraid mean because the location.... you are ready for a good time, the location can not be perfect, close to metro center, there is a restaurant around the corner, very cheap special breakfast.... during the night if you like pupusas another place to visit two black around the corner.... then you know what I mean to said to stay at Nueva Villa Santander..... the rooms for the price you paid cannot be better, the only problem I see is to improve the tv set the rest no problem.... I want to thanks To the owners for the good time I have after 27 years not visiting my country, they make me feel safe after people had told me the dangerous of the zone.... wrong. Now I planning to comeback in the future again, if you want they can give a tour to different locations don't forget to ask in your first day.... last they can to pick up and return to the airport for a good price... thanks again and I hope to see soon.…
I stayed 9 nights and I felt very comfortable. Nelson, Alejandra and the whole Team have spend a lot of attention. The room is big and clean with TV, AC and hot water in the shower. I could also sit outside. The laundry-service was quick. I got for e.g. nice Fruit-Juices. Nelson was a good Tour Guide to show the center with the churches, the markets, parks, the "Palacio nacional" and more. There was space for my Motorbike. I will come back again. There are a Pupuseria and some cheap restaurants nearby. The Casona is nice and good, but a little bit more expensive.
The owners of the hotel are wonderful, very professional and helpful, but also very kind and caring. Thank you, Maribel and Nelson! And the staff - Richard, and two more people who are working there - also very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the WiFi worked well. We took a couple of trips that we organized with the hotel (Lago Coatepeque + El Boqueron, Rutas de las Flores), and were VERY happy with everything. You won't regret staying here! ENJOY!!!
The price is good and the employees are fine, the rooms are well ok, floor and shower was dirty there is no microwave or refrigerator the hotel has no ice or drinking water or any other supply very limited soap or shampoo need to ask no small towel of any kind or extra pillows. it has dogs inside it seens like they raise them and sell them they bark a lot and smell terrible, and the area is not safe the streets are very dark no street light at night. It is very easy to get lost as the streets are one way on dirrection.will need to have someone open the door to park and to get in and out of the hotel in times no one around.
Lovely, safe and quiet neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Very clean and strong wifi throughout entire hotel, including rooms. You get a great deal for what you pay. If you get a little hungry, there's a fantastic pupuseria around the corner, which is very popular with local residents. I will be back.
I went to San Salvador on a quick roadtrip only for a concert at night, so I only needed a place to sleep and this hotel provided that and a lot more. Its located in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to the center, in front of a stadium and some very nice restaurants. The staff was simply amazing- very kind and eager to help you out on any information or direction you needed. The room was okay, nothing over the top- but the A/C was a nice add-on that I was not expecting; getting to the rooms is a bit of a hassle considering how they're way to the back. The WiFI is good. The hotel in overall feels very houselike and the staff is very friendly. Just try to avoid having to park there, since its very difficult.
The operators of this hotel were very kind and incredibly helpful. They were always willing to call and negotiate fair cab fare whenever we wanted to go anywhere and give up tips and tricks to our journeys. The hotel is right around the corner from a great pupusaria that I would highly recommend to everyone. The room was nice however kind of bare. It was a bit of a walk through a few hallways and outside to get to our room but it felt very secure. There was a TV, air conditioning, and free WiFi with great service. A little pricey but probably worth the investment. Sometimes it was hard for taxis to find so we had to be aware of our surroundings and help them navigate the side streets.
