Kaelo Boutique Hotel was a fantastic stay. It's modern, clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Kaleo is located in a very safe residential area of San Benito, and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants.

My room was very clean and cozy, and was made each day. I staying in room 11 - it had a sliding door which accessed a beautiful green/garden space. The décor in the room and across the entire hotel was modern and simple.

Breakfast was à la carte, and the options were delicious. They were able customize orders as well.

There was a mini fridge in the lobby area that had a variety of beverages. The small bottles of water were free and unlimited. The Coca-Cola and domestic beers were +/- $1.50 each.

WIFI was fast and reliable for the most part. Only thing I'd say could be improved was the addition of safes to the rooms.

Kaleo is a gem in San Salvador. I'd recommend it to everyone, and would stay here again.

Excellent Hotel. This is a boutique hotel with only 13 rooms. Rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The hotel is very private and extremely secure in a nice and calm area in the city close enough to many restaurants and malls. The service is very cordial and friendly. The breakfast menu has a great variety. I will definitely stay here again.

Writing this review just 2 days passed since I came back from my travel to El Salvador.

I booked this hotel based on the review here at TA and other travel website.

Location: located in Zona Rosa, everything is walking distance. close to the museum. close to the bars. close to restaurants (by the way, I recommend going to Chapultepec just one block away). and yes, it's very very close to the clinic for covid testing.

Staff: everyone was very nice. they always close the main gate (I appreciate the safety) but no worries, they always open the door as soon as you arrive. didn;t get the guy at the reception desk but he was very helpful. I do not speak spanish but can understand some words. not sure how it worked but he guide me about getting covid test, going to el tunco, and lots more.

Breakfast: space was very charming. i opted to stay inside but you can eat outside. staff were very attentive. lots of options on what to eat. too bad they do not have hot chocolate (i don;t drink coffee).

Overall: YES. I would definitely stay here again if I go back and YES, I highly recommend this place.

So, I originally had reserved Villa Florencia Hotel and they asked me to try this hotel at no additional cost, they said it was a brand new hotel in a better quieter location. We agreed to try it to find it in a very calm safer feel location. The hotel is very clean, very modern, the A/C works, hot water works, and the service at the desk is excellent. The complementary breakfast is really good too!!! I came with my husband and his brother, nephew and so far we”ve had a great time.

Kaleo is new and clean and has a great team of employees who are very accommodating. It's in a great location but is also quite noisy which can affect a good night's sleep. The rooms were very clean. I had issues with getting hot water for a shower but my colleague had no problem. The breakfast was very good and they offer nice spaces to work and visit. I would definitely stay here again!
