We where the first guests in the Intro Hostel after they reopened and I‘m really glad we chose this Hostel. Freddy, the part owner, was extremly helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the dorms which were clean, comfortable and they even provided a heater for the cold nights. The rooms also have a balcony with an awesome view. The location of the Hostel is really convenient and close to all the main attractions. In the mornings they make breakfast which can be diffrent every morning. One of the best parts was the restaurant. The food is amazing and they have very fair prices. I‘d always chose this hostel again.
The hostel Intro in Cusco just reopened. My friends and I were one of the first guest since they reopened. We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff (Fredy and XX) were super nice! They have breakfast included for an amazing price ! They also serve amazing food in the restaurant too. The sandwiches were really good !
Freddie and Luis were excellent hosts. Food was delicious. Hostel was in easy walking distance from Ciudad Cusco. Loved that I was staying in a refurbished building approximately 300 years old, with thick walls. Loved sleeping under authentic Andes blankets. Stayed here from July 2-13, 2021. It was my home in Cusco.
My sister and I booked 3 nights at Intro Hostels in Cusco in a private room without a bathroom. We thought it was in a good location, our room was spacious but simple and had a nice view of one of the Cathedrals, and the outdoor space was nice to hang out in. The downside was the bathroom was slightly far from our room. We really appreciated all the front desk employees who gave us recommendations for tour companies and assisted us in booking two separate all-day private taxis.
this was by far the best hostel i have stayed at. Vey nice staff and very accomodating. Luis is very friendly and helped me in booking tours in and around Cusco. It has a nice patio and a fireplace which is too good to hang out and meet people
We booked a private room with bathroom for a few nights stay in Cusco before our trek. The hostel was in a great location just a few minutes walk from the main squares. The social area was nice, great breakfast and friendly staff. The room itself was a bit of a cell with one time window and not much space around the bed but it was comfortable enough.
We stayed in a female dorm of6 beds. The hostel is chilled out, relaxing and had good vibes. Luis is exceptional, he helped us a lot in finding inexpensive tours and guided us on our free walking tour. The food in the restaurant in the hostel was nice, a good introduction to Peruvian cuisine. The hostel is located in the historic centre, a few blocks away from the Plaza. We felt safe. We would surely stay with Intro again.
Lovely small hostel. Good location and very secure. Really nice breakfastwith a wide variety of choice. Dorms are amazing with personal reading lamps, charging point with universal socket. They had hot water round the clock and a nice inhouse bar and restaurant. The place is lively and good to meet other travellers.
The hostel is a great place. Luis is very helpful and the ladies always keep the hostel clean. They have these blankets that are like magic whn it comes to keeping you warm. If you are not comfortable with staying in mixed dorm the private room that we took the last day was very comfortable and cozy.
Budget friendly dorms, excellent location and nice ambience. They had good showers with hot water round the clock. The staff were nice. The bar was lively but was not open until late which was helpful while leaving for early morning trips. Luis did a nice free walking tour and helped me organinse my other trips too. I would surely stay with them again if I am in Peru.
