Excellent room, great breakfast, super friendly staff, perfect location at base of hiking trails. It was fun to stay in a chateau-like hotel. It's right around the corner from Pablo Neruda's house, and the neighborhood is one of nicest in Santiago.
"Very quiet comfortable room, up two flights of stairs. Staff delivered luggage."
"Our room on the top floor was great if you don't mind the stairs"
"There is no elevator, but we left our larger pieces of luggage locked up with the staff until our departure."
"Top level is lighter apparently."
