Un solo Restaurant abierto, caos, 1,5hrs para un desayuno. Calidad de comida, pésimo. Decidimos salir a cenar a otros lados para no comer acá. Para nunca más volver. Quality food, horrible. Service...not enough people to all the gests. Long waitings Not very clean hotel. Is not a sheraton category...stay way if you don’t want to have a bad time

Very beautiful hotel, the room is very cozy and the staff is very helpful. The snack bar on the other hand is very lackluster. The restaurant only operates until 8pm and they dont offer other food services other than the snack bar with some premade meals that cost about the same as the restaurant food and is very uneatable.

We stayed at the Santiago Sheraton in October during the protests. Because our flight from Puerto Varas was cancelled due to the unrest, we had to drive 16 hours across the country by van. We didn't arrive in Santiago until 3:15am. The Sheraton staff went out of their way to accommodate our group and get us checked in as quickly as possible. I guess the hotel felt sorry for us and gave us free upgrades to the luxury tower! The room was unbelievable -- oversized with king bed, full sofa, granite desk, huge bathroom with separate tub & shower, free internet, free breakfast, in room safe, bathrobe & slippers, and gold faucets. The breakfast buffet was extensive -- all that was missing was an omelet bar. Had cereal, yogurt, bacon & eggs, coffee and pastries. Had a nice group lunch of cream of spinach soup, beef stew, and almond chocolate mousse. The hotel was impacted by the unrest. Because public transportation was shut down, many hotel employees couldn't get to work. At night, only one restaurant was open because of the staff shortage, and they were doing a buffet instead of a la carte menu. I was very impressed with the Sheraton and how we were treated during the unrest. I would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone headed to Santiago.

I stayed 3 times at this hotel since the begining of the year. Rooms are confortable, 2 bottles of water are provided each day as courtesy. If you prefer to stay at your room you can order many dishes of good food a very reasonable prices. The hotel is located away from the latest strikes and disturbed areas. if you are high you will have a beautiful view of Cordillera de los Andes. Having breakfast on the patio beside the pool was very nice and relaxing specially in some time. All people at the hotel reception are vey kind and helpful. The hotel has an inside and outside swimming pool. I would go back if I have the chance...

We stayed at the hotel for two nights before our cruise. Had a lovely room and bathroom. The bed was huge! Breakfast on the patio beside the pool was very good, but you do need a sweater or light jacket. Surprised that there was no Kleenex provided in the bathroom.
