We booked an Urban Den Room with no breakfast for this stay as we were heading for Halloween Horror Nights which would end late and the location was centralized enough for us to get to and from Sentosa (5min walk to Farrer Park MRT).
Room was comfortable and did not show any signs of wear and tear from my last stay a few years back. Mini bar remained complimentary with tea, coffee and snacks. Toiletries were all provided by the hotel as well. Reached the hotel and wanted to check-in earlier however, was told the room wasn't ready and late check out wasn't possible as they are running a full house. Nevertheless, was still given the room 10min before check in time.
Tv remote had some issues and technician came to fixed almost immediately but channels were limited. However, Tv had an option for tab devices to sync to for video watching and etc.

The hotel location is excellent for Indian travellers as it is located in Little India where you have ample of options for Indian food. Very close to Mustafa centre. Downtown and CBD area is also not far away and best this is this is just 2 mins from Farrer Park MRT so very convenient to move around. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable do opt for their Upgrade which included Lounge access.

Great value and good food at Escape Restaurant at One Farrer Hotel!
Local delights or international chic, Escape has it all, from mouthwatering laksa to generous serving of chicken rice, premium burgers and fresh seafood.

Firstly: I dont know why nobody mentions this but Urban Den room is amazing for 3 people. Singapore hotels are expensive when you take triple sharing rooms in other 4 stars hotels like Ramada, Novotel, Hilton Garden Inn so one better opt for these kind of rooms which come for 6ft by 5ft extra bed & TV. This is what wins for me as I was with family.
Location: Outstanding. One is near to the MRT, near to all India eating joints, cabs are easily available, less Indian population in comparison to some of the nearby hotels (even though I am an Indian :P), and it is right in the centre of the city with all major attractions nearby. And for that not so expensive
Amenities: Good lobby, amazing pool, nice rooms with friendly staff. Swimming Pool hosts parties which are free for residents and were class apart!
Rooms: Good size rooms, neat and clean. Washrooms are big sized (in comparison to what other hotels offer). Good quality vanity stuff. Excellent
Service: Prompt and Quick. Could be better though
Breakfast: Good range on Chinese, English and continental. Could do better on Indian menu from quality and taste perspective but thats manageable. Food is slightly expensive in the hotel otherwise.

Held my wedding dinner in Nov 2019 in this hotel. It’s a fairly new hotel and they have a huge pillarless ballroom with chandeliers which satisfied our requirements! They have 2 huge screens for couples to showcase their wedding photos which looked really grand. This is one special feature that they have and other hotels do not offer. Food portion is generous and we received many compliments that it is delicious as well. They offer both food portioning / lazy Susan requests for all tables. Bridal suite is very spacious and brightly lit. The private lounge which offers 4 meals a day is a nice touch to the entire experience! It made us feel really exclusive. Special mention to one of the lounge staff Malek who made us feel really comfortable and welcoming during our 3 nights stay there :)
Some downside: Bridal suite USB port doesn’t work and we couldn’t charge our phones without the 3 pin plug adaptor and hotel doesn’t provide.
Our sales coordinator Laura is not very responsive and informative. We changed sales coordinators twice (previous one resigned) and on one occasion she cancelled our meeting. On AD, she told us she was sick and had Celine to coordinate with us. Luckily for us, Celine was very responsible and helpful on AD. We requested Yi Neng as our banquet manger and he did an excellent job in managing the entire banquet. Apart from this, it was a great overall experience and we hope they could bring in more responsible sales associates to promote their hotel :)

Stayed here for 9 days and it was luxury at its best.... The view from the hotel room on 12th floor was a fantastic cityscape - night view being the best. Had ordered food from their restaurant and I liked all of it, be it breakfast or some special lunch-dinner dishes. The mini-bar used to be replenished everyday and we never had to call housekeeping for anything. I always like it when the hotel staff takes good care of the guests making sure that each and every minute detail has been taken care of.
Contrary to my perception, the Urban den room was spacious enough and could easily accommodate 3 persons (one king bed and one separate bed for 3rd person in the foyer). The best part about this hotel is that it is few steps away from the Farrer Park MRT.
All in all, I loved this hotel and would love to stay here on my next visit to Singapore.

Signed up with them during BOWs. Our coordinator was changed to Charles after our initial coordinator left. Upon checking in, every staff that we met in the hotel is polite and provide excellent service. When room service realized that there were three of us, he immediately took the initiative to set the sofa bed up with sheets and pillows. Staffs at the front desk were so polite and patient. They actually remember which room did I checked in to when I return to the front desk to ask about some stuff. Their pool and spa amenities are great as well!
As for the banquet, there was a small hiccup but thankfully it was rectified swiftly. All our guests enjoyed the food, some even asked if they could take away some. Overall, we had a very comfortable and great stay. Glad that we’ve picked One Farrer Hotel as our wedding venue.

We had a fantastic 2D1N staycation in the Skyline Suite.
We arrived an hour earlier than the official check-in time and were allowed to check in immediately. We were given room 1901, which was located at the far end of the corridor, opposite the firemen’s lift. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by an amazing unobstructed view of the surrounding buildings in the Farrer Park area. We liked how clean and spacious the suite was. The suite offers two toilets, one in the living area and one in the room. However, it does not come equipped with a bathtub which we felt was a waste since the shower area offered the same amazing view. Fortunately, hotel guests have access to Adeva Spa’s jacuzzi and mineral pool (yukatas can be found in the suite), which kind of made up for it. Bathroom amenities were from FRESHSKINLAB and the products were lightly scented and not overpowering. Antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizers from vitaminspa were also provided. The king bed was firm and comfortable. We will be looking forward to the hotel’s pillow lab when it becomes available.
We visited the Skyline Lounge during our stay to try out the various breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. They were all delicious and we enjoyed everything. But what made the experience more memorable and special was the impeccable personalized service provided by the lounge staffs, especially Mr Malek. We liked how he puts in the effort to remember all of our names, provided tips and recommendations to utilize the hotel’s facilities and also regularly stopping by our table to check if we needed anything else even though he was busy. We really enjoyed chatting with him.
Even though our stay with the hotel was on a weekend, the swimming pools (both the main level 6 pool and level 18 skyline pool), as well as the gym were relatively quiet and at times we literally had the whole place to ourselves. Overall, the staycation was very relaxing and enjoyable and we would definitely love to be back in the future.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP's. Fantastic service, friendly staff, spacious rooms, everything was perfect.
The hotel is a short 2 station ride 5 mins ride to Dhoby Gaut, or browse around Little India / Mustafa market across the road and the large City Mall is also across the road.
We stayed on the upper floor in a superior room with access to our own pool and lounge. In fact, I would really recommend this - the staff in the lounge were so nice and you basically have access to all the food/drinks you desire. The rooms were large, whisper quiet and with a friendly note from the manager really made you feel super welcome.
In summary, in terms of service and facilities, I really cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

Not many know One Farrer Park Hotel has the second largest outdoor pool in Singapore, when Asst F&B Manager Patrick gave a tour of the ballroom and outdoor facility when we were checking out the Hotel. There is also another small pool exclusive to Sky Lounge (similar to Club) guests.
One night staycation wrapped up beautifully with the upgrade from skyline studio to skyline suite room 1903. How not to thank Front Desk Executive Diana for her friendly demeanor and for assigning a room that wows its guests. It offers city view and a huge bathroom with bathtub and a separate standing shower. Only suite numbers ending 03 have the huge bathroom. Seek and minimalist room design with art pieces showcasing local and overseas talents. Massive 55" or 65" (unsure) Samsung TV that you can stream movies with screen mirroring for moviemarathon too! Cleanliness is tip top and they have taken away carpets in their bid to remove potential nest for contaminants.
The Sky Lounge opens all day amidst covid-19 pandemic. (Some hotels had to adjust their club hours due to costs and manpower constraints) Sky Lounge guests are served with Breakfast, Light Lunch and Cocktail Dinner. Small bites but enough for small eaters and you can repeat your orders for your favourite dishes to fill you up. You won't be go hungry with the friendly lounge executives Wan Yee and Joni who will attentively provide your needs too! Have a chat with these loyal and dedicated staffs and you will learn there is more to the hotel than bed and breakfast. I look forward to returning 3 or 4 years later to see to the fruition of the Durian Tree planted at their organic garden on level 7 (currently closed to public due to covid-19).
